"Ah, well...all over Japan, at least," Marzia explained. "As far as I know, er...they've been doing a lot of talent scouting around the world, but most of the operations are here, that's why I came this far." Pausing a moment, she then continued: "...What made you join up, if you don't mind me asking, I mean-?"
Along the way, Marzia's route took them past a number of sites in the gym, where a fair amount of other trainees were at work. They passed by a weight room, a track, even a pool, all of which were well-attended. But unbeknownst to the Italian, she had come to a stop in front of a corner of the gym that was less well attended - a ring, set up to let the attendees practice by doing some sparring. Currently, it was vacant.

All over Japan?!
"That is amazing!" The woman would say in awe as she thought about how the entire country of Japan was covered with these amazing training facilities. LAW sure did have an insane desire to create the best talent in the world.
As Marzia would say that is why she came to Japan, the girl would notice that most of the women she saw while the two girls were walking didn't seem like native's of Japan. They all seemed young and from all over the world. At this point, Marzia would ask Luna why she was had started wrestling.
"Yeah.... sometimes I question that myself. I keep in shape, but I was never the most athletic girl while at school. The main reason why I joined up was because I wanted to get my name out their. When I was younger I always dreamed of being a singer. I have my own website even! However, I don't make enough from it be considered a profesional. I was hoping to join LAW to get my name out their and try to further my music career."
As the two girls walked, the Canadian would move a strand of her hair that had fallen into her face back into place.
"How about yourself? Why did you join up with LAW?"
She would ask this as the two girls entered annother gym, this one with less equipment and just a ring for sparring.
"Oh, this one is empty! Want to head in here? We could probably talk more."

Re: Meeting New Faces (for Ryona Girl)
"Er...yeah," Marzia said in response to Luna's excitement, a faint blush crossing her cheeks. She wouldn't have thought it was all that impressive; after all, an operation as big as LAW couldn't just put everyone in one facility. At the same time, she couldn't help but put things in perspective. Compared to some of the local indie leagues she had begun her career in, LAW was a big step up.
Thinking this over, the girl continued, sticking close by Luna's side as she listened to her story. "A singer, huh? That's...er, different," she said, but quickly bit her lip afterward, hoping that she wouldn't sound too judgmental. She didn't want to risk a potential friendship like this so quickly. "I didn't know you had a website...maybe I should check that out. You might be good at it...though, I can't say I know too much about music."
Proceeding past some other trainees heading back from the gym, another thought came to Marzia's mind. Hearing that Luna didn't have a lot of athletic experience, and wasn't pursuing wrestling as a main goal, a sinking feeling came to her mind, as she worried for Luna's well-being. She seemed so nice, and it would hurt knowing that she got herself beaten down by rushing into things and getting over her head so quickly. "Uh...well, I just thought you should know. The girls here are really tough, and they aren't going to go easy on anyone. Some of them have a lot of experience...I just hope you know what you're getting into..."
Since she was worried she would scare Luna off, Marzia welcomed the change in subject the Canadian offered. "Ah, well...I'm not really that special, I'm sure my kind of story's pretty typical. I had a friend who was into wrestling, and she thought I'd do good. I started going to some of her shows, she helped me train, and eventually I decided to sign up for the indie league in town because I needed the money. And...really, it just grew from there. LAW's another step in my c-"
The girl was cut off, however, when Luna came into the room with the sparring ring. In an instant, Marzia got fearful premonitions, considering the possibility that someone - maybe even someone big and strong and tough and less than willing to share - might show up looking for it. "Oh...this?" she said. "Well, this is a ring they have set up for sparring practice...er, we might not want to hog the room if we're just going to talk, in case someone wants it..."

