Studying Under The Queen (For Arjuna)

Alizeh sighed softly as she stood in the ring ar Law’s gym area, for once there weren’t many people making jse of the facilities. Probably due to it being extremely early in the morning to the point hardly anyone was awake even. But Alizeh was up and raring to go despite the early hour, the reason why being it was when Panther Risako had told her to meet for their training session. After their intense match the other night Alizeh had asked, technically begged for Risako to take Alizeh under her wing.

Despite her experience, her skill, talent, even pedigree, Alizeh knew that she had a lot she was able to learn, that her skill base could be further enhanced. After all, there was a reason she had lost against people like Alaina, and Risako as well. They had even greater experience than her, but more so than even Alaina, Risako matched up with Alizeh as far as skill bases went nearly perfectly. In fact the green haired girl wouldn’t be ashamed to admit that the jill of all trades style employed by the queen of the ring was the base for Alizeh’s own.

As such Alizeh asked the much more experienced woman tk help her, and thankfully the older woman had accepted her request. So now she was just waiting for the former wrestle angel to appear. Wearing a white and orange trimmed pair of lycra sport shorts as well as a white spandex top with orange straps and trim. On her feet were a pair of green and white addidas sneakers whilst her hands were adorned with a pair of black fingerless gloves with her hair being pulled into a low ponytail. Bouncing on her heels she slowly breathed in and out in preperation for when her soon to be mentor would be here.

Risako arrived at the gym where she would be training her new protege, Alizeh Midori. She thought that training someone might be a nice change of pace, and she was thinking of what to teach the younger woman. The former Wrestle Angel was wearing a jacket and trousers over her workout outfit, and now that she had arrived, she entered the gym and looked for Alizeh.

When she saw Alizeh, she approached her and gave her a warm smile. "Hey there. I hope I didn't keep you waiting." She set down her bag as she looked at Alizeh. "You look eager." And so, she unzipped her own jacket, revealing the black sports bra underneath. "So, are you ready to train? Just gotta warn you that I may get a little strict, so hope you won't complain." She said while flashing a warm smile at the younger woman.

At the same time, she would also get prepared to train Alizeh as she took off her trousers, revealing her black bottoms underneath. She also wore a pair of workout shoes, and she had her hair tied up into a ponytail.

The moment Alizeh saw the Queen of the Ring enter the ring Alizeh felt her excitement levels shoot up as shown by her bouncing on her heels in preperation. Obviously her excitment was palpable to the woman who noted it as soon as she walked in making Alizeh chuckle a bit. ”Hehe no worries you’re fine, and yeah who wouldn’t be eager when their about to be trained by a legend.” Alizeh said with a wink to the woman as she watched her enter the ring.

Smiling confidently at Risako as she entered the ring Alizeh stretched her arms out in preperation as Risako warned her of her teaching mehtods. “Oh don’t worry about me, I like to work, besides you wouldn’t be the first strict teacher I’ve had.” She said excitedly as she leveled her gaze with Risako again... and immediately blushed from the woman stripping right in front of her down to her training gear.

‘Well.... damn.’ Alizeh thought before shaking her head to not stare. ”I-I-In anycase. How should we start teach?” Alizeh asked eagerly, very sure to keep her eyes locked on Risako’s and not allow them to drift downwards.

Risako noticed that Alizeh was looking at her as she stripped herself down to her workout attire. She chuckled to herself, finding this cute. Of course, she was here to train Alizeh, and she would do her best to become a good example for the younger woman.

"Well, we start with the basics first." Risako started. "There are a few things to cover here like abdominal workouts, strength training, cardio, speed conditioning, and of course, wrestling. We won't do all of those in one single day, so you should be ready for a regimen of workouts. Let's start with cardio first." Risako folded her arms under her ample breasts. "But first, you should start doing some stretches. We don't want you to accidentally hurt yourself, right?"

