For certain Sophia still was nervous, but the sudden arrival and demand from Lola spurned her to move. There was a saying that being pissed always trumped being scared, and whilst the statement was vulgar back when she first heard it, the German beauty could suddenly find merit in such a statement. Asp remained a rock as she always was, someone Sophia found herself increasingly beginning to lean on. To possess such a friend was so unknown to Sophia, she had never experienced such commitment from another before, and she was so glad she had finally began to make friends when some years ago she could not even approach anyone. As Sophia guided Asp to her room, she could not help but hope that one day she could return the favour... that Asp could openly come to her any time she needed assistance or help.

"Kat... I never would imagine someone like myself would find such partnership with a presence such as Katherine Hart. She is everything that I am not. Boisterous, loud, larger than life. Kat is the kind of person I used to make certain to avoid." Sophia confessed. In truth that had been her thoughts of Kat prior to meeting her, and when the two were assigned to promote LAW in America during the federations expansion, that opinion had not altered. One thing Asp did notice however was that Sophia managed a smile when she spoke about Kat. Her eyes often seemed to drift off, as if she was picturing the woman who had become the face of LAW during her impressive career.

"It felt like she was merely making it her mission to pester me. Though one night something did happen. We... we got into a tussle over something silly and I tried to put her in her place so I could call it a night. She was being playful... I... was almost becoming serious, bothered by her nuances. She managed to get the better of me very briefly, and whilst I was trying to free myself from her grasp... she gave me a kiss." Sophia whispered, before running her hand down her scarred eye.
"Right here. It... it felt really nice." Sophia spoke, opening the door gently to her bedroom. It was spacious, well decorated and modern. The bed was large, immaculate as if taken from a freeze frame of a bedroom to sell on a magazine. It was well lit, seemingly spotless of dust with the bed looking unslept in. Asp could not help but get that sensation once again however, that everything in the room was not Sophia, but soulless. It did not speak to Asp, feeling cold to the soul despite being well heated.

"We kissed for most the night before cuddling up. The next day we went back home, and... I thought Kat was looking for a simple... 'fling' as it were so I did not contact her. She found me in a cafe some days later and began talking to me as if we were still on tour, looking to get me involved in her usual antics and adventures and I tried to ignore her. It did not work. She kept meeting me every few days... and the more I encountered her, the more I could not help but get lured into that infectious personality of hers. Suddenly... I... just liked being around her. She made me smile, we had another few nights were we kissed and I just... I began to enjoy her company more and more." Sophia explained, approaching the bed before she sheepishly turned towards Asp, no doubt looking for her to take command, not knowing where to go next or what to do.

"I... I have never been in a relationship like this. I do not know how it will go... but a few nights ago, as I mentioned... we went beyond just... kissing each other." Sophia spoke a little meekly, her eyes trailing off as she felt a little embarrassed talking about such things.
"It is... why I am coming to you for help. I want to make sure I can... keep Kat happy. One thing I know is that... I do not want to lose what we have, whatever it is that... it is."

Asp was not a romantic - at least, she would never describe herself as such. While she believed that there was such a thing with others, she herself was far too mercurial for such a thing, too hesitant to put down roots and limits in such a way. She was a free spirit, coming and going as she pleased, used to traveling the world and finding love wherever it was waiting for her. While she would never regret such a life, it made it difficult to form a real relationship. Indeed, even superficial friendships were a relatively new concept for Asp, with Sophia being one of the few she would give such a lofty title.

But when Sophia spoke of her lover, Asp could feel the emotion in every word, the sheer compassion. It was a rare thing, even rarer still in someone like some this, who was so serious and reserved in her daily life. Katherine was a lucky woman, and Asp would be lying if she said she was not a touch envious.

But she pushed those thoughts aside and focused on the moment, where her friend was coming to her for aid.

