Practice Makes Perfect

"Oh ummm I thought you were gonna have like some expert advice or something." Erin responded, a bit unimpressed. The feeling didn't last long though as Audrey was quickly ready to fight again. "Hmmm...well we could keep at it if ya want. It's always nice having a practice dummy." The redhead teased, sticking out her tongue for a brief moment. Having already been on the back end of a workout before the two started though, a bit of fatigue was starting to set in.

"I could prolly go another round or two if you're up for it. Maybe one of us'll get a quick pin or something right?" Erin replied and flashed a smile at Audrey. She was generally ready to go at it any time and anywhere. With arms now raised Erin prepared herself for their next round of sparring, eager to keep up with her more experienced partner.

Audrey smiled at Erin upon seeing her eagerness to continue. "It's good to have spirited young ladies these days. It reminds me of my time when I was young..." she said, reminiscing her time when she was just as young as Erin. "Alright, ready or not, here I go!"

And with that, Audrey would rush towards Erin, looking to lock up with her in a grapple. For the time being, she would like to see what the Irish girl would do while the two of them were locked up in the grapple.

Erin used her arm to wipe a few drops of sweat from her forehead before she was ready to go another round. She didn't have much time to get ready though as before she knew it Audrey was already rushing forward. The two locked up and Erin was forced a few steps back as she tried to keep up and get into a better position. "Yup...ya sure go alright!" The redhead commented. Unable to fall back on her usual strategy of just powering through her foe, Erin would try to think on her feet.

Trying to grab ahold of Audrey's arms, Erin wanted to bring them down to the woman's sides. Her plan was to wrap her arms around her sparring partner and give her a good hard squeeze. She didn't know how much energy she had to spare but she wanted to squeeze some of the fight out of Audrey with a strong bearhug.

Locking up with Erin in a grapple, Audrey would try to use her strength to overpower the younger woman, but it seemed that the Irish girl had another idea as she brought Audrey's arms to her side before she wrapped her arms around her body, locking her into a bearhug. The veteran let out a huff as her body was squeezed by Erin's arms, their busts mashing against each other.

"Uhhhhnn... nghhh..." Audrey grunted and gasped as she tried to free herself, but she smiled at Erin. "A-ahhn... g-good work, Erin..." she complimented the girl's move as she would try to make it difficult for her to maintain the hold by squirming and struggling, while at the same time, she would try to get her feet on the mat in order to get a firm footing in preparation for her next move.

While Erin was having trouble flat out overpowering Audrey, she still had a few tricks up her sleeves. Soon she had trapped the veteran in her grasp and was squeezing their two bodies together as if she was trying to snap her sparring partner in half. This of course had the added effect of just mashing their chests together, a fact which the redhead would usually ignore. Instead she opted to just try to try and squeeze Audrey to mush until the woman decided to tap out.

Unfortunately for the Irish lass her sparring partner was fairly resilient. "Nnnng...not bad yourself! I thought you'd tap by now." Erin admitted. In fact that was what she was hoping for as the more time went by, the harder it was to keep her grasp on the struggling woman. Finally Erin couldn't hold on anymore and was forced to release Audrey as the woman's feet once again touched the ground. Letting out a slight huff in frustration, the redhead would try to go back in and reaffirm a tight hug.

Thanks to her struggling, Audrey was then released from the bearhug, thus allowing her to focus on her next move. Still, Erin didn't seem to want to let her go just yet as she tried to reapply the hug, but this time, the veteran wasn't about to let her do whatever she wanted as she would bring up her knee, driving it right into her abs in order to make the younger woman lose her breath, stunned and winded.

"Up you go!" Audrey exclaimed as she would slip her arm between Erin's legs before attempting to scoop her up and throw her down into the mat with a body slam. Due to Erin's weight, Audrey would be able to pull off the move quite easily.

Forced to release Audrey, Erin went back in to reapply her hold. Unfortunately for her though she had made the mistake of trying the same trick twice and Audrey made her pay. Before she was able to squeeze her arms around the other woman, the redhead felt a knee drive up hard into her stomach. With a wheeze she would stagger back a step and double over in clear pain. "Guughh...fuck!" she cried out with an expression of discomfort now on her face.

Before long, Audrey followed up by scooping Erin up and slamming her down hard onto the mat. The loud impact was met with an equally loud groan from the Irish brawler who was now sprawled out on the ground. She would lay there a few moments with her chest slowly rising and falling. In a bit of a dazed state she would just slowly start to make her way onto her side.

Throwing Erin down onto the mat with a scoop slam, Audrey stood over the Irish girl as she saw her trying to roll over to her side. "Well, aren't you a lively one?" Audrey quipped as she would bend down in order to grab onto the girl, pulling her back up onto her feet. This time, she would place herself behind Erin, wrapping her arms around her neck in order to put her into a sleeper hold.

Exerting her strength, Audrey would squeeze Erin's neck and head in the sleeper hold. "So... are you going to submit?" Audrey asked, making use of her strength in order to try making the girl submit.

Having been just left breathless for a few moments, Erin couldn't respond to Audrey's first remark. She was more focused on getting back up anyway. It seemed her sparring partner was more than happy to help though and soon pulled the Irish lass up to her feet. While she would have much rather stayed resting on the floor for a few more moments, the redhead was at least grateful that Audrey had not opted to use her hair as a grip as some other wrestlers sometimes did.

"Nnng...oww..." Erin finally managed to say now that she was up on her feet. Her eyes quickly opened wide when Audrey wrapped her arms around her neck. "NNNNNGG!" She gasped, now unable to get much else out. Whatever the situation was though Erin was no quitter. Of course sometimes this was to her own detriment but that never stopped her. The now weary wrestler would shake her head no as she somehow tried to push herself forward and towards the ropes. At the moment though she was mostly just leaning forward and hoping her body weight would carry her there.

Squeezing Erin's neck with the sleeper hold, Audrey would apply more pressure into it in order to force the younger woman to submit. Still, Erin showed her that she still had enough strength left in her that she started moving forward towards the ropes, which impressed the veteran.

So, Audrey decided to try out something else instead. Still keeping her hold on Erin, she would then unwrap her arm from around her neck, but rather than letting her go, Audrey would try to hoist her up onto her shoulders, putting her into a torture rack, where her back would be stretched over her shoulders. From there, she would walk back towards the center of the ring, giving Erin's body a few jerks along the way.
