Turn it Down [Scar & The Body]
Sophia Wolfe was a patient woman, it came with her occupation and her style of wrestling. She was clam, calculated, often able to seek out a weakness through careful planning and carefully chosen attacks. It all came from being just that... patient.
1:15 am was taking the piss though. Sophia was not often up this late within her high luxury apartment, but the vibrating heavy base line of a playlist that seemed to have no end continued to plague her senses. Sleep had been impossible, and thus Sophia hoped to pass some time and ride out the muffled music coming from the room below her feet. It came in the form of a light workout, as Sophia donned a white sports bra like top with a black rim over her chest and light trousers of matching colour and trim, ending just below her knees. It left her intoxicating midriff, her well defined arms, shins and feet bare as well as a little cleavage given she was alone in her home.
After two hours of waiting for the music to die down, Sophia could swear during her plank that the music actually was starting to get louder. She had no issue with neighbours throwing parties so long as she had warning... but this was going too far. The music had been blaring out all day and now all night, and Sophia was at her wits end. With a slight grimace, Sophia rose, grabbing a band to tie her loose hair into her usual ponytail, allowing and not caring that her fringe was hanging unkempt over her eyes. Such was her irritation; she donned no footwear, not so much as even grabbing a jacket or anything as she stormed out of her apartment, making her way to the elevator in the well decorated and carpeted hallway.
A single ping later as Sophia approached the area of offence, the music was filling the hallway, and Sophia wondered why no other residents had approached this matter yet. Coming towards the door, Sophia huffed, took a deep breath and tried to calm and collect herself. Hopefully nothing beyond a firm request would be all that was required here. Knocking how loud the music was, she gave a hard knock on the door.... a good minute passed. All that could be heard was a filthy base line that seemed to shudder through the door and vibrate the walls.
Another knock... harder... louder.
Still nothing. Sophia took a deep breath, becoming more agitated. No doubt the music was so loud its inhabitant could not hear the door. It was time to step it up a little. In a deft display of agility, Sophia twisted her form, raised her leg before she performed a rapid series of hard heel kicks against the door in quick succession. These kicks near threatened the hinges of the heavy door, as a mark from Sophia's heel was left where she clashed her series of strikes. As Sophia returned to a more casual stance, she hoped the resident would not notice the damage she had clearly left... but one thing was for certain, there was no way they did not hear the knock this time.

Re: Turn it Down [Scar & The Body]
Another night for Lola. Another glass of wine. Another movie. Another candle, flickering in the darkness. Another day gone, where she didn’t have a match.
On paper, she figured she didn't have much right to complain. Ever since she’d made the trip to Japan and joined LAW, they'd hooked her up with the VIP treatment. She had more than enough cash to play with, and she could do pretty much whatever she wanted around town. She was a hot prospect for them, after all, being such a hot prospect in the South American scene, so they wanted to keep her happy and healthy while she was waiting for her first match.
It was that last part she took issue with - the waiting. While she wasn't the type to care that much about competition, it has been a long while, way too damn long, since she’d had the chance to get her thighs around someone. She has more than enough opportunities for that back home, from crushing uppity little bitches who tried to take her spot, to just have a night of fun with some dumbass she’d tricked into her bed. It was her addiction. Nothing stirred her soul like have some bones to crack, and she’d gone so long without having that itch scratched.
Tonight was the worst of it. She sat on her couch, getting lost in her Twitter feed with the on blast, doing anything she could to try and distract herself, but it wasn’t doing it for her. She chewed her lip and shuffled on her couch, rubbing her legs against a pillow, just trying to get that stimulus.
The sudden knock took her out of the moment, making her jerk up with surprise. Her movie had been going so loud that she’d almost missed it, but the sound was unmistakable, a strong rapping on the wood. It had been a while since she’d heard that sound. Back home, she’d lived in a more remote place, with few neighbors, nobody to care how loud she played anything. It was easy to forget that she wasn’t the only one living in this space. Just something else she needed to adjust to.
Lola sighed after another knock came, a clear sign that the interloper wasn’t going away. She stood up and began to make her way to the door, taking her sweet time, her bare feet shuffling across the carpet as she went, when rapid banging came from her way. She stopped in mid-step, not sure what to make of it - was this person trying to kick her door down? When it abruptly came to an end, Lola made her way over the rest of the way, understandably more hesitant to open it, now.
She took a second to look through the peephole and confirm there wasn’t some gun-toting psycho waiting for her. All the same, she kept the chain on her door and opened it just enough for half her face to be seen, peering out from the darkness.
”Yes?” Her eyes narrowed. Had she seen this woman before? ”Could you not destroy my door? Please?”

