There were a million quips and comebacks Jem wanted to voice to Harmonia on their way to the ring. Not out of malice or spite or anything like that, but because trolling The Superstar brought her joy. What would bring her more joy, however, was getting a big win, tonight over some of LAW's more well-known talents!
Holland would take Edelstein's hand and cooperate with the rockstar as they made their way into the ring. The blonde lair vaulted over the ropes together and waved to the audience as they waited for their opponents.
"But Moni, you LOVE it when I talk dirty to ya!" Jem would stick her tongue out at Harmonia to tease her. It didn't take long for the lights to dim and for the first woman from the opposing team to arrive. The lights going out heralded Anastasia's over-the-top entrance!
"Phew..." Holland whistled to herself in amazement seeing all these elements incorporated into Ana's entrance. The bluenette seemed to spare no expense.
Light, glow sticks, dancers, it was basically a full-on rock concert.
"She's tryna outshine you, Moni! You gonna take that?" Jem would elbow her tag partner lightly to poke fun at her.
Everyone who knew the first thing about Ana knew that the Fairy Angel girl was not to be trusted. The bluenette strut her stuff and shook off the boos as she made her way into the ring. She flipped into the ring and say upon the top turnbuckle before talking down to the unlikely pair of Jem and Moni!
"Why don't you come a little closer so I can show you how stoned I-" But before Jem could finish her sentence, The Galaxy Cat's music hit!
As soon as the first few notes echoed out, the boos in the arena would instantly turn to an eruption of cheers! White and purple pyro would go off for a few seconds, and Aurora would take her place on the stage at the rope or the entrance ramp! She held her golden tag team title high above her head with both hands!
An array of different lights with different colors would beam down from the rafters in the arena. Aurora would fasten the title belt around her waist and wink to the cameras. Before making her way down the ramp. The lightweight luchadora high-fived fans in the front row on her way down to the ring. She stopped when a little girl presented her with a marker, promoting Estrella to sign the Tracy mask the fan was wearing.
After giving the girl an autograph and a firm nod, the tag team champion dashed and jumped onto the ring apron, sliding on her knee before popping up to her feet and facing the crowd! Aurora would lean back until she was reclined on the middle rope. She'd hand the referee her belt and flash a peace sign at the crowd before spinning her way into the ring.
Inside it, she met her opponents and waved to them....before setting her sights on her tag partner.
"No scissors this time, Ana? It took me months to grow my hair back out a bit. I'm looking forward to settling the score after this match." Aurora spoke with an undertone of anger. She referenced the most recent of the many times Ana's Cyber Legacy stable jumped The SWAT Cats. All the while Jem whispered with Moni to try and size up their competition. The commentators at ringside spoke about the competitive rivalry between Jem Holland and Harmonia Edelstein, and the blood feud brewing between Aurora and Ana. And as they talked it over, as both teams worked out between themselves which woman would be starting things off, the announcer lady got to work!
"The following contest is part of LAW's Wildcard Tag Event! It's scheduled for one fall!"
"Introducing first, the team or "Superstar" Harmonia Edelstein! And! "E-Girl" Jem Holland!!!"
"And their opponents! Anastasia Akira of Cyber Legacy! And! One-Third of The LAW World Tag Team Champions!!! "The Galaxy Cat" Aurora Estrella!!!!"
In just a few short seconds the bell would ring. And what kind of pandemonium and chaos would break out was anyone's guess!
