Who's got the best abs ? Ambre vs Kerstin

Ambre was ready to take hits on her already injured abs, all she had to do was stay conscious and not fall to her knees... But it was an incredibly hard test in reality. She took the three uppercuts without having time to move or scream in pain, a simple silent whistle escaped her lips as her face fell under the pain.

"Gaaahh.. Hahhhhh..!"

The Frenchwoman bent her knees slightly before placing her hands on her thighs, pressing them with her thumb and middle finger to stimulate her muscle and not fall to her knees. She looked at Kersti in front of her with a small smile full of pride after having managed to take three uppercuts... But she knew she couldn't do more.

"Another... One..!"

This was a different experience, being asked to press the attack like this but she wanted to help Ambre and the big girl insisted she do so even whens he was clearly struggling through each punch. Those punches weren't light and her abs weren't able to really stop them after losing the contest. It was admirable to see Ambre not only taking this but also staying up and enduring more for the sake of improvement.

"Stay ready, you got this." Kerstin encouraged pulling her fist back and then throwing an uppercut tot he center of Ambre's abs, digging it in deep before she'd step in and start to alternate lefts and rights all aimed around the center to keep Ambre up and tested.

Ambre was in pain, she was in tremendous pain, and as they say, you have to suffer to become strong. She had trouble thinking about anything other than her stomach, but after this intense belly punch duel, she could feel Kerstin's fist crushing and digging into her abs... Even though it was a harmless experience, it was still painful and made the French woman moan in pain.

"Gaaaaaarhhh!.."

This time her moans turned into a rattle, showing that she was in agony and reaching her limit. Her rattle continued for a few seconds, leaving Kerstin to land rapid blows to the center of the French woman's stomach before finally losing the use of her legs, which caused the French woman to lose her balance and fall to her knees, gasping in pain and exhaustion.

"Haaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh!..."

Kerstin finally found enough power to push through the last of Ambre's defenses, bringing her down to her knees with a series of hard hitting punches. Kerstin sighed and wiped some sweat from her brow before she'd walk beside Ambre and gently try to help her up, grabbing her shoulder and trying to gingerly guide her up to her feet so she could direct her over to a bench to sit down on, not wanting her to stay on or near the floor while she recovered.

"That was an intense workout...we should do that more often...I feel like I'd get way stronger working with you." Kerstin admitted, feeling more tired after the adrenaline from that contest and the post contest punch out wore off. She was pretty happy with the results even though she still felt unsure if she was ready to face Cecilia.

Because of the pain, Ambre was forced to be carried to a bench so she could sit on it. She panted heavily, squeezing her abs with her hand to try to soothe the pain with another pain. She needed to rest and avoid working her abs for a long time... But she felt this workout would be useful, even if it was a bit harsh.

"Glad... It helped you... I'm ready for a new round... Another day!... Ouch... Maybe a week..."

Kerstin started to wonder if it had helped her. She had been out of it of sorts since her last match, it was nice to get a slight win in something but it wasn't the person she wanted to beat and Ambre was too nice to feel good about beating in that way. On the other hand the intense competition of it was fun regardless of factors like that. Maybe that is the main point she needed to know, that the adrenaline was good even if the fight was made bitter by a loss. And either way even if she had to deal with awful people like Cecilia she still had people she could have genuine competition with.

"Give it a month, want to find time to see if you really improved and had chance to rest before we go again." Kerstin said standing up. Of course she wouldn't mind another match, but now she was pumped and was looking around for something else to work on while she was here, something that could continue getting her blood pumping for when she got her next match...be it against Ambre or anyone else.
