Wrestling Information
Style: Summer and Sandy are pretty new to the world of professional wrestling, but both girls have shown enough athletic talent to take to the sport well. Summer sees herself as the powerhouse of the duo, while Sandy prides herself on being a balanced competitor. Summer’s power is fairly high, but she’s fairly slow moving. Sandy is across the board adept in all aspects, but she has no particularly stand-out skill in any area.
Preferred Match Types: Both Summer and Sandy prefer standard, tag team matches. They are willing to compete as singles wrestlers as well, but usually ask that the non-wrestling teammate is allowed to be at ringside for the match. They also recently learned that LAW hosts some beach matches, something that they’re more than eager to experiment with!
Specialized Tag Moves: Summer and Sandy have been developing as a tag team and having trained together they feel like they know one another’s strengths and weaknesses well. However, they aren’t terribly focused on tandem moves or other overt displays of tag team wrestling, instead choosing to focus on making sure they’re watching each other’s backs and keeping each other from getting into trouble.
Tag Team Finisher:
Set-Up and Spike: The girls’ one trademark move, inspired by their tandem volleyball days. Throwing an opponent into the ropes, Summer will come into the ring (if she isn’t, already), then catch an opponent and hoist her up by her legs. Sandy will then come off the second rope, delivering a hard double axe-handle drop to the victim’s head while they’re coming down.

TEAM HISTORY
Summer and Sandy met as legitimate lifeguards, a high-paying seasonal job for both girls that showered them with opportunities. Bonding quickly, the women became fast friends and supported each other in various endeavors, from modeling to acting, supporting one another’s love lives, and even some light athletics. By the end of the job, the two girls were best friends, and after winning an intramural volleyball tournament, Summer and Sandy wanted to keep those good times going.
It was Summer that would suggest going into wrestling, but Sandy jumped at the chance. The girls signed up at the nearest wrestling training school they could find. Already athletically adept and motivated to start their careers, Summer and Sandy were popular additions to the school In a few months, there were ring-ready and took to the southern California indie scene. Quickly gaining a rabid fan following, the girls looked for new ways to expand their fan base and see where the world of professional wrestling could take them.
Fortunately for them, that rabid fan following paid off with a successful crowdfunding campaign to get them a place in LAW, the kind of promotion that the girls wanted to be in: sexy, fun, with a whole new world of opportunity around it! They applied to the promotion and used their crowdfunding to pay their way to Japan, ready to make their mark in the world of international wrestling.

Team Trivia & Fun Facts:

- Summer and Sandy wrestle in their lifeguard outfits out of a sense of nostalgia, and because Summer knows they look fantastic in them. Some mistake this as an endorsement of the team by their former employers, but the truth is that they were supposed to pay the deposit on those suits nearly a year ago, now!
- Summer and Sandy credit their in-ring speed and sure footing with having trained on shifting beach sand. While there is no scientific basis for this, there is also no empirical way to prove it isn’t true, so they roll with it.

SUMMER BRIESE
Spoiler
Image

Hometown: Inglewood, CA, USA
Age: 24
Height & Weight: 5’7” & 125 lbs.
Personality & History: Summer was the classic pretty girl coasting through life when she was in high school and community college. However, Summer’s confidence and physical capabilities backed up her casual attitude, and the almost stereotypical California girl managed to work toward a degree in sports medicine. In the time until she would fall back on this, however, Summer wanted to experience as much of the casual life as she could.
During college, Summer kept herself active with swimming, lifting and hot yoga. Keeping her body toned and her connections in the sports world active helped land Summer gigs modeling, and even some commercial work. While not standout enough to make a living off any of those sports, Summer was more than happy with the level of traffic that was sent to her personal website, and the offers she got due to her performances.
Summer’s focus would change one spring, however, after taking a seasonal lifeguard job for a stretch of beach. Here, Summer met her new best friend, Sandy Yves, and before long the two were inseparable. Younger, Sandy looked up to Summer, who took the girl under her wing. The duo would even begin joining sports leagues together, and learned that they made a solid team there, as well.
Summer eventually pitched the idea of becoming a pro wrestling tag team to her bestie, and Sandy jumped at the chance to get into the action. What Summer didn’t tell her little protégé, however, was that the move was a calculated one: Summer simply doesn’t feel ready to settle down and get a ‘real’ job, and she figures that with a vivacious young partner, she has a much better chance of becoming a star in the world of tag team wrestling!

