It was yet another early morning when Tomoko had entered the gym. Having already gotten used to these sorts of hours and her usual cup of coffee. She was actually pumped to start the day and then more so when she had learned that she was going to have a match with another young lioness. It wasn't the big stage once again but with so many from the program watching it remained an amazing opportunity for her if she at the very least managed to impress a few of them.
As such she would take her upcoming match and warm-up very seriously. Giving it her all until her time had finally come up and she would get called up to the ring. At which point she would approach the ring from the steps, enter through the ropes, and wait for her opponent at the center of the ring. As she would bounce from one heel to another and limber up for the upcoming battle! Tomoko Sato
No mom I got this alright' Hikari would tell her mother was both women were walking to the gym. It had been a wild few months for the young lioness and her mother dealing with random people coming after her, and leading up to Hikari being nude on camera due to one of the other young lioness filming her for everyone to see.
But now she can get some more training in as she had just hired a trainer and been slowly pushing her mother aside wanting to do all of her work with this former champion who is still a big name in the business, compared to her mother who star has already dimmed and dead.
'Hikari, listen to me... I'm your mother. You know that I only have your best at heart... I can still train you. You know that, right.?' the older woman would say, still upset and hurt, knowing that her daughter is pushing her away so easily. Even though she gave up her own career to be there for her and now, it seems that her own daughter is being selfish and wants nothing to do with her.
Hikari would walk around and slide into the ring while her mother would sit behind the table with the rest of the other coaches to see this up coming match between two women. 'Hey good luck and no hard feelings, right?" Hikari would say and hold her hand out.
It probably wasn't any of Tomoko's business but after hearing the tail end of Hikari's conversation. She couldn't help but sympathize with her mother. As she recalled the many times how her little Sho had turned her away whenever she had tried to offer some of her sage advice.
"Yeah, no hard feelings. Though maybe I shouldn't be the one you should be worrying about." Tomoko said. As she would circle Hikari for a few seconds. Letting everyone settle in before she would finally rush in and start things off with a for collar and elbow tie up!
