Letting out a soft huff after the kneeling DDT, Belinda would push up to her knees again and looked down at Ashley. She'd take a second to think, it seemed as if her rival and friend wanted to do a bit of a submission game and Belinda was more than willing to add onto that. She would attempt to push Ashley over onto her front and move in by Ashley's legs as she got up to her feet.
"Alright Ash, let's see how you like this." Belinda let out in a friendly manner as she would try to place her right foot against the back of Ashley's knee. Tying up Ashley's foot and ankle with her shin and proceeding to do the same thing with her other leg. She'd reach down and attempt to grab at Ashley's wrists and pull those arms back, then using her own weight she would lean backwards in an attempt to tip them over so Belinda was on her back with Ashley now held aloft in a painful ceiling hold! With Ashley too stunned to stop her Belinda would turn the blonde onto her front and start tying up her legs. Ashley gasped in panic as she realised what submission her look-alike was setting up, but before she could make a move to do anything about it Belinda would grab her wrists and pull them behind her back; it was already too late! Ashley immediately screamed as her arms were painfully wrenched on and her shoulders were forced to bear the weight of her body hanging in the air, her eyes screwed shut as she tried to withstand the torturous pain of Belinda's hold! But as the seconds ticked on by it was starting to become clear that Belinda's grip wasn't loosening any time soon, and Ashley's position gave her no leverage with which to fight against her torment.
Ashley shook her head in defiance and tried to power through even as tears started welling up in the corner of her eyes, but the reality of her situation was starting to sink in; there was only one way out of this hold! Had this been an official match in front of an audience Ashley might have kept fighting, kept seeking a light at the end of this tunnel, but this was not an official match and Ashley couldn't afford to risk getting injured just over a sense of rivalry. With a yell of frustration Ashley would start tapping out against Belinda's wrist, and to make sure there was no chance of the Swede missing it she would also cry out "I give! Let go!"

Belinda was quite adept at the ceiling hold, having used it as a finisher years past, it was still a favoured move of hers which tended to get the crowd popping if she ever pulled it out in a match. A signature of hers, which she had dubbed Andromeda. She had her look-alike trapped firmly in the hold as she pulled her into the air and hade her facing skywards! That's not to say the hold was ever easy on the blonde, she could feel the strain of keeping Ashley up and the struggles of her foe certainly didn't make it easy on her...yet she held on!
Had this been an official match then perhaps Ashley would have persevered longer than Belinda was willing to keep the hold locked in. Though it was not the case in this spar, as the fellow blonde tapped and even cried out her submission. Belinda was quick to kick her weight to the side and drop Ashley somewhat harmlessly onto her side as she released the legs and arms. She huffed and puffed as she rolled onto her back again, bringing her arm up to wipe the sweat off her forehead as she pushed herself up to her knees.
"Phew!!!...I gotta say Ash, I didn't expect a spar to get so intense, but I suppose it was bound to happen." Belinda let out as she would offer her hand to Ashley to help her friend up. " I just can't ever go easy on you, you're a bit too tough for that. You okay by the way?"
This competition between herself and Belinda may have just been a spar with no audience, save for a few of their fellow gym-goers who had been attracted by the spectacle, but having to tap out like to Belinda again hurt Ashley's ego like nothing else. Thankfully Belinda at least had the grace to not keep Ashley held up like this for too long, as immediately after the tap-out Ashley would get dumped onto her side and left to clutch her spine in agony. Some of the onlookers started muttering amongst themselves at the aftermath of their spar, having been treated to a show that frankly should have been on a LAW broadcast.
"I can't believe Ashley just made Belinda tap out! That was amazing!"
"Uh, I think Belinda was the one doing the hold..."
Ashley didn't pay the peanut gallery any mind however, as she was too focused on rolling onto her back and trying to get her legs back under herself. She was still feeling the lingering pain of Belinda's holds but there was a limit to how weak she wanted to look in front of her rival. That said she would still accept Belinda's helping hand and allow herself to get dragged up to her feet, huffing exasperatedly as Belinda asked if she was okay "Yeah I'm fine... my pride is hurt more than my body..." her words were said casually like it was no big deal, but the way her lips trembled suggested she was being quite literal "Anyway uh... what are you thinking for lunch? A deal's a deal..."
