Suddenly, the presentation flashed from Kathleen, to that of another woman. Short in stature, blonde with pretty blue eyes, sat on a chair, her hands cupped together. Besides her were crutches leaning against a table just in shot, and just looking at her told that she was uncomfortable. "Now, introduce yourself." A male voice came in from behind the camera, prodding the woman to begin to speak.
"My name is Jane Winter. I am an independent wrestler and... I was hurt by the Queen." Then a flash to another camera, inside of a high school gym, pointing to a shody put together ring, with two women inside. A blonde and a black-haired woman. And the black-haired woman was dominating. "We were wrestling in front of.. around 50 people. The paycheck was good enough for a case of beer on your way home. And yet... she beat me as though we were enemies." Jane continued, her voice layered over the video of Kathleen slamming the blonde's face against the solid metal ringpost, the sickening sound of her skull meeting the post ringing out through the audio.
"It was... terrible. I was a girl who just.. wanted to have some fun. Get a few bucks, give it a shot, since I always watched wrestling when I was a kid. And... now, I can't walk unassisted." Jane somberly stated, as another shot from their match showed, this time of Kathleen bending the blonde's leg over the ringpost, screams coming from the victim.
"She attacked my leg... pretty much all match." Then Kathleen hit a hard Dragon Screw, another scream sounding from Jane. "After about 10 minutes, I thought 'Well, this isn't going to stop hurting in months'. The match lasted 15 minutes." And then the image of Jane's ankle being sickeningly twisted in an Ankle Lock, tapping furiously against the mat.
"But.. she didn't stop until he heard my ankle snap." *SNAP* The sound rung through the audio, and the final image from the match between Kathleen and Jane ended with Jane sobbing in the ring, and Kathleen standing over her huddled body. "Now... I can't walk in my right foot without feeling like I'm stepping on glass, even after two operations. I have to use crutches to get everywhere and take painkillers."
Cut back to Kathleen sitting back in her chair, looking untouched, unmoved by her former opponent's sad story. "Jane's story isn't unique. In fact, it's ordinary. I hurt everyone I go in the ring with. To a lot of people, wrestling is a game that you play. Something done for fun." A discontent huff came from the Queen afterwards, who leaned just a bit forward. "I.. am not fun."
Then there was another woman. Dark-skinned, hair in bobs, sat in the same chair as Jane was. "My name is Elizabeth Rayn, and I was hurt by the Queen." She somberly introduced. "Kat- The Queen, was new to our scene. Had a friend of a friend who liked her and brought her in to have a match with me. Show the newbie what they could do, right?" She explained, before clicking her lips and bringing a hand up to her neck. "Then she nearly broke my neck."
Footage played this time of a backyard wrestling scene, crates and lawn chairs set up of around 200 watching the two wrestlers go at it. And it showed Kathleen hitting a brutal neckbreaker of Elizabeth, dropping her neck-first right down onto an exposed turnbuckle, causing a hard whiplash from Liz and a brutal fall outside. "Now I deal with immense neck pain, nerve damage and occasional numbness in my left arm and shoulder."
And then, another woman. Pale-skin, goth set-up, with red dyed hair. "My name is Rena Banks, and I was hurt by the Queen. I held one of the belts in my small company, and The Queen.. didn't like that." Cut to a shot of Rena being choked out in a deep Dragon Sleeper, visibly gurgling and choking up spit in the hold. "I ended up with a concussion, and now I can't watch flashy movies or videos because of it."
And another. Quite tall, with a skinny build and with brown hair in a ponytail, and a scar across her brow and nose bridge. "I'm Tina May, and I was hurt by the Queen. I.. can't help the fact that I'm 6'3". That makes me a giant among women, and she took that as a challenge." Footage played of Kathleen, once more, holding a near limp Tina in her arms, her face visibly covered in blood, and her head locked in Kathleen's arms, before being driven brutally down into the mat with a DDT. "She, uh, chopped me down and put me down. Now I have this scar across my face and had to get surgery on my nose."
Back to Kathleen. "There are many, many names. Names that I have beaten, careers that I have buried, lives that I have forever changed. Even ones HERE, as in my debut match, I defeated the overweight embarrassment of Yuki Megumi." Finally, the camera showed footage of Kathleen's match with Yuki, as the Queen held the massive woman up on the middle rope, head grasped, and dropped down hard into an Elevated Neckbreaker, knocking Marshmellow unconscious. "I was suppose to be mince meat to that jolly giant, give her some self-confidence or something, and yet I chopped her down, snapped her neck and put her to sleep!"
"I'm sure if you paid attention throughout all of this, you'd realize one thing. I hurt people. I am the very best at it. There is no reason for me to be humble because I am here with no challenger. No equal. The lion doesn't comfort the gazelle, the snake doesn't comfort the rat, and the Queen doesn't comfort its peasants, with fake obsequiousness and sincerity." Kathleen made herself clear as she spoke fiercely to the camera, her hands still clasped and her body leaning over. "The only thing I am sincere about is, when you step in the ring with me, you are not facing an equal, you are facing someone greater than you, greater than you shall ever hope to eclipse."
"Because the Queen's throne stands over all." And with that, Kathleen leaned back into her seat, placing her arms on the armrests of the chair, and the camera zooming out to reveal an extravagant throne, glimmering silver, with The Queen herself sitting in it, as the camera went black.