Re: Turn it Down [Scar & The Body]
Sophia watched as the door opened, stopping shy just at what the chain allowed which offered some security for its resident. Sophia had a lot of resolve upon approach, but after leaving a mark upon the door she realised that perhaps she went a little too far to get the attention of the inhabitant of the apartment below her own. It used to be a family that lived below that she had met a few times in passing in the lobby. She had a small amount of interaction with them, often loaning a few items and utensils too at times, but it seems they were no longer here. Instead was a younger woman, her hair as black as pitch and her skin flawless and bronzed, coating an alluring face.
Little else could be seen with the door concealing the rest of her figure, though it was not in Sophia's interests to imagine what she was clad in, rather that she got to the root of her own trepidations.
"Hello and welcome to the building." Sophia spoke formally, managing to hold as welcoming a tone as she could manage in her brief surprise to see a new face.
"I live in the apartment above. I am sorry for disturbing you but... would it be alright if you lowered the volume of your music? It is late in the hour and many will be trying to sleep. Myself included. It is fine to hold a party but we tend to give warning to neighbours just to let them know so they can prepare themselves." Sophia would then address the reason for her sudden arrival. She felt a little bad about the door but she could pay to have it mended if it was brought up further as an issue. Given how conditioned her form was, despite striking it with a bare heel she did not so much as feel a sting herself. The heavy duty door had a clear mark though where Sophia had struck though.
All at once, Sophia realised her appearance was somewhat out of sorts given her current attire. In her agitation she had rushed out without donning a jacket or even pumps. Luckily her workout session had been light, not so much as showing a sign of fatigue or even a glisten of sweat.
"Oh... my name is Sophia. What is yours?" Sophia was quick to add on, realising she had not even introduced herself yet. She wanted to try and keep things friendly despite her misgivings of the situation.

Re: Turn it Down [Scar & The Body]
Ten seconds in and this was already the weirdest conversation Lola’d had in a long time.
The woman who nearly kicked her door down was oddly cordial - way more than she would have expected from someone who’d left a noticeable dent in said door. She spoke calmly, collectedly, enhanced by the German accent. Not too aggressive. Pleasing and welcoming, actually. She was the absolute last person Lola had expected to be knocking on her door in Japan, and to top it all off, Lola still couldn't shake the feeling that she’d seen her somewhere…
Then she introduced herself, and it all clicked. Sophia Wolfe. While Lola hadn't watched too many matches before she came to LAW, a few of them had caught her attention, singing to some of her less admirable sensibilities. One in particular was a match with an Egyptian and German, where the latter had spent much of the match getting twisted up and dominated by the former. She’d come out on top in the end, but there was a clear trend throughout the match, and it ended up with her getting dragged out of the ring by the Egyptian and her sister, to fates unknown.
It painted an interesting picture, and fate had decided to put this woman at her doorstep. How fortuitous. Certain ideas were starting to make their way through her head. Dangerous ideas. Wild ideas. Fun ideas, at least for her.
Lola closed the door, only to undo the chain and open it in full a moment later, revealing her evening attire. She’d been getting ready for bed in a bit, so she wasn’t wearing too much - just her red bra and some denim shorts that she would’ve been slipping out of soon enough.
”Apologies. I’m new in the city, new to apartment life. Still getting used to having thin walls.” She leaned up against the door frame, arms folded, and gave her a curious scan. ”You, though…Sophia, Sophia Wolfe? From LAW?” She stroked her chin with a knowing smile. ”Life is funny. Lola. I’m a fan.”