Wrestling Style: With her degree, some might figure Summer for the ‘brains’ of the team. However, Summer’s degree might help her and her friend recover a little better, but she never seems to apply that knowledge to the ring. Summer relies on traditional grappling, such as body slams, leg drops, hip tosses, and Irish whips to chain matches together and wear her opponents down. With a wide base, however, Summer also manages to incorporate some impressive power moves into her arsenal, having learned a variety of suplexes.

Putting her game face on:

Trivia & Fun Facts:
- Summer was a Hawaiian Tropics girl at one point, and still has a closet full of their product.
- Summer had a brief acting job, getting a few speaking lines on indie flicks and straight to DVD comedies with titles like “BonerFest,” and “Bang-Er Management.” With more mic time, this means Summer usually does the public talking for her team.
- Summer has an allergy to seafood. Which was bad enough living in southern California, but has been an absolute nightmare now that she lives in Japan.
SANDY YVES
Spoiler
Image

Hometown: San Diego, CA, USA
Age: 21
Height & Weight: 5’7” & 110 lbs.
Personality & History: Sandy was always a bright girl, just not academically. Bubbly, cheerful and fun, Sandy was always popular among her peers and would eventually grow to be very well-liked. She excelled in sports in school, but not to the extent that major colleges would overlook her academic record. Not letting that get her down, however, Sandy instead threw herself into enjoying as much of life as she could.
This led to a series of middling jobs, which ranged from the hopeless to the fairly mortifying. Having worked as a delivery girl, a professional dog walker, a bicycle messenger, and others, Sandy still managed to keep one foot into the world of amateur sports.
Sandy’s lucky break would come one year when a cousin got her a seasonal job as a lifeguard. Here, she came under the wing of Summer Briese, and the duo became fast friends. Sandy found herself wanting to impress the older, cooler and smarter Summer as much as she could, and felt like Summer honestly reciprocated her friendship.
After a solid season, Summer approached Sandy with an offer to train with her to become pro wrestlers. Sandy wasn’t terribly familiar with wrestling but watched a few videos at home and was transfixed. Sandy jumped at the chance to join that world and show what she could do in the ring!

Wrestling Style: Sandy can be a little timid in the ring, despite her perfectly acceptable skill level. Focused on solid fundamentals, Sandy will throw opponents around with hip tosses and body slams, before building up a head of steam to hit them with some running moves. If she manages to string some moves together, she might get ambitious enough to attempt some top rope maneuvers, even!

Getting a wardrobe malfunction under control:

Trivia & Fun Facts:
- Sandy’s worst job was as a delivery girl in southern California. At one point, she had a popular InstaGram account called “Porn Has Lied To You,” on which she posted censored videos of guys tying to provide ‘alternative’ payments for pizza.
- Sandy has recently started enjoying the bar scene. Kind of a lot. Mimosas and screwdrivers are her absolute favorite, and she has the tolerance of a girl about half her size.
- Prior to becoming an international wrestler, Sandy’s biggest ‘brush’ with fame was when working as a dog walked, when she went to the home of Hollywood screenwriter [REDACTED], son of [ALSO REDACTED] [EVEN MORE REDACTED], who greeted her by asking her to [SO VERY REDACTED] his [UGH, SO REDACTED], which caused her to [REDACTED AS HECK]. The incident was settled out of court for [REDACTED- God, why do we let these chicks write these?]
