Tag Wrestling Info: Worlds apart in physique and personality, Storm and Lyssa nevertheless come together over a shared history, and a shared heel love of ruining the opponents’ day. They both bring different talents to the ring – Storm has size, strength, and endurance, whereas Lyssa is all about speed, savagery, and smack talk. This means they can cover each other’s weaknesses well, and if they work together they can be a real handful. Storm is the more experienced, but both know their way around the ring and they wrestled together in a British promotion prior to joining LAW. However, most of their wins came from shock tactics or bending the rules, and at times their partnership seems like more of an alliance of convenience. Given their differences, it is unlikely that either woman would fully put herself on the line to try and save their partner if they were suffering.

Favoured Tag Moves: Anything where Storm does the heavy lifting and Lyssa assists! E.g. spike piledriver with jumping assist, electric chair carry with top rope dropkick, raised camel clutch with stinkface.

Signature Tag Moves:

Cloud Lighting – A brutal combination of their individual humiliation moves! Storm will first trap the cornered victim in her ‘Head in the Clouds’ top rope reverse facesit. While they are suffering in that, Lyssa will splay their legs and deliver her ‘Lightning Shock’ running dropkick to their exposed crotch!

Thunderstruck (finisher) – Storm lifts the opponent up for an elevated powerbomb, but pauses at the top, allowing Lyssa to leap from the top rope in a diving senton, straddling their shoulders as they are thrown to the ground with Lyssa on top of them, for a devastating bomb and immediate forward facesit pin.

Past: Storm was an established face wrestler back in Britain, when she started to butt heads with the up-and-coming Lyssa. Predictably, Storm wiped the floor with the smaller heel rookie in their first few encounters, but when their feud escalated into a POW match, Lyssa shocked everyone by scraping an unfair, underhanded win. Poor Storm was humiliated, dragged backstage and suffered unknown tortures at the hands of the blue-haired brat.

When Storm resurfaced, she was different. Sour-faced and bitter, everyone expected her to go after Lyssa, but instead Storm unleashed her anger on the rest of the league, ploughing through opponents with surprisingly unpleasant heel tactics. Years of frustration at playing the good girl, and getting nowhere, were finally bubbling to the surface. Even more surprisingly, she even allied with her former rival, forming a ‘Thunder and Lightning’ tag team and dishing out twice the punishment on anyone unlucky enough to be in their path.

Wrestling fans still don’t fully understand Storm’s motives for teaming up with her former tormentor. Some have speculated that she is playing a long game and will get revenge on Lyssa eventually, but Storm herself is tight-lipped, and does seem to be enjoying wreaking heel havoc on her humiliated victims for now, whilst being reasonably protective of Lyssa.

Lyssa, for her part, simply finds it hilarious that she got to torture her foe for twelve hours straight AND got a badass tag partner into the bargain! She wishes more people reacted that way to prolonged pain and suffering!

Trivia:

Lyssa does still prank Storm, although not with the same intensity as when they were rivals. This is about as close to affection as Lyssa gets.

Despite suggestions, they are not a romantic item at all. Storm admits they once had a drunken and regrettable one-night-stand together, but that Lyssa is terrible girlfriend material, and now finds the thought of sleeping with her partner again super weird.