Re: Turn it Down [Scar & The Body]
Sophia was taken aback a little when the door closed, only to open without the restrictions of the chain. There Lola would introduce herself, though she was wearing little it seemed, her chest just about contained by a silk red bra whilst form fitting denim shorts donned her hips, leaving all of her legs to the elements. On first glance, Lola was a sturdy woman, much broader then Sophia's slender figure, but more than well shaped and curved. Her frame betrayed a sense of power that Sophia was all too familiar with given how much she honed her own form. On the surface, there seemed to be little definition to the fulsome build of the bronzed beauty before her, but her legs betrayed her. She could sense the strength in them from thigh to calve, well defined muscle subtly lining curves. This woman worked out, Sophia could see the signs, as subtle as they were. If Sophia had to guess her occupation based on her allure and stature, she would wager a dancer... probably an exotic style since she could afford to live in this luxurious building.
"Nice to meet you Lola." Sophia greeted, managing a small smile before addressing the sudden elephant in the corridor she was stationed in.
"Oh... Heh. Yes I am Sophia Wolfe... from LAW. It is not an issue of significance; we are all simply neighbours here." Sophia then added a little nervously. She was infamous for letting her wrestling do the talking rather than herself, she had never been particularly good on the mic or with fans backstage. That said, ever since Apex, she was making much more of an effort to significant success. Always considered to be serious and stoic, she was embracing her surname as something akin to a bit of a gimmick, after famously howling in victory after she defeated Brynhilde in the Apex Finals. Ever since then, she had been taking to Social Media as well as engaging with fans. It still made her nervous as anything to do so, but she was trying.
Hearing that Lola was a potential fan, she did not want to disappoint.
"Do not fret about it. We are not against parties in this place, we just usually give a little warning as I previously mentioned. There's a board in the lobby we use for notifications and the like for such a purpose." Sophia mentioned in a casual fashion, suddenly becoming very aware of her current appearance.
"With that in mind... I once again welcome you to the building. I hope I continue to impress you in LAW and I will leave you to your night." Sophia tried to say her farewells, eager to get back to her apartment now that hopefully there was some quiet.

Re: Turn it Down [Scar & The Body]
So shy, this one. And nervous. It was kind of cute, actually.
As cute as someone built like an action figure could ever be, anyway.
Lola looked her over as she spoke, only paying half-attention to every word that came out of the woman’s mouth. Something about a board and her neighbors? She couldn't have cared less, to be honest. She’d look into it later. She wasn’t out to make friendly with the other tenants, and she wasn’t about to have any parties anytime soon. She’d be mindful of the volume in the future, sure, just to avoid situations like this from happening again with someone less attractive.
Tonight, though, it was working in her favor. Or so she hoped. Sophia seemed content to let things be, and was on her way to leave. Understandable, it was getting late, at least by most people’s standards. Thanks to her lifestyle and profession, Lola was used to sleeping around the witching hour, 3:33 AM. If she had someone to curl up to, all the better.
Lola let Sophia take a couple of steps before she spoke up. ”Actually,” She stepped out into the hallway, one hand still on the door jamb. ”I’m not just a fan. I’ve joined LAW, as well. So we’re coworkers.” She took a little step, crossing one leg in front of the other and leaning forward. Not much. Just enough to put her chest on display. A pout from her beestung lips, a flutter of the eyes. It was the little touches that drove them wild.
”Could use a little advice, if you got a moment.” She thumbed back inside her apartment, as she spoke, making sure to lace her every word with a little more of an accent than usual. ”And, bonus - I’ll make you a nightcap. A little something to help you drift off. It’s the least I can do.”

