The story of a Prince & an Idol

Unread post by Teenwrestler »

______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Daisuke's career in LAW wasn't as great as he had hoped to be. Wanting to conquer the place and crown himself as the King of LAW, the wrestling prince had struggled in achieving that objective. Despite his matches being competitive, the prince's record was not the best. His loud mouth had gotten himself into more trouble than he would have liked and the caliber of wrestlers here were not to be taken lightly at all which was a mistake that Daisuke had done far too many times and paid the price for it. Frustrated at himself and his progress so far at LAW, Daisuke had decided to take out his frustrations in his work-out session today which would be the most productive thing to do. The prince spent quite some time in the locker room at first, thinking where he was in his career and what he had to do before finally getting ready. After showering and changing into his attire, the prince was ready to head out from the locker to the main gym hall.

"*Sigh*" with a heavy sigh of disappointment, Daisuke had his gym bag hung on his shoulder while passing through many of the busy gym-goers doing their work-out until he saw a free punching bag where he decided to set his gym bag down on the nearby bench and begin his striking and grappling work-out session. After working up a sweat and going at it for 15 minutes he decided to take a break and made his way to the vending machine to get himself a bottle of water and take a drink from it. *Gulg*gulg*gulg* Ahhh that hit the spot. Huh, wait a second..." he said to himself, spotting a familiar person.

It was none other than Sakura Hagiwara, the famous idol who had taken the brave decision to step into the pro-wrestling world. Daisuke had seen one of her matches as of late, one that did not work in her favour and left her embarrassed in the ring without her attire. It would seem that it wasn't only him that was having a hard time here. "Hmmm" he thought to himself and almost out of instinct he would begin to approach her from the side.

"Konnichiwa, Hagiwara-chan!" he said with a slight smile. Little did he know, this was only the beginning of their story.

Sakura panted softly as she continuously pelted the heavy bag she was using with varying kicks and punches. For over twenty minutes she had been at it, using the bag to work out some... frustrations she had recently. Most of those being centered on her recent loss to Noelle Silva. Well not just a match, or a feud, she had lost that as well with Noelle coming out with two wins over the idol to Sakura's one, but in addition Noelle also had won Sakura's outfit. Her iconic fit that had served her through many a match.... It was a bitter pill to swallow despite the words she had left Noelle with to at least insure her outfit would be in good hands. But it didn't meant she wasn't still frustrated at herself for falling short.

So now almost everyday since the loss to Noelle the idol found herself here in the gym, working like crazy to improve herself physically, even if she wasn't fully sure where to start. So she resolved to for now, focus on building up her muscles across the board, until her new outfit was ready it was the most she could do after all. Speaking of, currently Sakura wore a basic, if revealing workout outfit consisting of a white and red sports bra, and matching tight short shorts. Given the sweat that was practically pouring down her body it was the best choice for her right now.

Pounding on her workout bag for almost twenty minutes now Sakura was almost completely ignorant of the figure approaching from the side until she heard her name called! "Eee!" Jumping in surprise from the sudden call Sakura nearly lost her footing before she recollected herself and turned to see a boy across from her with a water bottle. Blinking Sakura quickly placed his face to a name as she smiled bashfully at her near embarrassing moment just now. "Oh Takeuchi-San hello." She said with a wave, having a limited knowledge of the Wrestling Prince she saw no reason to be rude to him... yet given some of the stories she had heard wasn't exactly positive. But she could afford him the benefit of the doubt. Besides he approached her. So may as well try to be nice.

An Idol turned into a pro wrestler? Normally, Daisuke would have not wasted this chance to run her down but something about her was different. After all, Daisuke was in a bad run of form himself but seeing Hagiwara's determination in getting better and training herself to be the best wrestler in the world was admirable given what her beginnings were. She was coming out of a bad loss against her rival too having to strip in front of the crowd and on live-tv yet still she was in the gym, working up a sweat and trying to get better. A lot of wrestlers would have quit after that but here she was. Daisuke was in a similar situation too where he wasn't winning his matches either so he felt a strange connection with her.

