Alizeh smirked softly and nodded as she had Reny try again, content to let her do so for a few hours, trying to drive home at least the movements, even if the value wasn't quite integrated yet. So it continued until Reny finally collapsed making the green haired girl chuckle as she dropped a ice cold water on her stomach so she could hydrate. "Cause you're too stubborn, and don't know what's best for yourself. Luckily for you I like that about you, but I'd say we can call this a day. You did good Reny." Alizeh said with a nod to the girl and small smile.

Alizeh chuckled a bit seeing the dead tired state Reny was in on the mat and nodded. "Don't worry. I think this will be a good place to stop for today, so take a breather than you can get cleaned up and go. Sound good?" Alizeh said, trying to suppress a laugh at how funny her student looked right now, but overall being pretty proud of how today had gone.

"Yeah sounds good to me...beside i doubt i can continue even if i wanted too" she said softly as she have gotten her breathing under control now. Sure she still tired as fuck but at least her breathing is stable now. Reny lift herself up from the mat as she would have bow down a little to alizeh...tho she guess she should start calling her master or teach huh? "Thanks for spending your time training me"

Alizeh chuckled a bit as she watched Reny bow down a bit to her before Alizeh waved her off a long with the thanks. "Of course, I'm happy to help, just and you don't need to be formal, hopefully that is something we can work on as well. In any case we'll meet back here same time next week ok? Until then!" Alizeh said explaining their next meeting time with a smile and if Reny didn't have anything else to add she would give a wave and start to head out of the ring to leave the gym.
