Who's the next challenger? (for captainL/Faeron)

Cali rolled her eyes as Astrid bragged about her accomplishments. Beckoning the ringside staff for another mic, one was quickly tossed into her welcoming hands. Tapping the mic with the palm of her hands, Cali confirmed that it was working and rose it to her lips.

"Darling, that is a delightful story, but unfortunately we are not here to listen to you ramble. I stepped up to the challenge first and it's gonna be me who is going to take THAT title away from Linda." Cali points towards the blonde in front of the two. "If you want first dibs after that however, you are more than welcome too."

Linda would listen as Astrid named who she had beaten as it was an rather impressive list , but before she could reply Cali did so first. As she would just sit back and watch the fire works as the two wrestlers seem to be fighting to see who could take first crack at her belt. Which was fine with the blond as she believed this sounded both wrestlers really wanted it as she would then say ''so are you two done as I can either pick one of you or maybe if you both are interested let you decide between yourself who should get that title shot. What do you two say?''

Astrid's smile grew wider as she continued - but unfortunately, her chances to regale in her prior victories was cut short, when Cali grabbed another microphone from the ringside staff. She shuddered from the noise it made on her testing it, but her attention turned to the source of the sound as Cali continued. Astrid huffed, crossing her arms as she turned to her. "First or no, our champion only asked for challengers to announce themselves. She didn't say it was a race. As far as I am concerned, I should be as worthy as any!"

Linda, too, had some words to say, and Astrid looked over in recognition. Hearing her offer to have the two of them decide, a thought came to Astrid, and she stroked her chin. "Perhaps we should settle this as true challengers," she spoke. "If we wish to prove we have what it takes to hold the title, we could see who comes out on top in a match between us! What do you say?"

Linda was liking the spirit in Astrid as she was trying hard not to grin as she waited to see how Cali would respond back. As the crowd made their feelings known as they would love to see the two rising stars settle it in the ring as it seem to depend on how the third woman in the ring would respond as the former Navy Seal would say ''well what do you say Cali? Wanna settle it in the ring who I be facing at our next ppv or are you too scared to face Astrid?''in an teasing tone.

The mocking tone from Linda certainly lit a fire in Cali's chest as Astrid issued the challenge. Like hell she was going to back down now as she looked up towards Astrid, ignoring the height difference between the two.

"Alright fine, if I gotta take you down to prove my worth in this division then Astrid I accept!" The crowd cheered furiously as the prospect of the two up and comers squaring off. "Hell, I say we get a referee down here and settle this now!"

Linda would climb out of the ring as she hoped to see an referee appear soon enough , but instead music would begin to play as out walked an certain blond she knew too well. Not from personal experience , but rather the way people talked about her as she would then hear her say ''sorry but did you get permission for someone in charge? As I do think you two are moving ahead without permission. Still I think your in luck as Dan did give me permission to approve this match so how about we get an referee down here ''yelled Celeste as she would walk to the ring hoping to get some glory for helping set this up.

Right on cue, the commissioner of LAW entered the stage - something Astrid turned towards with a grin. Just like that, it seemed the plan to hold a match for the number one contender position was a go! The Norwegian placed her hands proudly on her hips, standing tall as she looked back to face Cali. She didn't expect it to be this easy, but it seemed fate had fallen in her favor!

"Did you hear that?" she said to her, moving to clap her hand on her shoulder. Her tone wasn't that of bragging, however - she truly believed that if Cali had the spirit to challenge for the belt, she was worthy of a chance at it. Whether or not she could rise to that challenge, though - that was to be seen, and this was what would determine that. "It's official. And I will just say...let the best woman win."

Cali turned towards the bigger woman and her painted lips curled upwards into a smirk.

"You better bring me your all then, or this will be a quick one." Cali said in full confidence. With the referee rushing towards the ring, the crowd at a fever pitch as the match to decide the next challenger was about to begin.
