The Next Generation (for Mysterdio)

It was another training session for LAW's Young Lionesses. No one could deny that the decision for LAW to start its own in-house training program for up-and-coming talent and aspiring wrestlers had been a rousing success. The first class had launched some celebrated stars like Sanae Saitou, and the next crop of trainees, including Sheila Chihara, Sarabeth Chummers, and Kaguya Hojo, had already established a foothold in the wrestling world, even before they'd graduated. But as long as there were young women and men looking to start their careers in the world of professional wrestling, there would always be Young Lionesses.

And Shizuka Matou was one of them.

Her mother, Yuna, had come from humble beginnings as a working-class single mom, but had become a sensation in the apartment wrestling circuit for her sheer size alone. It wasn't long before she attracted the attention of LAW, and since making the jump to prostyle wrestling, she had become one of LAW's top heavyweights practically overnight. By the time Shizuka was offered to sign on with the same apartment wrestling promotion her mother had been involved in, she had a big legacy to live up to. But the value of the Matou name had put her on a short list toward advancing in the wrestling world, and before long, those same connections that had brought her to wrestling had brought her to LAW, where she was placed in the Young Lioness class to teach her the fundamentals of working in a ring and dealing with the more high-impact style that LAW championed. And that had led her here.

Now, she sat on her knees on the gym mats, listening to their instructor run them through their schedule for the day. She adjusted her glasses, noting to herself that the clips she used to attach them to her head had done a fine job so far, and she hoped they wouldn't fail her now. She could only hope this would work. Though academics were her first and foremost passion, she couldn't deny that she had some interest in finding her place in the athletic fields like her mother had done - something that she'd tried to find her place with time and time again, but had never quite made it. And the offer LAW had made to help pay her college tuition wasn't lost on her either.

Ugh, another training session. Jessica liked a work out on her own terms, but she couldn't stand these. The tomboy was in training, but with the matches she had bagged, it could be argued that Jessica was something of a rising star in her own right. With all that in mind, it was no wonder why Jess hated these classes.

Still, all Jessica Miura ever needed to get through these classes was just that; the Miura name. With a mother as something of an icon in apartment wrestling and becoming quite well-known in the heavyweight division. Now having chosen wrestling to be her life's profession, Jessica wanted nothing more to than to make her mother proud and be not just a wrestler worthy of the name Miura, but a superior wrestler to all her rivals and contemporaries.

Right now, Jessica felt like she was kneeling right next to exactly one of those contemporaries. Shizuka Matou. Weird name, but she would probably be a decent enough fight for Jess, but she also looked like a stupid egghead. Still, the wild kitten always wanted to make friends, especially if they could have a good brawl with her. "Yo, nerd. If teach has us do sparring, 20 bucks says I KO ya in 30 seconds." It was a competitive opener from Jessica as she nudged the blunette beside her, but she was just messing around with an obvious exaggeration.

As their trainer lectured everyone on the plan for the coming lesson, Shizuka was narrowed in on it with laser focus. She didn't even blink as she leaned in closer, following every word. She had always been keenly focused on her studies, after all - and just as much as that had led her to success in school, she also hoped she could help use that to bolster her expertise in shaping herself into a full-fledged professional wrestler. She was in this to prove she could succeed, and to make her mother proud - and she didn't want to fall behind on that.

So, naturally, it irked her all the more when one of her classmates decided to step in and distract her.

Letting out a sigh, Shizuka looked back at the girl - Jessica Miura, she remembered her name was; it sounded familiar, but she didn't know from where. Of course, she was blathering on about nonsense when there was supposed to be a lesson going on. She looked like the type. Tan, well-built - definitely more muscles than sense, just like everyone that got on her nerves in high school. This was just off to a beautiful start, wasn't it?

"...Do you mind?" she hissed under her breath, trying to keep her voice soft enough to avoid drawing any undue attention. She was supposed to be focused, after all - it would be a blow to her pride if she ended up getting in trouble for this. "Some of us are trying to pay attention..."