Re: Turn it Down [Scar & The Body]
Sophia paused when Lola continued; watching as she slowly peered closer, allowing more of her cleavage to become visible from the bra that coated them. Her movements were deliberate and fluid, with Sophia becoming very aware of her beauty and her build in what little items of clothing coated her figure. Sophia could not deny that this woman was an alluring presence, her form well kept, her skin flawless. The manner in which she made her motions only made it apparent that Lola knew this herself, and Sophia could not help but wonder if she was trying to lightly flirt with her, as there was something of a sensual touch to her tone.
Despite all of this, Sophia had something of a reclusive nature, and she wanted nothing more than to retreat back to her place and call it a night. The sudden notion of Lola's approach made an edge of nervousness manifest within her core as she was always unsure how to react in such circumstances. She had no intent to humour the allure of the beauty before her given her feelings for Katherine Hart were strong. By all rights she should have kindly pardoned herself and returned home... yet... Her deep seated good nature compelled her to remain, discovering that Lola was actually a wrestler herself, something Sophia had not expected to hear. She desired some pointers and advice. Who was she to deny a new arrival such a request?
"I suppose we are co-workers in a sense." Sophia responded, taking a moment to think. Standing barefoot and wearing little upon her own torso, Sophia was not exactly in her comfort zone in the hallway before a new arrival and fellow wrestler.
"I can spare a few moments if it will assist you." Sophia spoke, giving into her well natured manner. It was hard to turn down a upcoming wrestler, especially if she was a fan and a fresh neighbour too. Sophia did not want to leave a bad impression, turning towards Lola as she brought her hands up to grasp at her own arms in a feeble attempt to cover a little more of her own alluring form.
"Do you have anything in decaf?" Sophia requested, feeling she would need a little drink for this.

Re: Turn it Down [Scar & The Body]
For a moment, Lola feared she was coming on a little too strong. While her tricks might have worked wonders on the horny males she often encountered back home, there was guarantee that they’d have a similar effect on a wallflower like this. She was clearly a shy type, not that used to engaging with others. It was honestly a small shock that she’d ever worked up the courage to come up here in the first place.
If she did wind up running off, then, oh well - Lola was sure they would cross paths again and another opportunity would present itself. It would just be an unfortunate development for her entertainment tonight.
Thankfully, though, Sophia’s manners seemed to win out over any caution she might have had. Lola put on her warmest smile. ”I just might.” She gave the woman a quick wink and slid back into her apartment, opening the way for her guest to come in. ”Please, walk into my parlor.”
Once inside, she would find Lola’s apartment to be immaculate - while she didn’t expect company, she liked to clean up as if it could come by at any moment. A wide leather couch still had the indentation of her backside on it, with a bearskin rug lying between it and the TV. While her apartment had much the same setup as Sophia’s, the German would find hers had a distinct flavor to it, showing off her interests. The loudspeaker, the source of the consternation, was on the far end of the room, still pumping the music. The walls were decorated with movie posters from over half a century ago - Hello Dolly, the Sound of Music, Damn Yankees, just to name a few. All of it was bathed in low lights, casting shadows around the entire living space, making it just bright enough for them to move around.
Lola made her way over to the music system and promptly dialed it down halfway, letting it stay just loud enough to be heard, but not so loud that they couldn't speak over it. ”Siri,” Her cell phone lit up in the kitchen. ”Play ‘Black Magic Woman’ on Spotify.”
The dulcet tones of Carlos Santana began to play as Lola made her way into the kitchen, adding some extra sway to her steps as she went. ”Mi casa es su casa, mosca. Make yourself at home.” She started rifling through her cabinets, getting the right ingredients ready. ”You’ve been with LAW for a while now, yes? How would you describe the experience? Be blunt, be honest.”

