Out of all the things Risako could’ve expected when she signed with LAW, competing in the ACTUAL Roman Colosseum was something she never could’ve imagined in her wildest dreams. The announcement that LAW would be holding an event there was a surprise and the fact that she had made it on to the card was even more surprising. Sure she had thrown her hat in the metaphorical ring but she didn’t expect to be taken seriously since she hadn’t been with the company for very long. But for whatever reason the higher-ups deigned to give her a match at the event and she wasn’t going to let this opportunity go to waste.
As her theme blared through the speakers Risako made her way to the ring. It still felt surreal that she was about to do battle in this historic arena like the gladiators of old. But she did her best to put that out of her mind and focus on the task at hand as she awaited her opponent.
