Generational Clash: Hazel Nielson vs Alaina Sanders (C)

Instead of being allowed to just lie on the mat, Hazel found herself rolled and folded up by the Amazon for a pin! Not a good position to be in, she couldn't let this match end like this, not this early, not when she knew she had what it took to beat Alaina!

"One, two, t-"

Hazel thrusted her body and managed to get her shoulder up before the referee could finish their count to the cheers of the crowd! The Scotswoman was determined not to let this match end until that belt was around her waist and proving that she was on the same level if not better the the Veteran Alaina!

Hazel kicked out. This move had won her more matches than she could count yet this woman managed to kick out. Disbelief settled in for a moment over the amazon before reality snapped her back.

Alaina felt Hazel kick out of the amabomb and looked up in shock, shaking her head. "No way you just did that... no way!" Alaina said as she stood up pulling Hazel up with her. She had more work to do so she wasn't going to delay. Alaina grit her teeth and stepped towards the ropes whipping Hazel into them. Alaina then took off after her and as Hazel ran back she extended her arm as she looked to bulldoze Hazel with a big running lariat as she was looking to do enough to keep this woman down!

Whether or not she was the first person to kick out of the Amabomb... it didn't matter to Hazel, she would have kicked out of it a thousand times before just lying there and accepting defeat! Hazel took several deep breaths as Alaina voiced her disbelief. "Were it so easy!" Hazel thought to herself before letting out a small grunt as the woman grabbed her and pulled her up to her feet. Hazel wasn't even back up for a moment before being sent into the ropes just to be knocked back down to the canvas by the Amazon's muscular arm! There wasn't much Hazel could do if Alaina kept her grounded like this!

Alaina sent Hazel crashing down hard and as she herself got up she had an idea. She hoped that this would keep Hazel down and it was something she had been meaning to try out so now was as good a time as ever. She pulled Hazel up and grabbed hold of her, lifting her up over her shoulder. Alaina would walk to the corner and get her feet under her as she kept hold of Hazel and climbed. She wanted to get to the second rope while still holding Hazel up and jump attempting to hit her with a falcon arrow from the second rope complete with a pin attempt after!

The more ideas Alaina had, the worse things were going to get for the Scotswoman, though with the Amazon managing to keep her down, Hazel didn't seem to be in a position to say otherwise as she was hauled up to her feet and then onto the veteran's shoulders! Hazel was stirring as Alaina carried her to the corner and climbed to the turnbuckle. She knew she had to do something, she couldn't just let Alaina keep trying to pin her until she was too worn out and tired to kick out! As Alaina lifted her up further, Hazel wrapped her arm around the woman's head. Hazel knew this was going to hurt, but it was the only thing she could do at the moment!

As Alaina sent them down towards the canvas, Hazel's grip held firm, bringing the woman's head down to her shoulder for a stunner as she herself cried out in pain. Hazel rolled onto her side, using her arm almost like a pillow, hopefully leaving Alaina in the same, if not a worse, position as she was in, as the crowd chanted and cheered them both on as the physical match continued and became increasingly draining!

To say that her idea had backfired was a huge understatement. Instead of sending Hazel crashing down from the top Alaina was turned and given a stunner from the second rope! She groaned as her head and neck landed horribly leaving the amazon out on the mat! Her arms cradled her head as she moaned, meekly kicking the mat a couple times but otherwise laying motionless as her chest heaved. She gasped for breath and felt pain jolting through her head, neck and shoulders. This wasn't good at all...

Hazel had still landed painfully, though thankfully for her, Alaina seemed to get the worst of it due to the stunner, she could hear the woman moaning in pain behind her as both women were left on the canvas with the referee moving to check on both of them. Hazel took a deep breath, calming her body down, giving the referee a nod to let them know she was good before he continued to check on Alaina.

"Let's go Alaina! Let's go Hazel! Let's go Alaina! Let's go Hazel!"

Chants filled the arena, fans of both wrestlers cheering their favorite on, hoping that they would get back to their feet first. Given her much better condition, Hazel began to stir first. Rolling onto her stomach, Hazel pushed up onto her hands and knees and stared Alaina down for a few moments before getting back to her feet! Hazel took another deep breath before getting behind Alaina and pulling her up, before immediately bringing her arms up and under Alaina's and interlocking her fingers behind the woman's head to lock in a full nelson! Hazel would then thrash the woman side to side, wanting to truly drain and take the fight out of the champion before starting to go for the kill!

In her curent dazed state Alaina was unable to even start to resist Hazel. The world was spinning and blurry as she was grabbed and lift up, the full nelson locked in! Alaina thrashed and shook her head as she was being swung around, her flailing ineffective entirely as she was stuck in the hold! She knew she had to get out and fast but right now she couldn't do much of anything about it other than to endure!

As her vision came back she tried to thrash and wiggle doing what little she could to better get into position to try to power her way out or fight back against the hold making things difficult for Hazel.

Those who knew Hazel decently knew what normally followed when she locked in a full Nelson. The thrashing she gave her opponent was merely to add to the pain and wear her older opponent out further. The Scotswoman gritted her teeth as Alaina began to struggle. The Amazon still had some fight in her, impressive, but the Highlander didn't have time to be impressed. She had a belt to win! Straightening up, Hazel held the hold firm, letting Alaina feel her strength, wanting a feeling of hopelessness set in the woman's mind before Hazel threw herself and her opponent backwards with her signature highland's suplex before releasing her, though Hazel wasn't going to let the champion rest until the belt changed hands!

Alaina felt herself flying back before crashing agonizingly down to the mat on her head. She crumpled and rolled to the side in a heap after being let go as she was unable to power out, or even maybe bother Hazel at that point. She was too dazed to be sure as she lay on the mat in a motionless pile. Things were looking very bleak as she seemed totally unable to take Hazel out of the game with Hazel surging back once more.