Alizeh nodded to Risako and listened with rapt attention as she explained what their trainjng would consist of. A lot sounded fairly basic, but Alizeh was sure Risako’s standards for those excercises is what made thnem stand out. But Risako had a point, stretching out was important, and Alizeh had only gotten hakfwau through her usual stretches. So she nodded. ”Oh gotcha no worries, I was already doing some when you came in.” She chirped in a chipper tone as she lowered herself, extending one leg out to stretch it by going up and down a few times before doing the same with her other leg. “Though shouldn’t you do the same?” She asked, it was a innocent enough question, but a less than innocent part of Alizeh’s brain was rather eager to see Risako perform... certain stretches that would make certain parts of the body stand out.

Watching Alizeh doing stretches, Risako was also reminded that she also needed to stretch as well. "Right." And so, the Queen of the Ring would begin stretching as well, inadvertently displaying her own mature body for her student. It was just some basic stretches, which should be enough for their training session.

Once she was done, Risako decided to take the item that would be important for Alizeh's training. "First, let's start with this." She brought a grappling dummy with her. "One of the most important things to remember while in the ring is to control the flow of the match. You should remember that you can't simply stop with just one move while grappling. Chaining move after move will ensure that you will become a dominant force in the ring..." She told the younger woman.

Alizeh continued her stretches, limbering up her legs, arms, and back, while simultaneously trying not to stare at Risako as she did the same. But really who could blame her? Risako was a damn knockout those stretches highlighting her particular assets didn’t make it any easier on her no less. Shaking her head from those distracting thoughts Alizeh focused on Risako as she brought out a dummy and wwnt over what they’d be focusing on causing her to nod.

Of course Alizeh knew chain wrestling, but despite speacializing in submissions she’d admit she wasn’t the best at controlling the flow. In a previous match against Karin Shin she had to resort tondisrupting the blow and punch Karin to counter into another submission. So clearly there was some work she could do there and she was glad its where Risako wanted to start.

”Gotcha, so I need to work on picking and choosing between what holds can easily be transitioned and secured” She said with a nod as she approached the dummy. “How are we doing this? Want me to go through whichever moves I can think of or is there a series of moves you want me to ease through?” She asked the okder woman curiously while slapping her hands together, eager to get started on tbe dummy.

Standing next to the dummy, Risako listened to what Alizeh was saying and nodded. "Well, let's see what you can do first." So, she would let Alizeh start demonstrating the moves on the dummy. She wanted to see how capable Alizeh was while controlling the flow of a grapple. She wanted to see if Alizeh could chain from one move to another, doing flawless transition, and she wanted to see it demonstrated with the dummy that she had provided to her.

Alizeh nodded getting confirmation from the older woman before lookkng to the dummy on the floor. Reaching down and grabbing it by the arm she dragged it a bit away to the center of the ring before dropping down whilst pulling tbe arm between her legs for a arm bar. Holding this for a few seconds Alizeh would then curl her feet inwards, hooking them around the dummy’s head, if successful Alizeh roll to the side slightly while pulling her legs in while whifting their position to transition the hold into a gogoplata.

After holding this hokd for a few moments Alizeh would turn fully on her side to push the dummy’s face into the mat while undoing her legs. Spreading out while shifitng her hands to around the dummy’s head Alizeh would pull back for a camel clutch. Than she would reach back with her legs, using her feet to force the legs of the dummy up while wrapping her legs around them. If this worked she would attempt to shift her arms around the dummy’s head changing the hold into a stf.

From here Alizeh would roll over onto her back, attempting to curl one leg around each of the dummy’s. Than she would shift her grip from around the dummy’s head to grab the dummy by the arms Alizeh would then extend her limbs for a ceiling hold. After a few moments Alizeh would pull her legs down to bring the dummy into a kneeling position while sitting up herself. This time Alizeh wrapped her arm around the dummy’s head and pulling back for a dragon sleeper. ”So far so good?” Alizeh asked while looking up in the direction of Risako, wanting her opinion on her performance so far first before continuing with the chain

Risako watched Alizeh doing move after move, chaining them together on the training dummy. She made some mental notes as she observed her pupil transitioning from one hold to another. When she heard Alizeh's question, she took a few seconds to mull over the information that she had taken before she said, "So far so good. Let's see what else you can do..."

Risako crossed her arms under her breasts as she would continue observing Alizeh. She wanted to see what else her student would do next. She could see potential in Alizeh, and if possible, she would like to help her polish such potential.
