As usual, Ambre regularly spent her mornings in the LAW gym. To maintain her muscles, she followed a rigorous and tiring training, stimulating the muscles of her arms, legs and especially her abs. Ever since she was little, Ambre fantasized about female wrestlers with great shape and muscle, but what she loved most was abs. Since she started training in the gym, she has done everything to have it too and after several years, her efforts have finally paid off.

At the end of her training, Ambre chained 4 sets of 20 abs to keep them still as muscular. After finishing her fifth set, she sat with a long sigh of fatigue, her body was still hurting her a little from her previous match but she didn't want to neglect her training. She got up after a minute's rest and began to drink water from her canteen, then to wipe her perspiration with her towel. Her training may have just ended but there was no hurry, there weren't many people at this hour and Ambre wanted to let her body rest before returning to the locker room.
