Back Alley Boxing

Kaede's quick jab landed exactly as she intended, allowing her the opportunity to swiftly move in close to ram her right knee into Yang's gut. Unfortunately for the copper haired girl, the knee strike wasn't quite the unmitigated success. There was no stopping all of the force the mass of one of her hefty thighs could impart, but Yang was able to soften the blow by grabbing at her knee.

However matters would get worse, as Yang would immediately follow up with a Headbutt to the Japanese-Canadian's nose!

"Ahh-arghh!" was the sound that came out of Doctor Kaede, part cry of pain and angry growl. Yang obviously wasn't going to limit herself to punches, which wasn't surprising, Kaede had already gone for a knee strike. This was a street brawl and both were much more concerned with hurting each other than any 'fair play' and a headbutt wasn't all that dirty all things considered anyway.

Kaede staggered back a couple steps, instinctively reaching up with her left hand to her nose. It wasn't broken, yet, though doctor K.O. had a inkling that win or lose, Yang was going to break it before their fight as over.

Kaede, however, wanted to break something more serious, so she'd attempt to thread the needle between the buxom blonde's chest and her chin to throw a straight right hand punch at Yang's clavicle!

Kaede hit fast and hard. Good at least things would be not so boring. Yang could tell Kaede wasn’t all talk when she blocked that knee. People don’t do knee strikes and tend to be the caring type. Good thing Yang didn’t give a shit about that. Blocking the knee and giving her own headbutt to Kaede’s nose. Yang holding back somewhat, wanted to make a statement more than anything. That if she wanted to, Yang could break Kaede.

Yang was kind enough to let Kaede check on her nose to check if it was broken or not. Aw, what happened? Got a boo boo? Yang said as she toyed with her opponent. Knowing Kaede this would be a sure fire way to piss her off. That means Kaede would look to close the gap again. Getting into a boxing stance Yang was prepped for Kaede’s next attack.

Low and behold, Yang was right on the money with that one. Yang saw Kaede go into a striking stance again. Only seeing red, Kaede would go for a what Yang thought was a straight right punch to her chest. (Oh perfect, she wants to punch it out) Yang thought she was in the best position possible. Using her expert boxing skill to bat down Kaede’s blow. Using this chance to send a constant barrage of right and left crosses towards Kaede’s face! The first punch, coming from Kaede’s weak side.

Unfortunately for Kaede, her punch didn't land on Yang's clavicle, or even at all. Her blonde foe managed to bat the punch away, which set her up with a perfect oppertunity to land a pair of punches from her right and left hands to the copperhead's face, forcing her backwards towards the wall behind her.

The Bloody Maple had taken plenty of punches before and did not completely lose her composure from the two harsh bare knuckle blows. When Yang's right handed punch came, Doctor K.O. backed up right against the wall behind her, while lifting up her right hand. Kaede would try to use the momentum of the Purple eyed woman's punch, in addition to grabbing and pulling her right forearm, in an effort to spin her a few degrees around. Just enough at least for the Japanese-Canadisn to come off the wall and target a left handed hook punch at Yang's lower back, aiming for her foe's right kidney.

Yang was content with just walking Kaede down with punches. It’d be a live punching bag in this back alley. That perfect boxing parry allowed for Yang to be in the lead now. If it were up to Yang she’d beat Kaede bloody against the wall. Things would never be that easy though.

Kaede wasn’t out of it completely from those blows. Far from it, she was actually looking for her next chance to strike. On the third punch Kaede would use Yang’s forward momentum against her. Pulling her in and landing a killer hook to Yang’s kidney. One of the most dangerous places to get hit. AGH, FUCK Yang let out as her body recoiled to the side. Forcing herself to not go down even though she probably should’ve. If Kaede was going for moves like these at the start. Then it looked like Yang would need to take off the kiddie gloves and actually brawl here.

Kaede had every intention of throwing any nasty punch she possibly could Yang's way. The way Kaede saw it, her friend lost her career to Yang's deliberate brutality and it was the copper haired girl's opinion that the blonde deserved a similar end.

So presented with the opportunity to take advantage of missed punch, Kaede would set up Yang for a powerful punch to her right kidney. The rules of boxing would protect her from such blows normally, but there weren't any rules in this back alley, beyond being the one left standing.

Predictably, the punch rattled Yang enough for her to yell out in pain, but neither prepare herself for a counter attack or do all that much to protect herself.

Now was an excellent, if presumptuous, time to attempt a dirty, dangerous and vicious attack she had taken to making use of in her matches in LAW, frequently to the shock of the crowd. Now there was nobody to show off to, just a woman to hurt.

Kaede would attempt to shuffle to the side and behind Yang. Next, Doctor K.O. would try to grab her foe's head by her hair with her left hand, to hold it in place for a vicious right handed uppercut to the base of the Blonde's skull!