Re: Meeting New Faces (for Ryona Girl)
As Luna sensed the girls hesitation, the Canadian could easily sense the girl's awkwardness. It was a fair thought though, while athletes would often become actors and singers after their career was over, it was very strange for a singer to become an athlete during the dawn of her career. However, at the same time, one didn't become a superstar by doing what everyone else did. And even if it didn't end up working out, the pink haired girl always had her accounting degree to go back to.
"Yeah, is www.*********.net, Right now I mostly just do covers, but I have my own original music on their as well."
Luna could once again sense the hesitance of Marzia as she started talking about Luna's athletic experience. "Yeah, well, only time will tell if this is a good idea or not. I am a pretty quick learner though, so hopefully it will turn out OK." After all, what was the worst that could happen? Luna had been beaten up a few times when she was younger, so it wasn't like she couldn't take a hit, (Even if her body looked like it couldn't.)
Shortly after this, the Italian change the subject to talking about her own career, something that Luna was just about to ask about. As she did, Luna would start to walk into the gym room, however, Marzia seemed a little bit hesitant to enter..... no.... hesitant wasn't the right word here
Scared.
That was the word that Luna was looking for. It wasn't like she was horrified of something, but the Canadian could definitely tell the smaller girl was scared of something.
"I mean... we could just stay here until someone comes along, and then we could leave if need be. I would really like to check out the ring! I have never been in one before!" the woman would say, however, if Marzia pushed for the two girls to leave, Luna wouldn't argue and leave with the girl. However, if the Mariza agreed, the Canadian would move her head toward the ring, as if asking to enter it. If the Italian agreed, Fey would roll under the bottom rope and sit up in the center of the ring and wait for Marzia to enter.
Either way, Luna would ask another question. "So.... you said that a freind got you into wrestling... how long ago was this? Is your freind in LAW now? " [/color

Re: Meeting New Faces (for Ryona Girl)
"Gotcha," Marzia said to that, with a nod. "I'll be sure to check that out, when I have the chance." Her demeanor seemed to soften somewhat around Luna, now that the two had found something to talk about casually and non-threateningly. While the Italian didn't know what to think of Luna's fighting expertise, it seemed that the ice had been broken a little between the two. "If you're a quick learner, maybe it'll turn out all right...er, I just wouldn't want you rushing in over your head too quickly." Her face flushed just a little at that comment, and she hoped it didn't look like she was flirting.
"You want...to check out the ring?" Marzia blinked, a bit confused. Was Luna suggesting they continue their conversation there? That was a bit of an odd request, to get in a ring without actually using it. At the same time, though, it wasn't a good sign that Luna hadn't ever been in a wrestling ring, and this might help her get a feel for it. "Yeah..! Yeah, sure, we can..." she said. As Luna rolled in under the ropes, Marzia soon slid in as well, getting up on her knees and facing the girl.
"My friend? Ah, her name's Rena," Marzia explained. "I met her a couple of years back, when I went to the States as a college exchange student. She was practicing for her own career, and, er, she had some mats set up to practice on, so she had me help her out with it. That's how I learned a lot of what I know..." Marzia stretched a bit, rubbing her shoulder - it seemed that bringing up these memories reminded her of some soreness in her past. "She's in LAW too, now, actually...I thought I would sign up when she told me she was moving there. She's...well, she's a lot better than me, though," she had to concede.

Re: Meeting New Faces (for Ryona Girl)
As Luna got under the bottom rope, she would roll about another quarter of the way through the ring before sitting criscross in the ring, giving Marzia space to enter the ring, although once the Italian got to her knees, Luna would do the same, not sure if that was just her preference, or some sort of honorary tradition as to how to sit in the ring. Either way, it was safer to match the more experience wrestler.
"Oh, So this Rena just came out of nowhere and offered to help you? Or did you ask for her to train you?" The Canadian would ask, was it common for wrestlers to ask others for help in the ring? Or did the sense of competition and pride usually stop potential opponents from seeking aid from each other? Luna wasn't used to IRL combat sports so much. Gamers were usually mostly chill about helping each other out, and would often go out of their way to try to help other players. Was that normal in the wrestling world as well?

Re: Meeting New Faces (for Ryona Girl)
Marzia watched as Luna got down in a similar position to her own - she really was doing this only because she found it comfortable, not expecting anything more serious than a conversation to occur at this point. But the Italian girl nodded, following along with Luna's line of conversation. "Yeah, she offered to train me. We'd been friends for a while, and she mentioned that her mom was a wrestler when she was her age. I thought that was kinda cool, but eh," she just shrugged. "I didn't think much of it, but Rena thought I had potential and she offered to spar with me...I thought I'd just try it out, you know? But...it was fun. And I thought I'd keep up with it." She looked off a bit, reminiscing over the decisions that had led her to where she was now. At the back of her mind she had to wonder, would Luna be the same way?
