Ambre was more and more embarrassed because of her sparring partner's remarks but still found the strength to continue fighting, she had a goal and had to stay focused on it. She continued to move her hips to make Aleah's hold weaker over time until she could break it, at that moment, she didn't hesitate for a second to raise her body to the level of her opponent's chest to try to finally lock the dancer in a Triangle Choke and win this little duel.

Aléah continued to struggle against the much bigger woman, her muscles straining as she fought to keep Ambre at bay. However, she couldn’t help but laugh when Ambre, clearly amused, told her not to say that. Aléah’s laughter distracted her just long enough for Ambre to seize the opening, quickly shifting into the position she wanted. In a swift motion, Ambre mounted Aléah and locked in a tight triangle hold, trapping her firmly.

Despite the sudden disadvantage, Aléah continued to fight, her legs kicking and twisting in resistance, though her grin remained playful. Even in a tough spot, she couldn’t help but enjoy the challenge. Knowing this was all part of their intense training, she decided to give Ambre a little more encouragement.

"Now you’ve got me,” she teased, her breathing heavy. “Let’s see how long it takes for you to KO me, Ambre. Don’t worry, I can take it—okay?" she reassured her friend, urging her to continue, despite the growing pressure from the hold.

Ambre managed to trap her new sparring partner in the Triangle Choke she had just learned but this sparring didn't seem to be finished. Aléah seemed a little masochistic given her request, which surprised the French girl a little who thought for a few seconds before starting to squeeze her legs to make her holds more powerful.

As Ambre’s hold grew more powerful, Aléah fought against it, determined to stay awake. The heat of the bright lights and the exertion from their training began to take a toll on her body. Her eyelids felt heavier with each passing second, and despite her resolve, she could feel herself slipping.

Aléah gasped for air, the pressure of the triangle choke constricting her breathing. She struggled to keep her focus, but the overwhelming pressure and fatigue clouded her senses. Each shallow breath became a fight as she felt her heart racing and her body growing weaker. Her vision blurred, and she could feel her eyes rolling back as the warmth of drowsiness wrapped around her like a comforting blanket.

Finally, with a soft sigh, she succumbed to the fatigue, her body relaxing completely as she drifted into unconsciousness. Drool began to escape from the corner of her mouth, a small sign of her surrender to the hold, as her muscles went slack and her breathing softened.

Ambre is, normally, a serious wrestler during her matches. She never hesitated to use a move especially if it could lead her to victory but it was different in a sparring match! She had nothing to gain by beating someone in her conditions.

She squeezed her thighs because Aleah asked her to but she still remained hesitant and attentive to the reactions of her sparring partner. She wanted to release her hold several times but decided to release it when the dancer was sore from fatigue for a long time.

"Hey! Are you okay?"

The Frenchwoman helped Aleah sit down with her back against a support so that she could stay conscious and breathe properly and left the ring to get her a water bottle.

"Drink and breathe! I knew it was a bad idea..."

Aléah was out cold, but as the air finally returned to her lungs, she took a deep breath, slowly coming back to awareness. Held up by the French woman, she took a moment to fully wake, then chuckled softly as she looked at her sparring partner.

“My dear, I appreciate the care—but that was honestly the nicest way I’ve ever been knocked out,” she joked, still catching her breath. “You should try it with Jenner sometime. Last time she knocked me out, I ended up with a dislocated arm and a bruised throat… But this was a much better idea! In training, you have to be ready to crush the air out of them, right? I’ll rest up, and you can try it faster next time.”

She smiled warmly, taking a long drink of water to recover and ensuring she respected Ambre’s request to follow the routine without causing any tension.

Ambre felt a little bad for putting a sparring partner in this state but it really didn't seem to have bothered Aléah who seemed to have suffered worse. The Frenchwoman remained silent for a few seconds and scratched her cheek with her index finger, she was a little perplexed by the dancer's advice.

"This Jenner seems really violent... I don't like hurting people you know..."

She sighed and stood up, caressing her cheek while thinking, Aléah seemed to want to continue so that Ambre could perfect her technique... But she was afraid that things would be even worse than now!

"Hmmm... What if we stopped there? I understood the thing, don't worry, I really don't want to hurt you..."

"Oh, she is," Aléah said with a small laugh. "She used to be kinder—a respectful fighter—but there were matches where people took advantage of her kindness and twisted it. It changed her. But as I said, we’re here to train, and I know you won’t hurt me. Fear, though… fear of training? That will stop you from moving up in the ranks, hmm?"

With that, Aléah got to her feet, moving with surprising ease after the hold. Without warning, she wrapped her arms around the French woman in a reassuring embrace. It wasn’t just an act of comfort; it was her way of silently telling Ambre that she was okay and that trust between them was unwavering.

"Now, come on," Aléah continued, stepping back with a bright smile. "I think I have another hold that will work well for you and your body size. Do you know the abdominal twist?"

As she asked, Aléah’s hand brushed over Ambre’s toned abs, lingering for a moment. Her gaze flicked down briefly before returning to meet Ambre’s eyes, an impressed grin spreading across her face. "Your core is incredible—you’re built like a machine," she added playfully, clearly admiring her sparring partner’s physique.

Ambre was afraid of hurting Aleah more than she already was, but she was also curious about the hold she had just been shown. She had never heard of this hold and it piqued her curiosity.

"Hmmm... I know the abdominal stratch but not the abdominal twist..."

The French woman sighed slightly and put one of her hands on her hips, looking Aleah in the eyes with a look a little more determined than before.

"Well... I'm willing to continue training if it's for this last technique...!"

"My dear French goddess, let’s train and not worry about me, okay? We’re here for you," Aléah said warmly, her smile encouraging as she refused to let the session end too early. "Now, I’ll show you the hold. Are you ready?" After Ambre’s confirmation, Aléah knelt beside her, explaining as she carefully guided her through the steps. "Alright, the abdominal twist is all about targeting the core muscles while using leverage, not brute force. It’s a controlled, steady hold," Aléah began.

She helped Ambre lie on her side on the mat and gently lifted her arm and leg to demonstrate the positioning. "First, you secure their arm, keeping it extended like this," she said, holding Ambre’s arm lightly against her torso. "This limits their ability to push you off or counter."

Then, Aléah shifted her own weight, hooking her leg around Ambre’s thigh. "Next, you hook your leg over their lower body to anchor yourself. This stabilizes them and sets up the pressure for the twist." Aléah slowly leaned back, mimicking the force of the move without applying full pressure. "From here, you twist their upper body while holding their lower body in place. The tension builds in their core, making it really uncomfortable—or forcing a tap-out."

She smiled and released Ambre gently, sitting back to let her absorb the lesson. "Your core strength and control will make this devastating. Now, let’s switch roles so you can try it on me." Aléah repositioned herself on the mat, lying on her side. She gestured for Ambre to take her place. "Come on, don’t be shy. Just follow the same steps I showed you. Start by trapping my arm and securing my leg. I’ll guide you if needed."
