Ebb and Flow

[Devastated]

Atalante couldn't say she was surprised that Shizuka would defend her friend. Otherwise what Atalante was trying to do wouldn't exactly work. She was partially trying to rile the two up a bit. Enjoying flaunting her victories over them a slight bit, but most of all she wanted to see if the blue Oni still had some fire left in her. As well as see if she could light a fire in Shizuka as well.

So far it worked with the second part. Atalante would place her hands on her hips and look on at Shizuka for a moment or two. " Oh? Do you think you'll do better?" Atalante spoke out as she would lean down a bit to be closer to Shizuka's level. " Do you? Because I think the same result would happen. Me standing over either of you, with my hand raised." The huntress boasted as she would throw a wink of her eye to Shizuka and then straighten up again.

Shizuka was getting more irked when Atalante continued dissing her. "Okay, if you're gonna be so stuck-up about it, why don't you take us both, then?" Shizuka challenged. "You and us, handicap match." She knew that it might be unfair for Atalante for having to face the two of them, but Shizuka didn't care. She just wanted to prove it to Atalante that they could beat her in the ring regardless of the stipulations.

"Uh, well... it does sound a bit unfair, but I guess if you're fine with it, why not?" Yukari chimed in before she continued with her meal.

[Devastated]

Atalante's eyebrows would rise a bit at Shizuka's proposal. Leaning back and getting back into a full stand, she would fold one arm across her body and placed her other arms elbow upon it. Using her own arm to prop it up as she reached up and cupped her own chin. She took a moment to think about it but as it seemed as if Yukari was up for it as well, Atalante would shrug her shoulders.

" You know what. I'm in." The Grecian spoke out, confidently puffing out her chest a bit as she moved her hands down to her hips. " I'm confident that I can beat each of you in an one v one match no problem. So taking you both on is the only way to make it a challenge." The cat-eared wrestler cockily spoke out, winking her eye at Shizuka as she would then let out a soft chuckle. " I'll think of this as my first laborious task in LAW." Atalante joked, she would look around and make sure there wasn't any other people around.

" As a future consolation price. I'll treat you both to desert today. Just don't go telling any other LAW wrestler or they'll come and ask for stuff whenever I beat them."

Shizuka grinned while Yukari sighed, though she didn't show any sign of protesting. "Alright, you better prepare your ass soon. Well..." Leaning back, she decided to calm down a little. "About the dessert, thanks, I guess? Can't turn down any free food, you know?"

"It's tasty." Yukari said, commenting on her meal. "And thanks for the free dessert. Really appreciate it. Though just so you know, we're planning to beat you, even if it's a handicap match." She wasn't exactly agreeing with her partner about this thing, but she wasn't protesting either, so she would accept it regardless.

And so, the duo would continue enjoying their meals.

Atalante chuckled a bit as it seemed Shizuka was way more excited about this handicap match idea than her partner was. " I will be prepared. Don't you worry about that. I just hope you two together will be able to give me a proper challenge." Atalante would joke, as she shrugged her shoulders a bit. " Don't worry about it. We are having a pretty slow day here anyways." Atalante let out.

" Feel free to give me your best shot blue. I can hardly wait to crush you both in the ring." Atalante would turn around, walking a few steps before she stopped. Looking over her shoulder at the two of them. " I'll let you enjoy your meal for now. Let me know when you want you dessert."

Well, now that the match had been set, all they had to do was to wait for the date. For the time being, both Shizuka and Yukari would enjoy their time here with their foods. The two of them, especially Shizuka, seemed determined to defeat Atalante in the ring, though for now, they would enjoy their desserts.
