She certainly did love her, but she couldn't live like this, knowing that her match with Renee could be her last. She practically almost revealed her full name during their promo.

Luckily, no one has been able to pin down who she is just yet, but just the idea that people know her real name but aren't quite sure it's her actual name was terrifying.
