"Oh Carl knows and doesn't care. He thinks Kat is just the greatest thing and refuses to accept reality." Alaina said with a shrug. "He is turning into something all right now that he is getting older."

Alaina took a deep breath when Sophia mentioned the beach again. "I know but I just want to keep a low profile at this point. I really have missed out on too much with the kids as it is by coming back to wrestling. Once my reign ends I think I will be on borrowed time and that retirement won't be too far off for me." Alaina said. "I can't just let Charlie do it all, they all need me back more right now."

Sophia chuckled at Alaina's comment as it seemed no matter what, little Carl was still obsessed with being the guy who would marry Katherine Hart. "Well I guess somethings never change." She winked before giving her a nudge on the shoulder. However Sophia's playful expression quickly changed as Alaina began to speak about how her time may soon be up as champ and her career. "HEY DON'T SAY THAT!!!" Sophia let out with a concern look on her face thinking about the possibly of Alaina calling it quits. After a second of letting the situation sink in, Sophia looked at Alaina letting out a deep breath.

"I'm sorry... I just think you still have so much to offer..." Sophia let out in short breathes as the muscluar superheroe's was concerned with the possibility of not getting the chance to face her aunt in the ring."It's just I just started competing here and really hoped we could tag together or even have a match.... sorry..." Sophia continued letting out her inner hopes and dreams out for Alaina to hear as she lowered her head in a bit of embrassment and fluster.

Alaina wasn't exactly expecting that reaction to her news as she looked over. "I need to stop missing out on everything else around me. I will still be around for a while once my reign ends but once I feel like I need to retire I am going to retire." Alaina said drawing a line in the sand. She knew that her time was coming to an end in the ring. Not now. Not this year. But the end of next year? During the year after? That was possible. Ultimately Alaina was feeling guilty. Her kids school years so far had seen her spending time in the ring while Charlie was the one watching them grow up. She knew with them just about to turn 13 that she needed to focus on being a mom more than being a wrestler.

While to some it may seem like an overreaction to Sophia it was a genuine reaction. Ever since she was a little girl all she wanted to do was to share the ring with Alaina regardless of it being a team up between the two generations of the Sanders family or it being a match between the two to see if Sophia could carry on the family torch once Alaina retired. Now that Sophia finally joined LAW she was hoping to do so much but unfortunately it seemed like if she wanted to do any of those things would it have to be after her bout with her cousin. At first Sophia was devastated and lowered her head fearing she may not ever get that chance before her eye rolled to the side after hearing Alaina's words.

Sophia sat up with her mouth opening a bit realizing what Alaina was truly saying. It's not that Alaina wanted to give up wrestling but wanted to spend more time with her family, Sophia looked down embarrassed once again from her jumping to conclusions before tilting her head up to look directly into her aunt."I'm sorry Alaina... I know I sounded selfish it's just I always dreamed of this day and didn't want to rush things before we had our chance to finally face off, ya know?" Sophia muttered softly trying to let her words sink into her aunt before she leaned forward closer towards her. "Do you promise before you retire, we have a match? Because ever since I was small enough for you carry me with one arm you I knew that if I was going to complete in the ring I knew I had to face you one on one and when you retired at first I thought I lost my chance but now I don't want to take that opportunity for granted so could you give this knucklehead of a niece you got that chance?" Sophia continued reminiscing about when she was small, she could be lifted with one arm giving the blonde a chuckle before shifting it to reaffirming what drove her to becoming a pro wrestler in the first place, not trying to act like an entitled child but rather someone who is sincere but their passion as she kept her eyes focused on Alaina not taking her eyes off of her to truly show how much Alaina means to her and hoping she can understand where the superhero was coming from.

Alaina nodded quietly and sat back in her chair. "We can make that happen. You tell me when and we will have our match." Alaina said. "I will make sure everyone who ever wanted to step in the ring with me gets one last shot to face me before I go so don't worry." She added trying to cheer Sophia up a bit. She felt bad at the timing of everything but deep down Alaina knew this was different than last time she retired. She knew that when she left again there would be no comeback.

