When Bengal was told what the location of her next match would be, she thought her agent had misspoke at first. "Er...did you mean to say backyard?" That, at least, was a style of wrestling the Tiger knew about, though she'd always considered it somewhat trashy. But who had ever heard of booking a match in a GRAVEyard?

That was indeed what the other woman had said, however, and the money was certainly good enough. And that was how, a few days later, Bengal found herself at a very different sort of L.A.W. event. Instead of waiting in the backstage area of some massive arena, she was walking through the neatly manicured paths of a local cemetery, weaving her way past fragrant flowerbeds and timeworn headstones, following the directions her agent had relayed to her. It was dark, except for the pale light of the full moon shining above, and eerily quiet. For a moment, the Tiger wondered if this was all some huge prank that a rival was playing on her - or an attempt to set up an ambush.

But then, as she came up a rise, the thick fog around her cleared slightly, and she could make out a wrestling ring in the valley below her, flanked by lights and bleachers. While the event wasn't as crowded as a mainline L.A.W. show, there were still several hundred people present. The path even formed an entrance ramp of sorts, lined by gothic angel statues in various unnerving poses. Bengal steeled herself, adjusted her cat-eared headband one last time, then made her way down toward the ring.

Her entrance music kicked in, piped through some unseen speaker. The crowd began to boo, but Bengal was almost grateful for that. This was a bizarre venue for a match, but at least she could count on the fans to have their normal, predictable reaction. Her shining blue eyes pierced through the mist as she padded across the soft, damp ground. She leaped nimbly up onto the ring apron, the moonlight gleaming in her white hair like captured lightning.

The ring announcer's voice boomed out, echoing off the fog-shrouded hillsides. "Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is a No Disqualifications match, scheduled for one fall! Introducing first...standing at a height of five feet, seven inches, and weighing in at one hundred and forty pounds...from Kolkata, India...THE BLAZE TIGER! BENGAL!"

Bengal took her position in the corner, casting her eyes around warily. She expected her opponent to appear on the same path that she had - but in a setting as strange as this one, who could be sure? Either way, when she arrived, the Tiger would be ready for her. A chill wind gusted through the makeshift arena. Bengal crossed her arms over her chest, trying to stop herself from shivering.
