A Steamy Gym Session (for deezcastforums)

Deku gave a soft sigh, trying to prepare himself for what he would be doing today. Which... was really lame considering it was really just a spar and training session. But he couldn't help himself considering the context... and person it was with. Namely one Noelle Silva. Despite the intense match between them ending in a draw they had actually hit it off quite well, if nothing else they certainly respected each other, and if he was being honest he found her pretty attractive, though he wasn't sure if that was mutual, but their was definitely some sexual tension between them, even if it was only a result of the stakes Noelle had placed on herself.

So now here he was. The day of when they were to meet up. He hadn't worn anything special for the occasion. Just his usual garb for training consisting of a blue athletic tee shirt and black gym shorts with sneakers. Really he looked more like a high school kid about to go to gym class and he just could not shake the thought from his mind. Blushing softly Deku would look up and attempt to force it down, trying to shake the nervousness before Noelle came, the last thing he needed was for her to see and tease him about it.

Noelle (no belt)

Noelle Silva showed up to her training session with Deku in something much more conservative than she had worn for their match. A bikini served no purpose here, as it had when the princess had fought Deku, so she had seen no reason to wear it. When Noelle found Deku at their agreed upon training area, she saw that he had dressed casual. In a simple tee and shorts.

"Hello Deku," said Noelle with a flip of her ponytail. "Good to see that we both got here on time. So I assume that you're ready to begin? Or is there anything else you were wanting to do first?" Noelle figured that she'd offer the courtesy to Deku in case there was anything he still needed to take care of. She didn't want to rush him.

Soon enough Noelle would arrive, and upon seeing the princess Deku would sigh internally seeing she was wearing something more akin to a traditional wrestling outfit. 'Thank goodness.' He thought to himself, though she still looked quite good in that outfit as well.. 'No focus.' He thought to himself before smiling at Noelle.

"Yeah I figured you were the punctual type so I thought it'd be better to get here early." He said with a chuckle before continuing. "Anyways I'm ready to start if you are. I was wondering if maybe you could show me some of your submission game since its a area I've been meaning to improve in." Deku said, starting off casual and earnest, since he really did want to improve in those areas.

"Submissions, huh?" said Noelle as she processed Deku's request. The princess had been expecting a bit of workout first before getting into the real wrestling practice. But it wasn't as if this was anything out of the ordinary. "Fine then," she eventually said. "First let's see what you got. Put me in what you consider your ultimate submission hold. You've gotten me as vulnerable or as well set up as you need me to be for any hold you want. Make it something you know will get the tap out."

"Though, before we begin," Noelle's need to wipe her brow as she spoke had reminded the princess of something bothering her. Noelle and Deku hadn't done so much as a single stretch, but Noelle was already beginning to sweat. She had felt it just walking from the entrance to where Deku was waiting for her. It was oddly warm in here. Since Deku had gotten here first, she figured he might know. "It's hot in here, right? It's not just me? Did the gym have the heat up for something?"

For a brief moment Deku wondered if maybe he said something wrong or offended Noelle somehow. He suppose it was a bit out of the ordinary to start with full on wrestling practice, but it was the area he was mostly looking forward too, besides the heat would make actual work out hell so he figured it was best to omit that. In fact speaking of the heat Noelle was quick to question herself. Luckily it was something eh at least had something of an answer for.

"Yeah I noticed it too." He said before continuing. "Apparently one of our coworkers has a pow session on the other side of the gym and paid extra to have the heat set at 86 today to go with it." Deku said, looking down and seeing he was already sweating just from standing. "Unfortunately they can only have the temperature set across the board for the whole gym so we kinda just have to bear with it." He said bashfully while looking at Noelle. "Should help with working up a sweat though right?" He asked, trying to joke to ease the annoying energy of the situation.

After a moment however Deku would blink and nod at Noelle's first suggestion about how they start. "Oh anyways, for my submission I'll need you to lay down." He said gesturing to the practice mats so they could get started, especially since he didn't want to forcibly bring Noelle to the mat... At least he hoped Noelle wouldn't want him to do that.