”I don’t think you have anything to fear in that department, Sophia. What you have is strong, and strong things endure.” She gave the woman a reassuring pat on the lap, then inched forward. ”But all things can be improved upon, so let us see what can be done.”

She touched her chin for a moment, pondering, until an idea came to her. ”Let’s see what we are working with, hm? Close your eyes. Breathe deep. Pretend that Katherine is here, sitting in front of you, waiting for your next move. What’s going through your mind?”

Sophia suddenly felt a little nervousness, but it was not like before. Normally it was filled with a sense of dread, anxiety often taking command when her nerves got the better of her. She did not cope well with situations like this; in the ring was where Sophia had always been most comfortable. When pitted against another opponent, there was a frightening edge to the woman, a focus within her one good eye and her other half closed one that could strike fear into those unfortunate enough to stand opposite her. A testament to her will and capability, even when faced with gruelling opposition who expose her flaws, Sophia was still able to clinch victory when it appeared the German Karateka was all but defeated. Asp had experienced it all herself during their first meeting, when the two faced each other in the ring. To witness that cold and calculating presence with such killer instinct become something of a nervous wreck when confronted with passion and the prospect of love... it was certainly a thing.

Where her anxieties often took hold, this time the German felt giddier. She was willing to go ahead with this, and the thought of what would happen certainly put her on a bit of edge... but with it being Asp, it felt like there was control. It brought just enough confidence to wrestle any doubts. She was with a friend, a friend who was trying to help her get over her own trials and tribulations. What did it matter that the two of them were clad in somewhat little clothing, both sitting upon a bed together.
"A... alright." Sophia responded. She decided to hunker down and progress... thinking too hard and she would be right back where she started. Asp was an incredibly patient woman, but Sophia imagined even she must have her limits, and dealing with these shortcomings must have been wearing down against that patience. Taking a little breath, Sophia tried to shift herself. She was too upright, not relaxed at all... but her eyes were closed at least, and her next breath was a lot deeper and more controlled.

"What is going through my mind..." Sophia whispered, trying to clear her thoughts, redesigning the situation with her eyes closed from the world. She imagined Katherine was sitting where Asp was right now, taking another deep breath.
"She is waiting for me to make my next move..." Sophia whispered, edging closer to Asp until their knees gently graced against each other. Sophia froze briefly, about to apologise... but she remembered this was an exercise, and Asp wanted her in the moment.
"I uhh... I would lean in and kiss her." Sophia whispered quietly...

This was good. This was comfortable. This, Asp could work with.

While she had never done anything quite like this before, her mind was already starting to formulate a strategy, a roadmap for how this was supposed to go. She needed to ease Sophia into the situation, and that meant breaking down her barriers. It would take them both out of their comfort zone, but then, that was the whole point - getting her accustomed to situations that she wasn’t wholly familiar with. One step forward, then another, until they were at a better place. Perhaps they wouldn’t get there today, but she could at least start her on the path.

She sat, patient and quiet, as Sophia set the scene. While she didn’t know Katherine, everything she had heard of the woman portrayed her as someone headstrong, adventurous, and energetic. The perfect flame to Sophia’s cooling waters. If she were here, though, what would she want out of the German? Out of a lover? She didn't strike her as the one tot take it slow.

”A kiss.” Asp nodded her approval, even if it went unseen. They were in the proper mindset. ”A good start, but let us not leave it there. The kiss itself is not the most important thing, but where it falls. The neck, the ear, the chest. Sensitive places. You want to build her desire, fan her flames.”

Asp tilted her head to the side, opening up her most vulnerable spot to Sophia. ”Try. Gentle kisses. Nothing too forward, nothing too wild. Build the moment.”

And just like that... Asp was already showing Sophia had to proceed. When Sophia mentioned a kiss, she meant just that. A soft kiss upon the lips, a tried and true classic from all forms of movie and theatre. Asp was kind enough to compliment Sophia on her approach and idea, but it was too innocent in its nature. By no means was it a wrong move... but Asp was swift in guiding Sophia to where the roaring fire lay, and not just a standing candle where Sophia was headed. She took a little breath, caught off guard at how simple her suggestion and been, and how Asp began to work more into it.

