At least before she finally grit her teeth and sucked what little breath she had and re tightened her grip on Kate's hair, pulling her leg back before driving it forward, aiming to slam her knee directly into Kate's face with all the force she could muster as punishment for the last ditch punch!

"BITCH!" Tara cried out in fury, letting go of Kate as she did so before turning and dropping to her knees, the painful sensations returning to her as her mind fully caught up with what had happened and how much it hurt.

Tara bellowed in agony, her upper body falling down so low that her head rested on the mat, shoulders shaking as tears of pain started to stream out from the sheer burning sensation in her side, like her liver had literally exploded from the force of the punch.
