Viviana didn't hold a grudge - she knew the point of the spar, and she was now more than aware of her shortcomings. Being defeated by Alaina, even if she was holding back, wasn't a case if if. It was a case of when!

Accepting that help in aiding her rise, Viviana came to her feet with her back soon cradled by both hands. Pushing out her front, she'd try to stretch out the ache that the agonising clutch had put upon her, with it naturally somewhat remaining even after the hold was let up.

"Guess we'll see... Thank you Alaina for the spar...Sincerely..." She'd smile, even through the pain as she offered a handshake to the older veteran. To spar with a woman of her calibre alone was more than help alone. But in comparing herself to her sister's own progress? There couldn't have been a better foe.

Alaina smiled and shook Viviana's hand. "Of course, anything I can do to help. You really put me through the ringer and I think I got just as much out of that as you did!" Alaina said with a nod. She really was worn out and quite aching form that knowing that she would need to rest up for a while after this. Her workouts would be conditioning for a few days, no in-ring stuff. Alaina would need to recover and she really hoped that Viviana got as much out of this as she said she did. Helping her out was the least she could do as she was a good talented up and comer with a good head on her shoulders.
