Ambre looked at Aléah with a smile and starry eyes. It’s true that the dancer had impressive thighs! She even wondered if her arms were strong enough to prevent them from choking her in a scissor hold... But that wasn't the most important thing. Aléah was used to chaining suplexes with a choke and Ambre wanted above all to see that with her own eyes.

"Please, show me! And I sadly don't know the Crucifix Hold... As a pure powerhouse, I mostly use punches and slams..."

Aléah looked and listened to Ambre, hearing her request to be shown the move she had in mind. She wanted to ensure everything was perfect so the Frenchwoman could learn without developing any bad habits. Aléah, barefoot and feeling the cool mat beneath her feet, soon moved the dummy in front of her, wrapping her arms around its waist and preparing to perform a textbook German Suplex.

"Okay, so we start with a good suplex, something we both know should never be done without the right skill," she commented with a small grunt. She executed the suplex, her bare feet gripping the mat for stability. Instead of letting go, she looked to Ambre as she held the position, ready to teach the Frenchwoman.

"Now, instead of letting go of the opponent, we are going to roll them over onto their gut. From there, we will mount their back and take hold of their wrist with both our hands, stretching it out flat. Then we will do the same with our feet on the other arm," she explained step-by-step as she went through the actions, her bare toes curling slightly for balance.

"When we have the arms locked up, we roll them over so we are under them. From there, we can push our hips up and pull down with our feet to strain the arm. At the same time, we can keep hold of the other arm with our hand and even start to deliver some strikes, such as elbows or punches. Though, there are a few other styles I can show you if you would like?" she asked, demonstrating each step as her elbow struck the dummy.

Ambre carefully watched all of Aléah's movements and stroked her cheek at the same time. Not letting go of your opponent after a suplex for a hold was a few things but the hold that the dancer executed was rather... Incredible. Ambre even wondered if she was capable of escaping a hold like that in an official match.

"I see! I'll try!.."

She sighed for a long time as she grabbed a dummy in her arms and threw herself back to perform a powerful suplex then followed by rolling to the side with the dummy. She pinned both of her opponent's hands against the mast with one hand and quickly stood up to wrap her legs around the dummy's arms and neck before turning one last time so she was lying on her back, keeping one hand on the dummy's wrists and looking at Aléah, sighing slightly.

"Like that ?.."

Aléah watched Ambre carefully, making sure each part was right. She nodded with each movement, seeing how the Frenchwoman was making great progress so far. "Very good! We just need to refine the movement from the suplex into the next part of the move," she added. She moved closer, checking that the dummy was in the right place along with Ambre.

"Make sure you are under them in perfect line with their arms," she pointed out, then kneeled down to look under before placing her hands on Ambre's hips and pulling them upwards. "Remember, we are stretching both their arms and shoulders and pushing their chest up." She moved to the dummy's arm that Ambre held, checking the hold and making slight adjustments before moving to her feet.

"Make sure you are pushing your feet down to the mat with their arms trapped as you push up with your hips. You're aiming to make a modified armbar. Also, be careful with your footing, as it could be easy to slip out. That's why I wrestle barefoot, but I know it's not everyone's preference. Good effort! Now get up and go again with the things I have shown you. Once we have the basics mastered, we will work on the sleeper hold." She smiled warmly at Ambre, seeing that the woman had done very well on her first attempt.

"Remember, you roll the body and try to keep it on the floor as you move your own body. Getting up takes more time and gives them an opening," she added, aiming to support the Frenchwoman with skill and understanding.

Ambre stood up with her dummy in hand and let Aleah make the necessary corrections to her grip, in her own way. Even though Ambre was focused on her partner's words and movements, she still felt a little thrill when Aleah touched her, caressed her or spoke to her near her ear. But the Frenchwoman knew how to stay serious and memorized everything she needed to improve.

"Mhhh... I see... That's a lot to take into account, I can't just copy..."