Jessica may have not been the most sensible girl, but her enthusiasm and upbeat attitude couldn't be denied. Even though she was a meatheaded tomboy, that unshakable passion was something to be respected, which Jessica was more than happy to repay to those she wanted to call a friend.

Unfortunately, it seemed Shizuka wouldn't turn out to be someone Jessica could call a friend. Responding with hostility towards Jessica, the tomboy frowned in response. "Well sorry, geek. Didn't realise your were sitting with a 20 foot pole jammed up your ass." The wild kitten hissed back, sure to attract the attention of the teacher as dislike mounted between both girls.

Things were already tense between Shizuka and Jessica from the moment they noticed each others' presence. However, it wasn't until they spoke up that the tensions between them truly started to flare - and when Jessica sent a pointed barb straight toward Shizuka. At that, the blue-haired girl jumped straight up in her seat, her mouth hanging in a gasp. She was just trying to make a point about where their focus ought to be. But it seemed like Jessica just wanted to stoke conflict for conflict's sake!

"Why, I-" Shizuka began - but it was right then that the instructor looked over toward them. "Alright, everyone, pair off! And as for you two...Matou, Miura! Looks like you could use some alone time, so you'll be sparring partners today."

Shizuka let out a long sigh and rubbed her head. Great. Just what she wanted. Not only did she get seated next to an annoying musclehead, now the two were roped into working together. And she wasn't even trying - but, through no fault of her own, fate had led her here. When she looked back up at Jessica, her eyes narrowed in a glare, but she nevertheless picked herself up to head over to the mats. The rest of the class, likewise, was forming groups, but a few had lingered, watching the two girls as tension brewed.

If Jessica followed Shizuka, the bespectacled girl would mutter a few words to her, standing on the mats with her arms crossed and a surly look on her face. "This is your fault, you know."

Like many other times, Jessica's aggressively competitive attitude and smart mouth would have its consequences. Evidently, Jessica's retort had angered her blue haired counterpart. For now, though, that would be the least of Jessica's problems as the instructor would take note of the conflict between the opposites. "Aw, hey, what?! Me and her?!" With a frustrated expression, the wild kitten huffed and accepted her fate, walking alongside Shizuka to the mats. Some fellow young lionesses watched with interest as both firm-assed fit girls were facing off.

Scowling at Shizuka's words, Jess was officially pissed off by this geek. "Oh yap yap yap. Cry me a river, you fucking nerd. Let's just do this." Jess responded. As ungracious as her words were, Jessica was legitimately trying to make a friend. Instead, Jessica was met with condescension from this dork. Shizuka may have been smarter than Jessica, but Jessica never intended to treat Shizuka as anything less than an equal. Clearly, though, Matou viewed Jessica as lesser for her blunt and athletic style. "At least I get to kick your ass and blow off some steam."

Great. Just great. Shizuka really didn't want to start any fights here. She was new to LAW, and she was still settling into her new surroundings, getting to know her way around and who was who in the company. She was here to master her craft, and she was happy to have that opportunity - but it seemed her classmates couldn't leave well enough alone. And when Shizuka tried to tell Jessica to back off, it seemed her plan backfired - the instructor took note of the tension between them, and decided it was best to leave the two girls to work that out for themselves! If this was what Shizuka could expect ahead of her, it was going to be a long, long training program...

Even as they faced each other on the mats, Jessica was still needling her classmate with taunts, wearing even further at her nerves. "Oh, sure! I'm the nerd, huh?" She could see that Jessica didn't think much of her - and it reminded her all too much of the sorts of boorish jocks who picked on her in school. If she was really going to look down on her, it was up to Shizuka to prove her wrong about how much of a nerd she really was. And she'd let her actions speak for themselves - as she took a step closer, she pulled her shirt off over her head, showing off the slim but toned physique that spoke to the effort she put in to hone her body.