He approached her with good intentions but intentions which still startled the former idol making him flinch ever so slightly at her reaction too. "Hi..." he said in a shy voice and a slight blush on his cheek while approaching her. She seemed to be working out really hard, her outfit was sweat stained and she seemed to be working on her core body it was clear Sakura was determined to get better. "Here, have some water. You need to stay hydrated" he offered the water bottle to her.

"Anyways, I saw you and you were working out so I thought I'd say hello. I, uh, I saw your match against Noelle...tough luck on that. I think you had her on the ropes and almost had her" he said trying to sound a bit encouraging.

'This... is the wrestling prince?' Sakura thought to herself as she looked up at the tall, dark haired young man before her. His tenure at LAW had been long and there was plenty many people had to say about him, both women who had been in the ring with him and those who hadn't. Most of those things were pretty negative. About how he was arrogant and uptight, as well as more than a bit self centered. Probably the type of person Sakura would expect to see at some high society party as opposed to the gym, let alone a wrestling ring. 'Then again... I'm not one to talk.' Sakura thought to herself, after all despite idols becoming wrestlers wasn't especially uncommon now a days, she had been the one to garner a lot of eyes to the concept and divide of it.

Still, all that being said and the man in front of her didn't seem like any of the stories she had heard. If anything he almost looked like a fan meeting her for the first time, flustered, slightly embarrassed, and just a tad awkward. Not that he had to be given Sakura wouldn't treat him differently either way. As he offered her a water bottle she would smile appreciatively towards the man. "Oh thank you very much Takeuchi-San." Sakura would say as she reached out and took the bottle, immediately chugging down a few gulps before pulling away. "Ahhhh...." Sighing in relief a small drop of water dripped down her chin before she offered the bottle back to the man.

"Thank yo...u." She said, stopping as he mentioned the match against Noelle. Immediately Sakura's free hand tightened into a fist as she involuntarily thought back to the match, to that complete and utter humiliation at Noelle's hands. It was hard, and Sakura was tempted to go on a brief hiatus. But she couldn't, it would only prove what ever critic of her had ever said. Instead she just threw herself into training until her new ring gear was ready. Both to improve her body and work through those lingering feelings of frustration and shame. Of course Sakura knew that Daisuke hadn't intended to bring those feelings up, and he was only trying to help, so as quickly as those feelings came up Sakura pushed them down before offering a small smile to the boy. "Ah.. thank you. I appreciate you're faith in me. But honestly? Noelle had my number in that match. She was always a step ahead, and as much as I hate to say it she deserved to win." Sakura admitted, willing to give Noelle the props she deserved, even in spite of the humiliation she had suffered at her hands.

If it was any other day, Daisuke would have ran Sakura down for her choice to go from being a pop idol to a pro-wrestler. However, at this moment in time, Daisuke was looking to reflect on his career at LAW and what he had achieved ever since joining. He was always running people down, thinking he was better than them, discredit their training and ultimately paid the price of underestimating his opponents. When he saw Sakura and her loss to Noelle, it reminded him of himself just a bit at how he lost when it most mattered. Somehow, the fact that Sakura left everything in her previous career to join pro-wrestling also clicked with him, he could admire someone who moved from their comfort to try something completely new.

"You're welcome, Hagiwara-chan" he said nodding at her direction while taking back the bottle of water from her. When he mentioned her match against Noelle she seemed to go in trance, he noticed that she was upset when she clenched her fists and for a brief moment spaced out until suddenly shaking her head to get back to reality. Her response was quite something, she actually appreciated her opponent and gave her full credit for the win despite her humiliation. Most wrestlers would not be so kind in their words against a rival but she was something else.

