The sounds of gloving tapping and feet shuffling across the canvas was underway as Lyra took some jabs trying to hit her sparring partner. It was just a random Japanese girl she made friends with and they were currently in the first round of their session. Lyra got some good jabs in on her partner and guarded when the Japanese girl threw her own shots. The universe had been paving the way towards Apex for the fortune teller and she had to be ready if she wanted to be at the top of LAW. So many people had qualified for the event happening next year and some, including her, were shuffled into consideration to become LAW Middleweight Champion. Winning just one of those belts would prove she’s quite the rising star.
Lyra never cared too much for the fame and attention her future telling powers gave her. She simply wanted to follow the visions the universe gave to her and please the otherworldly forces that guided her. It’s what led her to wrestling in the first place and what started her career. Lyra ducked and weaved through her partner’s shots having to go defensive for now. Soon, the bell rang ending their first round spar as they touched gloves and retreated back to their corners.