Recognition flashed in Noelle's eyes when Deku mentioned a POW session happening in a gym. "Oh, I know what you're talking about then," said Noelle. "I didn't look at any of the pictures, but from what I've read and heard, I can't say that Tomiji girl hasn't earned what's coming to her right about now." Noelle shuddered at the thought of having to endure a pissed off woman with free reign who was a lot bigger and stronger than you. It was something Noelle had experienced before from her older sister.

"Back to our gym session then," Noelle said shaking off those thoughts. "As I said, to help your submission game, I need to experience what you already have. So," Noelle beckoned Deku towards her. "Put me in your best and see if you can make me tap. And don't worry about setting up or locking in the hold. I won't start resisting until it's locked in."

Deku nodded to Noelle, agreeing with what she said about the situation not too far away from them. "Yeah I definitely wouldn't wanna be her right now." He said with a small shiver before refocusing on Noelle when she pulled them back to their session. "Oh right gotcha." He said with a nod, albeit one with a slight blush on his face given the submission he had in mind.

"Er sorry in advance." He said to her before placing a leg behind Noelle's own and then suddenly shoving her backwards so she would land on her back. Knowing he would be successful Deku would drop down next to her keeping their legs entangled while rearing his other leg up to curl around her her and push to the side before finally reaching over to grab Noelle's free leg and pull it back to secure a grounded octopus stretch on the girl!

"Don't worry about it Deku. I am literally asking for this," said Noelle before Deku got to work on his hold. The boy brought the princess down to the ground and locked in an octopus stretch. "Ah!" Noelle groaned, feeling the stretch in her neck and her groin. "Smart call... doing something with your legs. This is gonna be tough to escape."

Noelle quickly recognized that her arms were freer than they probably should be. The octopus stretch had specific roles for both of Deku's legs and one arm, with the second arm being more flexible depending on the situation. Usually trying to restrain at least one of the victim's arms, both if possible. But Deku was really doing to much with his second arm.

Noelle would try to use this to escape. Her body's mobility was limited, so she had to do what she could to get as much movement in a single burst as possible. Trying to hide her intent from Deku, Noelle tucked her arm in and turned away from him. Then she would try to spring back towards him and hit his nose with the back of her clenched hand to disrupt his concentration. Then try to power out of the hopefully loosened hold from there.

Luckily Noelle reassured Deku about bringing her down to the mat... forcefully. Technically he didn't use the usual set up he was planning for this move, but thats because that would be too much for what was merely a move demonstration. Regardless Deku locked in the hold, or at least he was fairly certain he did so and began pulling, not too hard, despite Noelle's words, just enough to give her a good idea of the move.

Still despite the pain he was undoubtedly causing Noelle was quick to praise the hold and his use of legs, something that admittedly made Deku blush slightly. "Oh heh, thanks Noelle." He said while maintaining the submission, doing so until either Noelle tapped out or figured out a escape.

Something that Noelle would soon try once she turned from him. "Huh?" He said, surprised at the action, not used to seeing such a thing as a means of escape from this particular hold. But the true meaning of Noelle's actions would soon become clear enough once the silver haired girl twisted, sending her hand back and smacking it into Deku's nose! "Gah!" He yelled out in pain, surprised and leaving it easy for Noelle to power out of the hold!

Noelle stood up gracefully after escaping Deku's submission relatively quickly. Considering that she escaped via counterattack, the princess likely could've perform a full on reversal and but the greenette into a submission hold of her own had this been a real match. But since this was a training session, Noelle instead simply reached her hand down to help Deku up from the floor.

"Alright, this shouldn't be too hard of a problem to fix," said Noelle. "You weren't doing anything substantial with your left arm. Your right arm and both legs both have very defined roles in that hold, but the left arm's job is left more up to the situation. But it still needs to be doing something. Usually either trapping my own arm, which would've stopped my escape. Or dealing extra damage with strikes. And if your victim gives you the opportunity, you may even be able to restrain both arms at once with just your left arm. And of course, the arms are switched if you're attacking from the other side." As a submissionist, Noelle knew a hold like the octopus stretch well. The question was how good would Deku be at absorbing her teaching.