"Thank you, Alaina, you have no idea how much that means to me." Sophia smiled softly and sincerely in response to Alaina's words, it felt like the dream she had ever since she was a little girl would finally come true as Sophia couldn't help but lean over and to wrap her arms around her aunt as a way of saying thank you to accepting her offer. After a moment Sophia leaned back in her chair and grinned. "Ya know Alaina why not we have some fun? Not just sit here being scared of the future, let's live in the present and make the most of it." Sophia let out beaming with enthusiasm as while sure it was a bit upsetting to hear about Alaina's eventual retirement, it was completely out of Sophia's hands. In Sophia's mind she could either let that dictate how the rest of the day was going to go or instead spend the vacation week she had with favorite aunt in a way both could enjoy, and for Sophia she was going with option B. "How about for now we put ourselves to the test in a friendly little game." Sophia added on in a confident yet cocky tone of voice as she raised her right arm up. "For starters how about a friendly arm-wrestling match. If I lose, I'll help out look after Anna and Carl, and who knows maybe because of me Anna might learn a thing or two about how to follow in her momma's footsteps." Sophia continued playfully offering up a wager if the younger, bulkier woman ended up coming short in the end as she rested her elbow down to keep her arm up."Sooo Auntie, what would you wager?" Sophia asked giving Alaina a wink to signify this was all in just good fun between the two family members.

Alaina sat back and sighed. "Okay okay... I have no clue what I could possibly wager to be honest. If I lose I will let you walk around with my title belt for a little while?" Alaina asked. "I hope that is wager worthy for you." Alaina figured it would be but she was never much for betting or anything. She just wanted to go out, train, wrestle then be around the family. She was very simple like that.

Alaina settled into a spot at the table and got herself ready. "Okay big girl lets see what you've got!" Alaina said ready to begin the arm wrestling challenge.

Sophia was eager to test her strength against her favorite aunt to truly see how she's come as a professional wrestler. Sure did she need to add a wager to this little contest of strength? Probably not, but it was all about having fun with Alaina and if it meant having to wager her looking after two kids if she lost then so be it, as long as her and Alaina had a good time it didn't matter. As Sophia rested her elbow on the table with her hand out ready to go, she couldn't help but chuckle at the idea of Alaina wagering something for what was just two family members having good fun. That was until Alaina offered Sophia the chance to walk around with Alaina's own heavyweight championship belt. For a moment, Sophia froze with her mouth hanging open in utter shock. Sophia couldn't even believe it, her walking around with Alaina's LAW Heavyweight Belt!? It felt like a dream come true!!!! It may have looked like Sophia went braindead but no she just needed time to process Alaina's wager.

After a second of letting, it all sink in Sophia finally shook her hand snapping out of the trance she was in to answer Alaina's question. "Uh yeah off course it will be good enough, besides I always look good with gold." Sophia let out trying to think of the right words to say before making a playful joke to how good the belt will look on her. Now that both girls were in position, Sophia locked hands with Alaina tightening her grip on her hand to show she's gunning for a victory more than ever now. "Oh I can say the same thing to you, heck when I win let's take a picture to memorialize it." Sophia chuckled flashing a wink to Alaina as now it was time for the arm wrestling challenge to begin!

Without a second to waste, Sophia flex her bicep that on the table to keep a firm stance on her elbow as she let out grits of exertion to try and push Alaina's arm down!

Alaina readied herself as Sophia sat down. "We'll take a picture at the end, sure." Alaina said although she wasn't about to let Sophia win this one. As they clasped hands the amazon waited for the signal to start and when it was time her whole body tensed up as she pushed back against Sophia as hard as she could determined to slam Sophia's hand down against the table.

"Sorry honey... this isn't going to be something that you win even at my age." Alaina said through grit teeth as she struggled, straining to come out on top!

Sophia locked herself in as what started off as just a playful wager between two family members, turned into something more competitive as she was hungry to wear Alaina's gold around her waist even if it was just for one day. Both women had their hands clasped against each other with neither backing down for even a second. Sophia gritted her teeth doing her best to hold her ground. Even though Sophia had the blessing of youth on her side, Alaina had more than enough experience to help balance it out and Sophia could feel that tenfold as despite tensing up her body she could feel her arm slowly going down much to her dismay.

"Come on.... Sophia.... you trained your life for something like this...." She thought to herself as she could feel her whole body shaking with her chest pounding harder and harder as her aunt was pushing her hand down further and further to the canvas of the table."NOOOOO!!!" Sophia grunted out as she pressed forward, beginning to stand on her two legs to try and make a last minute recovery before finally her hand was slammed against the table losing the test of strength! "OW! Damn it...." Sophia pulled back her hand instantly trying to rub off the pain as she muttered to herself disappointingly. "I guess even all these years later.... I still can't beat ya in a test of strength...." Sophia added on looking down at her brushed hand lost in thought. "I've been training for years and I can't even beat her in a test of strength? How could I possibly beat her in a match?" Sophia continued to ask herself with her eyebrows beginning to frown as it felt like all those years training to match up with Alaina in terms of strength feel like they were all for nothing. Even if this started out as a friendly wager between two family members, Sophia wanted to test herself if she could take on Alaina, but she now knew more work needed to be done....