No matter how hard you trained your body, a kidney shot is something that hurts everyone. Yang was no exception being a boxer herself, plenty of people looked to end their matches with he with blows like these. Trying to sneak one in so that the referee doesn’t see. In a lawless alleyway like this though? Kaede was looking more than to just and a fight. It was about time for Yang to take this woman seriously. It would just be a courtesy thing at this point to do so.

Kaede was like a shark, the moment she sniffed blood it was time to go. Yang’s initial scream in pain was the indication. Coming in fast, Yang could hardly run away after a shot like that. Kaede closed the gap quick, grabbing Yang’s hair and to keep her in place for what looks like a uppercut.

Eyes widening in anger, Kaede committed a cardinal sin of touching Yang’s hair. DON’T FUCKING GRAB MY HAIR Yang let out in a angered roar, slamming her head back into the bridge of Kaede’s nose. Breaking it or bruising being the possible outcomes. Hopefully the pained shock would be enough to let go of her hair. Yang followed this headbutt with grabbing Kaede’s body, forcefully bending the woman over and having Yang’s knee collide with her solar plexus!

Kaede was estatic when it was clear her punch left Yang with no ability to respond to her shuft around behind her. So she grabbed her hair and yanked down on it with enthusasim. Doctor Kaede probably could have gotten off a quick punch had she gone for one and left Yang plenty vulnersble for a follow up, but that wasn't what she did.

She instead pulled her right fist down low and event bent her knees, preparing what would have been a brutal blow which itself could have significantly injured Yang.
But before Kaede could carry the punch through, the blonde would throw her head back, slamming hard into her nose.

"GAhhhh-" She screeched, in an undignified high pitched cry of pain, that temporarily broke Kaede's layers of toughness down to a girl that could be made to scream in pain like any other. Yang probably would note and enjoy it. Kaede also stumbled a few steps back and reached for her nose with her left hand. Blood was start to trickle out, the Bloody Maple was bleeding. This was the second time her foe had headbut her nose, this time, she succeed at breaking it.

"You were trying to break my nose, weren't you?" Kaede growled in anger, but was also was gaining a respect for Yang, visible through a subtle smirk.

A small part of her thought Yang was just been opportunistic and hadn't set out to hurt her friend, but the deliberate manner in which Yang was trying to break her nose was disabusing her of that. A broken nose wasn't the most effective way to take the fight out of someone. Yang was trying to damage her for the sake of damaging her. To injure someone out of spite rather than even function was indicative of at least somewhat of a instinct for cruelty in Yang.

Doctor K.O. was enjoying being in a brutal close quarters brawl with woman that matched her size, strength and willingness to dole out pain for the sake of it. She wondered if Yang enjoyed it on some level, too.

Kaede wasn't quite ready to go back on offense, though, which wasn't great for her. No matter how much the copperhead enjoyed simply fighting the blonde, she enjoyed the idea of beating her into a bloody pulp more.

Yang rarely would go out of her way to target some body part on somebody. Usually it was just punch until the other person gave up or something. Kaede though was really fucking pushing Yang. To the point where two headbutts later and Kaede’s nose is broken. Yang was ready kinda pissed from the way Kaede was coming at her. Even more so now that Kaede was grabbing her hair. Something Yang was very protective about, very few people in her life were allowed to touch her hair. Kade would never be one of those pople.

Getting free from Kaede’s grip, Yang didn’t step to far back. Fuck that, she wanted to be close so that Kaede knew she would be in her face. Still the crazy woman would be talking despite her broken nose. Oh wow, nothing gets over you huh. Don’t think thats it for you Yang at this point wasn’t messing around anymore. A broken nose meant that she could not fight so soon. Yang normally would wait, but for someone like Kaede? Nah.

Running up to her opponent, Yang would jump high into the air. Using gravity and momentum to her benefit. Wanting to bring her fist up and smash it all the way down on Kaede’s face with a super man punch! The best case would be dunking this woman against the concrete floor.

Kaede wasn't in a position to strike back after Yang's headbutt, however between her own naslly words and The blondes own reply, she'd regained just enough composure to dodge and duck flying punch that came her way. Yet, her dodge would contain her own counter attack, as she'd attempt to bring up her knee into the woman's as she came down.

If that worked to bend her foe over, Kaede would attempt to lock an arm around Yang's neck, before falling backwards to spike blonde head first to the ground with a DDT.

Yang knew her Superman punch was feast or famine. The odds of this move landing were always low, unless the person was stunned or something. Still it was all about making this fight move along. Broken nose or not Kaede was still gonna keep moving. Kaede would bring her knee in against Yang’s abs to try and double her over. Sucks for Kaede because Yang has had her abs beaten to hell and back. So the knee didn’t do much, but Yang was a good enough actor to make Kaede believe she did something damaging.

Once Kaede would lock Yang’s head and from a mile away she knew what was happening. Planting her left foot a bit past Kaede for a better foundation. This at least would counter Kaede’s falling back momentum. Yang would go with her own counter, grabbing onto Kaede’s body and attire. Roaring as she lifted up Kaede and throwing the woman back into the brick wall and into some trash cans.