She let go of the dummy and turned around to face Aleah with a big smile, she had learned a lot from her but on the other hand, she hadn't been able to help the other wrestler in return... She lightly stroked her hair before asking.

"Tell me, how can I help you in return? I'm not very technical but I can be a good punching bag or can you test holds on me and I try to escape?... I owe you that much for teaching me so much!”

Aléah looked at Ambre thoughtfully before moving the dummy aside. She took a few steps back, her stance showing she was ready for the next phase of training. "Okay, you know you can't just copy the technique perfectly; you need to apply it effectively. Now, I’m going to work against you. Your goal is to use the move and force a tap. Do you understand?" she asked, her tone leaving no room for hesitation.

She fixed Ambre with a steady gaze. "This is where you put everything you’ve learned into practice. It’s not just about executing the move but making sure it’s effective under pressure."

"Hmm, how about you train well and learn better, and then we'll call ourselves even?" she suggested with a smirk. "Now come and train, Ambre, or I'll make you," she added with a playful yet firm tone. Aléah’s eyes twinkled with a mix of challenge and encouragement as she braced herself, ready to engage fully in the training session.

Ambre expected anything but that, Aleah wanted the sparring to be a little more serious and for more of a challenge, the French girl had to try to defeat the dancer with a Crucifix Hold that she had just learned about fifteen seconds ago. It was going to be difficult but Ambre was motivated to learn and she knew more than anyone that you learn better with practice.

"Hmmm.. It's okay miss Aleah! But don't hold back against me, okay?"

The Black Pearl then gets into position, raising her arms slightly to her chest level while staring at her opponent with a serious look. She had to succeed in putting her on the ground and for that she had several choices, a tackle, a powerful blow or simply by forcing her by force... The Frenchwoman decided to go for a tackle so the duel began directly on the ground, throwing herself at full speed towards Aleah's basin to pin her to the ground with a spear.

Aléah looked at Ambre with a smile as she heard the French woman speak. She nodded at the comments and raised her hands, seemingly preparing for a test of strength. However, Ambre quickly tackled her, knocking her to the ring floor with a spear tackle. Aléah, winded and momentarily stunned, was impressed by Ambre’s strategic move. Her sweat-slicked skin gleamed under the bright lights, a testament to their intense training.

As she lay on the floor, Aléah's legs wrapped around the French woman’s body, trying to maintain some control in the wrestling match. The heat of the lights and the exertion from their training made both women glisten with sweat. Despite being up against a heavier, muscular opponent, Aléah didn’t mind having Ambre between her legs. She knew she had to act quickly, as Ambre’s current advantage could lead to a decisive move at any moment.

Thanks to her strength, Ambre managed to lift her opponent and pin her against the mat with great ease, but the rest was not so simple! She had managed to put her opponent on the ground but Aléah did not let it happen, she used her legs to wrap them around the French girl's body to prevent her from getting up quickly to use her triangle choke.

The French girl noticed it rather quickly and tried to adapt to it rather than forcing Aléah to release her. She grabbed the dancer's wrists to pin them against the canvas and moved her hips from left to right to try to free herself this way while staying above her opponent.

Aléah continued to resist Ambre’s advances but soon found her wrist pinned to the ring floor. Despite her best efforts to stop the French woman, Ambre’s superior strength and position on top gave her a distinct advantage, allowing her to hold Aléah’s arms down.

Despite the predicament, Aléah couldn’t help but laugh and make a playful, flirtatious remark. “Oh, now you’ve got me pinned—do I get a kiss?” she teased, her voice light and teasing. As she spoke, she kept trying to prevent Ambre from gaining more ground, her muscular legs still making the French woman work for every inch. However, Aléah could feel her grip weakening, sensing that soon Ambre would have the movement she needed to gain a decisive edge. The two wrestled around on the ring floor, each struggling for dominance under the bright lights and their own sweat-slicked bodies.
