Vacation at the Hotel Madison

"R-Right, right...sorry." Yukino let out a sigh as she settled back down, glancing off into the distance. She knew that the masseur was only trying to help - and that she would need to sit still in order for this to properly work - but she couldn't help it when her leg was as sore as it was. Even touching it too firmly stirred the pain back up to the surface. But for now, she had to lie back and remind herself that things would feel better soon. To her credit, though, she did let out a longer, softer sigh as the masseur began to push her leg back into place, smoothing out the kinks in her muscles. Once the initial shock had passed, everything would be easy from here - and she did have to admit, it was quite quickly feeling a lot better.

And it didn't hurt that Yukino would soon discover that Nashi was in the same boat, considering she let out a yelp as her masseur touched her - apparently just as alarmed by the contact. Yukino giggled a little at the noise before glancing aside, hoping Nashi didn't notice. But Nashi's masseur didn't seem to care either way, as he nodded his head to her. "Very well," he began, slowly running his hands along Nashi's back before his fingertips pressed into her skin and he began to knead it in careful circles, gradually making his way downward along her back. "Like this?"

Nashi skin was always soft, so the touch of the masseurs' fingertips gave her quite a shock that she wasn't prepared for. When her body jump, she saw Yukino giggling and instead of being annoyed the pinkette blushed adding on to her embarrassed state of thought. Thankfully for her at least her masseur didn't care as he continued on with his work and massage the pinkette's spine. "Ah..... That's just perfect sir." Nashi let out a moan of pleasure as she laid back on her stomach with her arms crossed against her chin as she felt his fingers move along her back smoothening out all of the kinks from her previous matches and training sessions."Yukino.... We gotta do this after every match and training lesson okay?" Nashi added on in a drowsy tone of voice as if she wasn't thinking before speaking. In truth this was the most relax the idol has felt in a while, she could almost fall asleep right here and now.


On the other side of the spectrum, Yukino's massuer continued pressed on making sure to get Yukino's leg back into place as he noticed the Icy Idol's expression seeming to be a happier one. "Good news is Ms.Fuyumi, the back of your leg is covered please turn around and put her leg up. Don't worry it's just a safety precaution when putting a leg back." He added on with a reassuring smile to let the young know everything will be okay.

Yukino was also growing more and more relaxed as her masseur ran his hands along her legs and back, pushing every weary muscle back into place. She let out a long, contented sigh as the tension flowed out of her body and she began to sink lower into the bench beneath her. The pain in her leg wasn't even bothering her any more. But as much as she was glad to know that Nashi was enjoying this too, Yukino stopped and blinked a few times when she heard what came out of her mouth. Even if she had practically slipped into a trance, Nashi was still the more impulsive and short-sighted half of the Idol Dragons - and as usual, Yukino would be the one to try and bring her back into line.

"Er...that might be a little hard on the budget, even for you, Nashi." Still, she turned to her masseur, listening to his directions. "Ah, the front now? Okay..." She rolled to her back, lifting her leg in the air.

However, the Idol Dragons wouldn't be in this alone. It was at that point that the door to the spa swung open, and in walked Astrid Ostberg - LAW veteran, one-time Heavyweight Champion, and a woman who had been a key figure in Nashi's growth, facing her in her first match in LAW and encouraging her to live up to the potential she saw in her. Today, though, she was just here to relax and enjoy the show, and maybe sign a few autographs while she was here. When she caught sight of Nashi, the smile on her face grew a little wider as she nodded her head. "Well, well...fancy running into you here!"

While Nashi had gotten a massage plenty of times in her life, none compared to this. The massuer had it just right as he elegantly rubbed the pinkette's removing all of the stiffness from her body. The pinkette was practically in heaven at this point and she couldn't contain herself. Thankfully she could always rely on Yukino to short of snap her back into her senesces "Yeah.... but you can't deny it would perfect right?" She giggled sending a playful wink to her partner as she put her head back down to be playing against the table.