Of course, showing off was just one thing. What really mattered was what Shizuka could do - and she had her mind made up that she was going to show Jessica plenty of that, too! As she took a step closer, the blue-haired girl reached out to grab hold of Jessica's shoulders to get her into a lockup. But from there, she'd waste no time before she pushed down at her, trying to bring her lower so that she could throw an arm over her head and pull her into a headlock against her ribs!

Both girls had sufficiently aggravated each other. If there was any chance for these two to be friends, that ship had long since sailed all the way to the new world and met an emperor. Now, Jessica just wanted to beat this dork down. "Yeah! You are the nerd! Fugly four-eyed geek!" Rubbing in the insult, Jesw flicked the glasses on her opponent's face to anger Shizuka further.

With her foe stripping off her shirt, Jessica felt even more competitive with their similar attire. So the wild kitten decided the attire wasn't all that necessary. "Well, if Shizuka the egghead is feeling so brave, then let's see how brave you really are!" With that, Jessica tossed off her sports bra. Now, the tomboy stood there in all her flat chested, topless glory. With a taunting motion to Shizuka, she encouraged her rival to do the same.

"Gah-!" When Jessica flicked her finger against Shizuka's glasses, the bespectacled girl stumbled back, raising her hand to keep them on her face. "Dumb bitch-!" It was clear now that the tensions between them had grown far more personal than anyone could have anticipated. Jessica was more than just an annoyance who didn't know when to stop talking. She was actively antagonizing Shizuka at every turn, and showing her nothing short of disrespect! Shizuka had already made up her mind that if she was going to make a name for herself in LAW as a Young Lioness, she couldn't back down now - she had to step up to the challenge, and she couldn't allow herself to lose to Jessica. That alone would've been enough to motivate her. But now? Jessica was quickly proving herself to be someone she would enjoy beating.

Shizuka needed a moment to readjust her glasses after Jessica had knocked them askew. But as soon as she could see clearly again, the sight of what stood before her made her gasp. She certainly hadn't been anticipating for Jessica to take off her bra and fight her topless. A blush came to Shizuka's face as she studied Jessica up and down. Such confidence! She didn't know if she could have ever done such a thing. And it was for that reason why it stung her all the more when she took note of her opponent's small breasts - not any bigger than her own. Shizuka had long been frustrated that she hadn't grown into her mother's curvaceous physique, but even though Jessica was built the same way, she wasn't ashamed of her body. She didn't even care. Why couldn't she be that confident?

She bit the inside of her cheek. It seemed ridiculous. But the lines had been drawn - and the last thing she was willing to do now was to look unprepared next to Jessica. She couldn't hesitate! "That's how you want to do it...fine!" Grabbing her own sports bra, Shizuka pulled it off over her head, then planted her hands on her hips as she took a step closer. She stood so close to Jessica - they were eye to eye, almost matched in every proportion one to one - that she could feel the warmth radiating off her body. And when she leaned closer to shove her chest into Jessica's own, she was hoping that gesture would speak volumes about how seriously she was taking this!

With the removal of her sports bra revealing her flat, but enticing chest, Jessica stood proudly with hands on her hips. It gave the muscle head tomboy a smug satisfaction to see the shock on this stuck up geek's face. While their bodies were entirely equal, their confidence clearly wasn't, and Jess could sense that winning that mental game could be the key to victory.

Still, Shizuka followed through, leaving her own bare chest out in the open. At the sight, Jess narrowed her eyes and many of their classmates hollered. The wild kitten wasn't concerned with that, though. All Jess was thinking of was this stuck up bitch in front of her. Getting her chest bumped by the blunette, the tomboy snarled before returning the gesture, nipples stiffening as they clashed. Tired of this back and forth tension, Jessica followed up her boob bump with an aggressive shove, trying to aggravate her foe further.
