The Last Set: Ashley and Naomi

"Yeah... yeah... whatever you say, fucker!"

Ashley was getting angrier by the second. Despite her being the one pulling the other across the gym floor, Naomi just refused to stay silent, insulting, mocking, and overall just pissing the redhead off every time she opened her mouth.

"You are better than me? Fuck off!" The Red Menace continued pulling her opponent until they were near the benches. There, Ashley made sure to drop the silver-haired woman's head hard onto the padded ground to stun her further, giving her a chance to breathe and prepare her next move.

"Keep believing that lie, bitch!"

After a few brief moments, Ashley leaned down and grabbed one of Naomi's arms, intending to pull her back to her feet.

"Don't worry! I'm gonna make you see the truth one way or the other!"

If The Red Menace managed to get Naomi into position, she would hoist the girl up and over her shoulder before dropping her once again on top of one of the benches.

What was going through Naomi’s mind that made her keep harassing her opponent when she was clearly at a disadvantage and getting beaten up? Well, that’s something only she knew, and she wasn’t going to tell Ashley because she wanted it to be a surprise.

Well, that was taking a serious toll on the Japanese Empress because of the beating she was taking from the Menace, who dragged her over to the benches, slammed her head onto the padded floor, stunning her a little more but giving her a few seconds to catch her breath, and she took the opportunity to flip off the redhead.

Well, that was a bad move, because Naomi lifted her by the arms over Ash’s shoulder, and she fell onto the benches. Her fall shattered them, causing the Empress of Conquest to scream in pain from the piercing agony she felt in her back.

Now, even in that disastrous state, the silver warrior gave her a teasing smile, since it was time to finally reveal the secret she’d been keeping: “You know… y-you’re not better than m-me for one simple reason… no, didn’t you notice that my friend was behind you?”

And she wasn’t lying. Behind Ashley, as if she were a ghost, stood Ash with a metal chair. She had arrived for the training session she’d planned with her teammates, and upon seeing Naomi’s situation, she slowly approached the British woman from behind, chair in hand, aiming it at Ashley’s head to strike her.

What was this woman's problem? Ashley began to wonder, by now... she had been controlling the fight, slamming Naomi up and down, crushing her limbs, and still... the woman just smirked and kept insulting her. Teasing as if she wasn't being carried away like nothing...

"Hmph..." Ashley only scoffed at Naomi's comments; she could keep talking if she wanted to... it would change nothing. The redhead was about to bring her into a whole world of pain as soon as she slammed her on top of one of the benches.

That got the reaction she wanted, that scream... that sweet, painful, and agonizing scream- finally, she was realizing the direness of her situation. But... only a moment later, that cursed smile came back.

"You think this is a fucking game?!" Ashley asked, angry, while holding Naomi's neck with one hand, preparing the other to deliver a powerful strike. That's when the veteran wrestler spoke again... some words that seemed like nonsense at first, but that soon took on an entirely different meaning when Ashley turned her head, only to see a steel chair coming directly at her.

A fulminating strike that instantly sent Ashley to the floor, holding the back of her head with both hands in pain. She was rocked, with a ringing noise inside her head the whole time. With her eyes, she could see a blurry white figure standing next to them, but she was too dazed to fully understand what was going on...

Sometimes patience pays off more than senseless anger, and boy, was it worth the wait this time when she saw her terrifying teammate hit the redhead on the back of the neck from behind. It was satisfying to watch it happen from the front row

Ash wasn’t going to stop there; she quickly grabbed the redhead by the hair and dragged her over to where several one-arm dumbbells were piled up. And with all her strength, she slammed her friend’s bully against them, bringing them crashing down on her head and back.

At that moment, a fourth person appeared in the gym. It was Casval, another friend and teammate of Naomi’s, who quickly pulled out a cell phone and dialed the L.A.W. security number to call them: “Hello, officers… I wanted to report that a wrestler attacked my friend for no reason… You know what I mean, come quickly...” After making the report, she hung up and turned to Ashley, saying, “Enjoy the extra paperwork, bitch.”

While this was happening, Ash, after beating Ashley up, went over to help her friend to her feet. Her friend was extremely injured from the entire fight, especially that last move that slammed her into the benches. “Do you need medical attention, dear?” asked a ghost, concerned for her friend. “Don’t worry. I’ll be fine, I just need some time to rest,” said an Empress of Conquest, trying to calm the situation down.

There, the three friends decided to leave the gym before the officials arrived to fine the British woman, with the Spectre holding the Japanese Phoenix to help her walk as they returned to their “dormitory.” Just then, Casval made a suspicious comment, saying, “It’s incredible how aggressive Ashley is,” and then Naomi asked him, “How do you know her name if not even I knew it?” At that moment, both women looked at Casval, and he simply said, “Well… ummm…” How was he supposed to explain that he’d chosen that exact time to train so he could start a fight with a heel he’d researched beforehand and then look good in front of the LAW media, only for everything to go down the drain because Naomi showed up at the gym earlier? Well, that’s something he’ll have to explain another time.