"Hmmm I see. *Sigh*" he breathed a heavy sigh as he looked up to the gym ceiling and stroked his hair back gently. "Seeing you train so hard after your great loss, it's admirable. I think we are sort of on the same boat, trying to be better despite our shortcomings..." he said looking down on the floor before looking up into her eyes. "I know your desire to be the strongest in the world and I have the same goal. Perhaps we can work together to get to the top together and once we are there.....we can face each other to determine who truly is the strongest...the best?" he proposed.

"Sakura-chan....I challenge your resolve and determination. I challenge you to a wrestling match right here and now" he said stepping forward and bringing his hand out to her for a handshake.

Handing back her water bottle to Daisuke and answering his response with her own praise of Noellle.... Sakura would admit she surprised herself. She didn't really mean to praise the princess. But... she suppose she meant it. Noelle came into that match so prepared and confident, Sakura did as well, but Noelle's game plan was air tight, and her moves even tighter to escape. Nothing Sakura did seemed to have made a impact in the long run and after watching the match back it only made sense to Sakura that Noelle won. Didn't make it any easier though.

Either way it only meant that she had to train more, work on her skills. The most important thing Misaki had taught her being not to fold under the pressure of one massive loss. She just had to pick herself up and fight again even harder. So admittedly she was a bit surprised when Daisuke came and confessed going through similar things. She really would have never expected such a thing from him based on what she heard. But she could tell he was being genuine which was really impressing her so far.

Then he asked for a match. Right here and now. That especially made her blink in shock. The last thing she expected when she came to work out was being challenged to an impromptu bout. But... she was never one to back down from a challenge. Looking up at Daisuke with a determined look she would nod. "Well its a bit sudden..." Sakura said before smiling. "But a good match could be just what I need to see how far I've come in my training today. You're on Daisuke Kun." She said passionately with a nod to the man.

With the two going through similar phases in their wrestling career, it was easy to see why Daisuke would choose to ask Hagiwara to train with him so that the two could get better together. After all, their desire was to be the best and they could work together on getting to that goal up until the time came when the two would duke it out to determine who would truly be the best. Daisuke's own shortcomings against Irelia, Elieen and Selene had led him to the point where he had no choice but to put all his efforts into training and getting better instead of just thinking and having the mindset that he was the best without putting in the work.

He would have liked to believe that that was all this was, a simple reason to train together to get better but deep down he perhaps knew that this was not the only reason. Hagiwara, Sakura was a unique individual. Her passion and desire to be the best despite all the criticisms she faced was something that he had admired and respected, perhaps even liked! It didn't help that she was gorgeous and was improving her physique by hitting the gym but there was something about this woman that had the prince interested.

He smiled genuinely when she accepted his challenge, she seemed quite excited and was ready to put her training to the test as well. He walked up to her to get close but not too close for a pre-match staredown but a friendly one. "Hai, Sakura-chan! That's the spirit. Let's have a good match. Um, since there is no referee how about we keep it submissions only? I'll see you in the ring" he said giving her shoulder a light fist bump in respect before moving past her.

Daisuke would step up on the steel steps and make his way into the ring, standing in the middle of the ring he would do some light stretches and warm-ups as he got ready to throw down against Sakura. "Sakura-chan, whenever you are ready! Come at me with everything you got" he said in a passionate tone.

'Wow Daisuke is a lot nicer than I ever would have really expected.' the girl thought to herself at Daisuke's encouraging and determined words. It was far from the picture of arrogance that she had heard usually associated with the man. But so far he was being quite the perfect gentleman towards Sakura and she couldn't find herself complaining about it at all. Although this did lead to an impromptu challenge for her, and whilst unexpected Sakura found herself not minding much. After all there was a limit to how far one could get on their own. So maybe this is just what she needed.

Nodding in response to Daisuke's words Sakura would flash one of her signature smiles towards him. "Yeah submissions only should be fine. I'll be over in just a second." She said to him with a cheery nod before turning and collecting her towel and what not, placing them in her bag before taking off the smart watch she wore for workouts and doing the same. Zipping it up she would pick her gym bag up and take it with her towards the ring before dropping it down at the edge of said ring.

