There was no getting around it. Skylar Jones was a lunatic. Ever since she'd arrived at LAW she had become a feared force to be reckoned with, injuring a handful of wrestlers who had managed to get on her bad side, even if they'd crossed her unwittingly. Sky wasn't a woman of morals. Her actions were based not on any form of principal, but her emotions and anger alone. Now, the Brawling Puppet had managed to become the number one contender for the Middleweight Championship, and she was gonna win that belt, or die trying. Entrance music

"Ladies and gentleman, SKYLARRRRRRR JOOOOOONES!!!!"
The arena flooded with cheers and jeers as Skylar made her way down the entrance ramp, bobbing her head to the music heralding her arrival. She chugged a juice box, before crushing it in her hand, tossing it aside as she jumped into the ring. In the middle of the ring, there was a table with a pair of swivel chairs on each end, and a contract at the center with two pens. The ring announcer stood in the ring nearby, making sure he was a safe distance from the dangerous woman he shared the ring with. With a smirk, Sky plopped down in one of the chairs, resting her feet on the table.
The signing of a contract for a title match was a time honored tradition in the world of wrestling, and tonight, it would be happening once more, as it drew closer to the time of the PPV, and Lillian Byrne had a title defense scheduled against none other than Skylar Jones! Once the challenger had entered the ring, sitting down at the table inside of it, it would be time for the champion's entrance, as Lillian appeared the top of the ramp, belt wrapped proudly around her waist, as she began to walk down to the ring! The champion took her time climbing up the steps onto the apron, before slipping between the top and middle ropes, entering the ring and turning to face off with the challenger! Lillian didn't say a word yet, but would step up to the table, neglecting to take a seat for now, instead standing and fixing Skylar with a look that would cause rabid animals to turn and run!
As Lillian stared her down, Skylar didn't flinch. She leaned back in her chair, meeting Lillian head on with a smirk. "Ay girl." She greeted with sarcastic friendliness. Her fingers twitched, a manic smile across her face as she stared right back into Lillian's eyes. She thought of the brutality that would take place between Lillian and herself just a week from now. She felt giddy as she imagined the thuds of their fists jabbing each other's bodies, that sickening clang of a chair slamming against someone's skull, the feeling of her blood dripping down her face... As the ring announcer cleared his throat, the brunette noticed she was drooling.
"Ladies and gentlemen, we are here tonight to sign the contract for the LAW Middleweight championship match between the champion, Lillian Byrne, and the challenger, Skylar Jones." He slid the clipboard towards Skylar. "Miss Jones, I need your signature here, and any comments you may have." Skylar smiled and nodded, not bothering to read the contract she'd been handed. Before signing, she picked up the microphone, and held it to her lips.
"Ay Lilly, I want you to know this ain't personal. Well, besides me not liking you because you're a total bitch and you not liking me cause I DDTed you headfirst into cement... Okay, so maybe it is a little personal, but the reason I'm doing this, it ain't about you, it's about that belt. Y'see Lillian, my entire fucking life people 'ave been telling me I'll never accomplish anything in life, and that's why I need that belt around my waist just as much as I need food in my belly. There is not a single thing that I will not do to get my hands on that championship. And Lillian, you're in my way. If winning that title means taking all your bones and your limbs and making them go SNAP, fine by me. Cause it's not like I won't enjoy every second of it." When she was finished, she picked up her pen, and sloppily scribbled her name where her signature belonged, before unceremoniously shoving the paper towards Lillian.
Meeting her opponent in the ring, Lillian shared look with Skylar, the challenger for her title sitting comfortably with a smirk on her face, Lillian looking entirely unamused by the proceedings, a clear air of superiority carried by the woman holding LAW's Middleweight Title! Skylar and her had met previous, but of course, the meeting had been quite the brutal affair, with Skylar attacking Lillian after a match that she had, which led the two of them here, word spreading fast and sparking excitement for a showdown between the two.
And now, the two stood before one another, Lillian raising an eyebrow as Skylar proceeded to call her out plainly in her promo, before she would take her own microphone, responding with a tense tone!
"Riiiiiiight. And I want you to know that no matter what you THINK is gonna happen, no matter how hard you TRY to make something happen, you will NEVER, and I do mean NEVER, be on my fucking level. You're a trash mid-carder and you will NEVER be champion!"