That was until a familiar face walked into the spa room. At first Nashi didn't pay no mind as she let out a moan of relief from the massuer's work, up until she heard the new persons voice."Wait... is that...?" Nashi's asked out loud a bit sleepy before sitting up to see who else but Astrid Ostberg in the flesh."Hi Astrid! How it's been?" Nashi got up from her table to talk to the red bikini clad heavyweight before wrapping her arms around her for a hug. "Where have you been? It's been forever since we last met." She added playfully giggling to her rival as while the hotel was free for any law wrestlers to come by and have some relaxation from all of the hard work they'd been doing, Astrid felt like a ghost not appearing since her victory at Fight the LAW earlier in the year. So, to see her here in front brought a warm smile to Nashi's face to catch up with her, self-proclaimed rival to see what she's been up to.

It had indeed been quite some time since Astrid and Nashi had last crossed paths. The Norsewoman had been busy with her commitments to WFPW, and with getting moved in to her new home in America with her husband William Ashworth - not to mention connecting with her new stepdaughter Sarabeth. But, much as she didn't want to admit it, a part of why she'd been staying away from LAW was because her loss of the Heavyweight Championship still hung over her head. Though her life had had its ups and downs since then, at the back of Astrid's mind, she still had to ask herself if she had ever been able to truly bounce back from that loss. If her career would ever be where it was at her peak.

...But this wasn't the time to worry about that. She was here to take some time off and enjoy herself, and she couldn't let those intrusive thoughts get in the way. Besides, Nashi was clearly happy to see her. She smiled as the pink-haired girl came up to her, returning the hug. "Oh, I suppose it has, huh? And I'm sure you and Yukino are staying busy with your concerts..."

Astrid chuckled to herself - but at the same time, she bit at the inside of her cheek. Nashi seemed like she was enjoying nothing but hits in her life, achieving success as a famous idol and as a fan-favorite wrestler. Astrid knew how much her fans cheered her whenever she set foot on stage, be it at a concert or in the arena. She could only wish she still got those cheers. Sure, Astrid had still carved out a respectable career for herself, and her title run had cemented her as one of LAW's top main eventers. But she couldn't help but feel a little bit jealous, knowing that Nashi hadn't suffered the backslide that she did. She shook herself a moment later - she knew that she shouldn't feel jealous; that she should be happy with what she had. But those thoughts crept into her head nonetheless...

Clearing her throat, Astrid straightened herself. "So, what are you planning on doing after this?"

Even though the last time the two had met they officially classified themselves as rivals to each other, there was no denying both of them we're still friendly with each other despite all of that and nowhere was that more evident than Astrid accepting the pinkette's hug. When the blonde heavyweight asked about the Idol duo's success a cheeky grin grew across Nashi's face. "Oh for sure! When we aren't booked for matches, we try to book a concert to keep our Idol fans happy but Carol tells us we can't go anywhere too far away just in case were booked for a match so that's been a bit difficult to get a lot of bookings. The idol explained before turning her eyes to the side while scratching the back of her head a bit embarrassed with the relevantly small concerts they've been preforming at lately because of their contracts with Carol.

However, because of this, the Idol didn't notice the jealous expression on Astrid before she straightened herself back together and snapped Nashi out of her trance by asking her what her plans were."Oh my plans? Well, Yukino and I have a photoshoot, LAW wanted some wrestlers in it to promote the event and Yukino and I were selected." Nashi answered Astrid's question in a calm manor before a lightbulb went off in her idea causing the idol to jump with excitement."Wait a minute, Astrid why you join us!?" Suddenly a burst of adrenaline was in Nashi as she stepped closer putting both her hands firmly on Astrid's shoulders with her eyes having focused on her. "Think about it Astrid, it would be a good way to help show your comeback and since we're rivals the fans will eat up. Also, because even though Yukino and I are idols, that's not to say you don't have a body that will make the fans hungry for more if you catch my drift." Nashi added on extending her arm out moving slowly as if there was a tag line that read "Ostberg is making a comeback in a way you wouldn't believe it!". That was up until Nashi playfully mentioned Astrid's impressive figure where she's still able to turn heads and even added a playful poke to her abs and smack on her cheeks. "So what do you say!?" She finished up by adding on last piece of encouragement as Nashi looked like a kid excited to get a new present from their parents. Now it was all up to Astrid to take her offer or not as some people from outside the spa watched up seeing the two bikini cladded women chatting to each other.

