a Cass, a Kate and a comic con

She’d grumble at that, before slowly putting on her clothes. She’d slide on a black shirt, some panties and nothing else. She usually slept like that, and she sat there in a comfortable silence for a little bit, cuddling the sheets as she’d sigh.

“.. this was technically my first time outside of a match.

.. feels.. well, it didn’t feel half bad.”

She’d flush for a second, mostly speaking to herself. She’d walk outta bed, and she may have been semi-lying to get carried cause she walked over to the kitchen. She’d hop up on the counter as she saw Kate rummaging in her fridge.

Then she grinned, laying herself on the counter, hand on cheek and smiling at her.

“Breakfast is ser-ved!”

Kate heard what Cass said but pretended like she didn't, she didn't need more confusion in her life, not now. Though she had to admit it was the first time she did not want to forget immediately after it happened. This was a good night, and she needed friends, that's right, friends.

She pilfered through the fridge, getting some eggs, veggies, and cheese before turning to Cass, chuckling. "I don't eat sweets in the morning, now move your butt. I'm gonna make omelets."

Cass gasped, blushing a bit, before looking at Kate with exaggerated wide eyes.

“You can flirt? You? I guess my training was effective then.. all part of my master plan to get you bitches, heheheh!”

She’d tease, before sliding off the counter and looking at her with ingredients for omelettes. She’d hop off, humming a little as she’d nod, before pulling up an apron. She’d wrap it around Kate’s waist..

“There. You need one before cooking-“

Then she’d clasp Kate’s cheeks, pulling her down and kissing her full on, properly and taking her sweet time to leave her breathless. When she’d remove her lips, she’d take a step back and instead of offering any explanation..

She pointed at the apron, with a shit eating grin.

It said..

“Kiss the Cook.”

"haha,The LAW shall tremble before my seductive powers!" She joked as a reply while Cass got an apron around her. She did not expect that the girl would then pull her in for a kiss, letting out a muffled moan into it.

When she was released, she'd look down to where the girl was pointing. "Well played... Now, no distractions! We cook!" She said before reaching to the cupboards yo find a bawl, cutting board as well as a whisk and knife. She'd get to beating the eggs while giving the board and knife to Cass along with the veggies. "Make yourself useful"

“I guess-“

She’d say, grumbling a little bit, as Cassie began to look at her in horror.

“You don’t beat the eggs before you add the veggies, ya lunk!”

She’d chop hurriedly, pulling some small chillies too. She liked spicy, so she’d put portions of that in the omelet and veggies as Kate stirred, before tossing in salt and pepper, huffing.

“It’s my kitchen, Gordon Ramsey!”

When hearing Cass speak, Kate cocked her head and blinked a few times but kept doing what she was doing until the other girl, proving she was not in fact joking, dumped the veggies into the bowl. "Excuse me? Did I choke you too hard? She asked befuddled but still carried on to the stove, added some butter to the pan and started to cook. While she did she turned her head to Cass. "So, I gather you never had a good omelette before, given what you just did."

“Did I strap you too hard?”

She’d say, grumbling. Before crossing her arms across her chest, closing her eyes and giving Kate a bit of an exasperated/pouty expression, certainly displeased by questioning her cooking.

“Have had a good omelette too. I make all my own food!”

"Yeah, I'm not buying that." Kate said before turning back to the omelette and folding it before transferring it into a plate and passing it to Cass as she started making the other one. "Or you just have no taste, some people be like that." She said with a bit of a devious smirk on her face as she finished a second one and got her own plate of food.