Re: Turn it Down [Scar & The Body]
Sophia followed in when she was invited, walking into what was essentially the same layout of her own apartment given she was just above. She was taken aback though when she witnessed just how much more personality Lola's abode possessed. Sophia's own place was equally immaculate, but in comparison it was gravely soulless. Sophia's walls were largely plain save for a few artistic pictures of modern art that fit the aesthetic of the place, whereas Lola's choices carried more warmth and helped bring life to the walls. There was an ambience to the main room, a low light that carried a homely feel whilst the music only complimented the fashioned mood.
Sophia's own home was cold in comparison, making her realise what vision she lacked compared to what Lola had turned her apartment into. It was hard to believe they lived in the same building. The kitchen like her own place merged into the living space, equally in the highest quality given the establishment and the cost of living in such a high quality location, but once more where Sophia's kitchen was built for purpose, Lola had personalised this station to match the ambience of her room. The lighting was low, highlighting the city life from the window beyond, quite romantic as scented candles emitted a nice aroma that seemed to spread through the entirety of her home.
"You have certainly brought your place to life." Sophia had to confess, her arms still folded protectively around her own chest as she walked along the soft carpet towards the kitchen area where Lola was already beginning to work.
Sophia paused suddenly when Lola spoke her native tongue. The word 'fly' not going unnoticed to the German born Sophia Wolfe. Sophia was a well-travelled woman, and in her ventures had several languages under her belt. Whilst not as fluent as she would like, Sophia understood Spanish to a good enough level to know Lola had just belittled her. Given how Lola casually followed up with a question about LAW, it was clear she assumed Sophia would not have understood her. Sophia suddenly felt uneasy, believing that Lola was considering her a pest for bothering her about the music. Suddenly her arms folded a little tighter around her own arms, and all at once Sophia broke eye contact with the host who invited her in.
"Long enough." Sophia replied. Her tone had shifted just a little, just enough to notice that something had changed.
"There are two sides to it, much like there are to a good portion of its wrestlers there. There is the face of it, which is wrestling as a whole, fierce and competitive. At its top level you will find no better competition than what LAW has to offer. Everyone strives to be a champion of some form, whether it is of the watching fans or the accolades LAW offers in high esteem. Then there is what I consider to be the underbelly of LAW, another half of it which is not to my taste. It is where the more adult side of wrestling resides in which many wrestlers explore not just their sexuality but deeper perversions I would rather not go into. Regrettably, sometimes both of these elements bleed into each other, as wrestlers from this darker side also grace the competitive nature of LAW. I have had a few choice encounters myself in my time." Sophia would go on to explain, glancing around the room to take in the decor.
She did not catch much of what Lola was doing with her prep work for the drinks, but she soon turned to her.
"Thank you for welcoming me into your home and offering me a beverage, but It is late. I feel like I have taken too much of your time already. I should leave." Sophia noted, finally looking towards Lola again. Her demeanour had shifted, suddenly not so eager any more.

Re: Turn it Down [Scar & The Body]
”Got a Black Magic Woman
Got a Black Magic Woman
I've got a black magic woman, got me so blind, I can't see…”
Lola made her way into the kitchen and moved with practised ease, finding the glasses and bringing all the ingredients together from pure memory. While she’d never served as a bartender, she’d worked with enough of them at her club that she could’ve likely done their job for a while if she’d had to, picking up the basics and more from her time there. A little orange-mint dream base. Non-alcoholic, of course. Some orange slices mixed with mint leaves. Some honey to give it sweetness, mix it all together, perfect.
And, of course, the final ingredient, coming from her medicine drawer while Sophia was taking in the room: rophynol. A few drops in Sophia’s drink were all that she needed.
Now, she just had to get her to drink it and keep her around long enough for it to take effect, which might not have been the easiest things. While Sophia spoke kindly enough, there was an evident change in tone and stance. Her guard was up, ever-so-slightly, as if she knew something was amiss. Lola kept her look serene and calm, but a hint of worry began to creep through her mind. Had she already given the game up?
She listened to her guests' explanations enough to get the gist of things, as she finished up on the drinks and came around the counter toward Sophia, careful not to mix up which one was hers. ”Mmm. I’ve heard about those seedier sides. Women who take advantage of others. Predators.” The irony was palpable, but she kept a straight face. ”I’m here for the more erotic aspects. You might have guessed. Still, I’ve my worries.”
Lola stepped between Sophia and the door, not outright stopping her from leaving, but presenting herself as a soft obstacle. It would be rude to simply push her out of the way and exit, and Sophia struck her as a woman not accustomed to rudeness. ”It is late. But please, stay for a moment. Enjoy your drink. It will ease your sleep, this I promise.” She extended her hand and offered up the nightcap. ”This is a tradition in my country - if a guest crosses our doors, their owed a gift. This is mine.”
Utter bullshit, but then, she doubted Sophia was intricately familiar with Colombian customs.
"Don't turn your back on me, baby
Don't turn your back on me, baby
Yes, don't turn your back on me, baby, stop messing 'round with your tricks..."