"I can understand, with a schedule like yours," Astrid said, nodding to Nashi. Considering the Idol Dragons were working two promotions on top of their concerts, she could only imagine the sort of commitments they were under. At least it was something she could relate to. "Try touring Europe and wrestling a show every week, though!" she added with a chuckle.

"I do admit, it gets tiring," Yukino added. She sat up and stretched before hopping down from her table and stepping up to join Nashi. Her limp had gone down quite a bit, at least. "But our fans understand, and it means we get to show off our tag titles!"

"...Right." Astrid huffed to herself at the mention of titles. In a perfect world, she thought, she would still have hers. Even if she wanted to be happy for them, and even if she wanted to relax, it seemed as though everything reminded her of how she'd let herself down. Still, Nashi didn't see this as a sour note in Astrid's story. If anything, she saw it as an opportunity for her to bounce back...and the idol had a pitch for just that.

"Ah..? A...photoshoot..?" Astrid raised an eyebrow curiously to Nashi as she said that. For as enthusiastic as Nashi was, Astrid still had her reservations. Sure, she'd taken part in plenty of pictorials at the height of her title run, and even took part in a couple of bikini contests, one against Alaina Sanders and one with Nashi herself joining in. But she had only seen that as a side job to promote herself and her career. She had long maintained that the most important part of succeeding as a wrestler was one's talent in the ring - she was here to wrestle, not to look good. She didn't see an appearance in a magazine or photobook as being the big break she needed - that would come from a well-fought victory in the ring.

But at the same time...Nashi seemed so enthusiastic about it, Astrid couldn't bear the thought of shooting her down. She smiled to her, nodding her head. "All right, all right...I think I will," she said. "Couldn't hurt, right?" She still respected Nashi, and maybe getting to connect with her as a friend was all she needed.

'Ohhh really, try moving back and forth from Miami to Japan every week." Nashi shot back at Astrid's comment with a chuckle. Nashi turned her head upon hearing Yukino chime in and thankfully it seemed like she was able to walk on her own but once she got closer, Nashi would offer her hand to help keep her balance. "Absolutley!!!! In fact, there we're some shows we did decked out in our wrestling attires and our WOWW Tag belts. Let's just say WOWW got a bigger traction of people from Japan after that show right Yukino?" She added on giving a playful wink to her partner right before the pinkette stepped up to the blonde seeing the doubt in her face and thought of something that could get her out of her funk.


Nashi was sure her idea would work; it had been sometime since Astrid wrestled in LAW and needed to a big hook to draw viewers back in for her. She didn't intent to offend her or anything, just trying to help her. Even so it still wasn't a shock to her seeing Astrid with a confuse look but that wouldn't stop Nashi from trying to help out her heavyweight friend. Thankfully it seemed Astrid turned around to the idea making Nashi jump for joy."Thats great! We have thirty or so minutes so if you want, we could wrap up here in the spa if you'd like." Nashi began to walk back to her table before turning her head to face Astrid to see if she'd take her offer before they went up for the shoot.

Yukino giggled a little to Nashi's comments about promoting WOWW and their wrestling careers on the concert tour, but the whole while, Astrid could only stare back at them blankly. She took in a deep breath. She tried to remind herself that this didn't reflect anything on her career - why, if Nashi was focusing so much on her singing, maybe the only reason she was having so much success in wrestling was that she had inflated her own image by riding off her fame and popularity. All those people cheering her were cheering because they knew her as an idol - not because she was capable of outdoing Astrid at wrestling.

But no matter how many times Astrid said it to herself, she knew that she was only making excuses. She was looking for any excuse she could to feel better about where she and her career were headed. Taking a deep breath, Astrid cleared her throat, facing Nashi with the most pleasant smile she could. "Right, right, yeah! Of course!"

Yukino pushed herself up a little higher, nodding her head. "We'll show you the way there!" Astrid tried to smile to them. She tried to tell herself that she appreciated their help, and she was glad they were that willing to work with her...but was she just telling herself that to bury her own self-doubts?