A kiss was fine... but it did not have to just be on the lips. There was a whole body to explore, sensitive parts from the neck, to the chest and even at the ear. Sophia had not thought of this, but it all made sense. These were things Kat would not hesitate to do, and Sophia felt a little foolish that she did not pull from that limited experience she had. Then Asp would reposition herself, leaning a little back against the bed. Her head tilted, her long hair swaying with gravity in a soft fashion to expose the side of her neck. Sophia felt her chest tighten, when Asp asked that she try out kissing... against Asp's own neck. Asp was kind enough not to push it, and tentatively Sophia slowly shifted towards her after enough delay. She was not sure how to approach at first, realising that positioning and comfort was important. She bit on her lower lip in quite the adorable fashion for a woman that could most likely kick the head off someone's shoulders if she really wanted to Asp would wager. One of her legs slid against Asp's as she managed to crouch before her, placing a hand gently upon her shoulder for support as the other pressed against the soft bed. There was a slow approach, but after a moment, Sophia slipped in, giving the lightest of kisses upon Asp's exposed shoulder. There was a pause... and then there was another kiss, this time just at Asp's collar bone.

Her lips were soft, her kisses almost feather like. They felt pleasant, but more in a relax the soul kind of nature, smooth, oddly quiet. It was obvious Sophia was nervous, far from her comfort zones... but to see her pushing her own boundaries so far was impressive. And her kisses.. the fifth slid up the side of Asp's neck, heavier but remaining gentle. The next one firmer, slower... more than satisfactory for someone who was so doubtful of their own abilities and lacked experience in the bedroom. Her hand caressed down Asp's upper arm, her fingers curling around her bicep in a massage like fashion. Those final kisses felt sensual as Sophia neared Asp’s jawline, as Sophia began to ease herself into the moment, pushing down her nerves... none of it bad.

Asp was not ignorant of how big a step this was for Sophia. While she was not greatly familiar with the woman’s LAW career, the impression she got was that it had been one of constant manipulation, where unsavory characters took advantage of her time and time again; they forced eroticism on her to gain advantage or merely to please themselves. Asp could not say she was wholly different in their first encounter, but even she had limits. Many of the women that the German encountered seemed to fail even her low bar. Sophia was trying to master a weapon that had only ever been used as a cudgel against her.

In that way, it was empowering, a way for Sophia to take her agency back and master it. In another way, it could be terrifying, as new concepts often were. It fell on Asp to guide her through things.

”The neck, the lips, the ear, the thighs - these are erogenous zones. There are others, but these three will suffice for our purposes.” She reached around Sophia for a light embrace, giving her some semblance of a lover’s touch to help her along and keep her in check. ”These are spots attuned to pleasure, where you spend the most of your time. Take care with every touch, and give it thought. Think of it as a fight, in some ways. There needs to be purpose in your movements. Focus. Goals.”

She let Sophia continue on her adventures, satisfied for the most part, as the woman did her best to make the moment intimate. Sophia had to take a little moment, listening when Asp spoke. Those nerves were still present, and they revealed themselves when Asp began to shift things up. With an element of allure, Asp began to position herself, stretching her form out and holding her arms up, essentially putting her fine-tuned figure on full display. "It... does make this a little easier given your beauty." Sophia spoke, accidently giving voice to what was thought. Yes... she had deep feelings for Kat, but it was impossible not to acknowledge that Asp was a stunning specimen of a woman, and all at once Sophia blushed when she realised what she had openly said. Her lower hand slid across Asp's inner thigh, tracing across... her other traced over the flat and bare midriff of Asp, stopping shy at her chest where Sophia hesitated. She took a little breath, her courage clearly tested before failing.... but not completely.