Smiling at Daisuke with a nod she would climb up the steps before grabbing the top ropes and vaulting over them to effortlessly enter the ring. "Just allow me a second to do some quick stretches ok Daisuke kun?" Sakura asked, mostly to be polite before she turned and started to do a few light stretching exorcises. Starting with stretching her back out as she tried to reach her toes, something that made her chest bounce and sway to the side as she did so before doing the same when she reached for her other side. Then Sakura bent her back directly backwards, making her chest push out a bit. Finally Sakura would drop down, extending one leg out and bouncing in place slightly to extend the limb, also showing just how long and smooth her leg was, as well as offering a slight peek at her extended hips before she alternated sides and did the same with her other leg.

"Alrighty!" Sakura said as she got up and clapped her hands in readiness for the bout at hand. "What do you say we start off with an old faithful eh Daisuke kun?" Sakura asked while raising her hands up, inviting the Wrestling Prince to a test of strength against her to get their match started off in a classic way.

It was odd, Daisuke didn't want to be himself around her for some reason. Usually, the prince would drive people away from him and act a certain way which made it easy for them not to like him. However, with Sakura, he felt the need to be supportive to her and be her friend? Maybe because he could relate to her because of what they had been going through or maybe it was something else? Maybe something he hadn't realized himself. Still, it was time for them to wrestle and no matter how he felt about her he was not going to let her beat him in a wrestling match even if it was just a sparring match. If they wanted to get better together, they had to treat each match as a championship one.

He nodded when she said she would join him soon which gave him more time to prepared in the ring while limbering up and doing his own stretching. After putting her things away, the former Sweet Diva Idol made her way into the ring and asked for more time to get ready and Daisuke was happy to give it to her with a nod and a smirk. She would start to do some stretches and the prince blushed a bit watching her beautiful and toned body stretch out with a sheen of sweat glistening from her body.

When she was ready, she called out to him and he shook his head and then nodded. "Hai, Sakura-chan" he said approaching her as they were face to face. "Sakura-chan, I want you to wrestle me as if everything is on the line in this match. I want your best and I will do the same. So let's wrestle" he said raising his arms up and clasping them with the hands of his opponent. Daisuke gritted his teeth as he pushed into her, their chests pressed together as did their foreheads as the two engaged in a test of strength.

"Nrghh!" he grunted, locked in against Sakura. His hands trembled as did hers as the two went toe to toe, struggling against each other.

Sakura had a beaming smile on her face as she stared down Daisuke after finishing her stretches. Now with the two eye to eye the 'big fight feel' of their spontaneous spar was starting creep over her and admittedly, Sakura was quite taken with it. 'Maybe this is just what I needed after that last match.' Sakura thought to herself as she nodded respectfully to Daisuke as he went over one last thing for this bout.

Namely just that he wanted both to go all out as if it were a massively important match. Something that Sakura didn't need to be told twice as she gave another nod to him. "That isn't going to be a problem for me at all so lets go!" Sakura said with a eager nod as she held her hands up, challenging Daisuke to a test of strength which he immediately seemed keen on accepting, although maybe for the wrong reasons if Sakura was even a bit more suspicious.

Regardless as soon as the test of strength between the two started it was intense. Grunting and groaning and muscles straining with effort Sakura pushed and jockeyed with Daisuke, looking for an advantage as their chests and heads pressed up against one another as a result of their battle against one another. "You're pretty strong Dai Kun." Sakura said, deciding to give Daisuke a little nickname before she smirked a bit wider. "But are you fast?" Sakura would ask as she suddenly dropped their shared grip before turning sharply on her heel to bring her arms up and catch Daisuke's head, bringing him down with a tight side headlock!

Something that would unintentionally press his face against the side of her sweaty boobs.
