A Rare Occasion of Unresolved Issues

It was a great afternoon for a relaxing brunch for the Ace of the Galaxy, the sun was nice, there was a gentle breeze, the murmurings of the people around her as she sat in one of Tokyo’s squares. She had found a nice cafe with a blend of coffee that soothed her taste buds, having chosen to enjoy her time next to a giant, spectacular pool fountain, sitting on one of the dozen of tables set up for people to go about their business.

In her white blazer and tight black business skirt, sunglasses to protect her eyes from the bright rays, Jackal took her time enjoying the coffee as she ready a bit of wrestling news on her phone, interested in seeing what else was happening in her world of Professional Wrestling. It was if nothing could go wrong to make such a enjoyable day go sour.

Roxy had found herself in Japan for a while now, a few matches and stuff to kill time. She knew that she would get a steady stream of money just appearing and doing some matches...and unlike most other places in the world of fighting she seemed to mostly be allowed to do whatever she wanted here. She might get a stern talking to every now and then....but who cared? A stern talking to didn't mean anything really and Roxy could just handwave that off.

As long as she could blow off some steam whenever she felt like she needed to then any placed worked for her. LAW was just one that allowed her to be more free to do as she wanted. The greenette was wearing a pair of white converse sneakers, a pair a tight fitting skinny jeans which showed off her lovely yet lethal legs through the tightness of those pants. She wore a white buttoned up top that hugged her large breasts and gave a rather nice view of her cleavage...mostly cause the top button couldn't close because of the size of her rack. Over her shoulders and down her arms was a unbuttoned standard black blouse shirt, it flapped behind a bit in the wind as those sleeves had been folded up over her elbow, finally as a single adornment she wore a pair of sunglasses covering her eyes.

Walking through Tokyo's square, she was finding herself rather bored today. Roxy was pretty much a woman of two moods, utterly bored and unwilling to do anything of worth other than laze about. Or someone who liked to stir trouble. Thankfully it seemed as if the gods were smiling down on her, as from the corner of her eye she saw the sight of a woman whom she had some unfinished business with. She walk smirk as she stomped her way over towards where Jackal Tojo was sitting, kicking the chair on the opposite side of where Jackal was sitting out as she walked past her and then pivoted around to drop down in the chair, arms folded behind her head as she took a lazy looking seat in the chair and release a loud yawn.

" *Yawn~!!*....What do we have here? The little doggie has come to Japan as well?"

Jackal’s eyes darted upwards from her phone when she heard a familiar voice. An irritating and aggravating voice. She did not tilt her head as her eyes peered over her sunglasses as she soon saw a familiar green haired rival sitting in front of her, Roxy. The last time the pair were in Japan, they embarked on a strenuous string of matches that neither one was able to get a definite advantage over and due to reasons out of their control, they were never able to finish the feud.

Which meant there was nothing but bad blood existing between them as Jackal locked her phone, turning all of her attention to Roxy. “Well well. If it isn’t the hyena. What dragged your lazy ass out of the den?” She fired back, setting down her phone on the table. “I would’ve thought you ran back off to the small side of America since the last time I saw you.” Jackal responded in a polite tone but the venom was laced in her words. There was nothing to ruin a fine day like seeing Roxy’s smug face back in her life.

Roxy rolled her eyes at Jackal's comments as she leaned back in her seat and placed her arms on the arm rests, her legs were spread as she leaned her head back and looked up at the blue sky dotted with white clouds for a few moments. She swung her head back down as those venomous words of Jackal were covered up by that polite tone of hers, shaking her head a bit before she responded.

" Small side of America? Yes, doggie. California is know as the *small side* of America." Roxy spoke out in a clearly sarcastic tone of voice, finding Jackal's taunts as toothless as she found Jackal. " Been a while though, I heard you've been hard at training and all this wrestling thing. As usual." Roxy spoke out in a rather smug tone of voice. "Still champ of that whatever it was called? Angrily champ of something or other right?" Roxy mocked Jackal and her accomplishments whenever she could of course, as deep down she found the woman's pride to be quite a joke.

"Oh really? What world renown promotion had you worked in California?" Jackal huffed out as she leaned forward, setting her elbows on the table as she replied with the same sarcastic tone, knowing full well what kind of woman Roxy was underneath all that beauty and false politeness. Her eyes were narrowed and fully glaring at the American in front of her as they continued this false pretense of familiarity.

"Shangri-La. Although I wouldn't expect you to remember. You're eyes are set on nothing but blood sport money and fame, that you're not even aware of anything else around you." she sneered back as she dropped one arm on the table, resting her cheek solely in the palm of her other hand. "So what brings your tactless talents back to Japan? Looking for your next money fight so you can run away back home?"

" Didn't say nothing about a promotion, doggie." Roxy rolled her eyes as she leaned back in her chair, tapping her foot against the ground a bit. Roxy enjoyed teasing and toying with Jackal Tojo, especially with all the bravado she had, false or real it didn't matter. She would let out a little laugh at the name of Jackal's promotion though.

"Shangri-la? really? Now I know that can't be real. Come on, did you get fired or something and don't want to give me the real name so I can look it up?" Roxy joked as she leaned forward a bit, flashing a mocking grin. " tactless talents? Oh my how your words sting. Though your bark was always worse than your bite." Roxy mocked, " Prying so much already? Are you that interested in my dealings?" Roxy continued to tease and dance around the topic. She figured the reason Jackal was here was probably because she had joined LAW, and well...Roxy had no intention of letting Jackal in on the fact that she had joined just yet.

“Oh what’s wrong? Can’t spell Shangri-La?” Jackal scoffed, her lips turning to a low sneer as Roxy continued to grin at her. There couldn’t have been a coincidence that Roxy was here at this moment, Jackal knew that the girl haired vulture had to be in Japan for a reason. The more she saw that grinning face of the American Hyena the more Jackal was getting trigger happy.

“Maybe. I figured you’ve been called by a certain group of people, interested in your begrudging skills and can’t help themselves. The only reason you’d scamper out of your hole would be having money dangled in front of you.” Jackal mocked, her eyes locking on Roxy, “And maybe, I’d imagine they’re the same people who contacted me and I can’t help but think about kicking your ass one more time.”

Roxy rolled her eyes at the constant talk about money. It seemed as if Jackal was obsessed with the idea that Roxy only did things if the paycheck was good. Which was entirely true....but the greenette found it irksome to have it brought up so often. Letting out a scoff at those words and would move up a bit from her seat. Rising up to stand with Jackal across the table.

" You're damn right I came her cause the money was good. All they said was I have to beat up sorry excuses for fighters like yourself and I'll be set." Roxy let out as she would place her right hand on her hip. Left hand going up to grab her sunglasses and remove them placing them down on the table as she would walk around it and step up towards the side were Jackal was.

" Try it." She would say almost coldly to Jackal. Daring her rival to take action on her own words.

Tensions were quickly rising between the two, the normally composed and poised Jackal couldn't contain her anger when the brash and disrespectful Roxy was around her, spewing her nonsense around like the plague. Seeing Roxy stand up and making her way towards her, Jackal would not allow such a challenge to be unanswered as she stood up, taking off her own sunglasses and placing them on the table.

The two met right on the side of the table as Roxy dared her to do something. And Jackal happily obliged as she swung her hand up, slapping the taste out of Roxy's mouth with as much mustard as she could slather on the face!

"Gladly."

With the two hated rivals reaching a boiling point on whatever form of politeness that they could measure towards one another, with Jackal practically throwing out a challenge towards her right here and now it was only fitting that Roxy answered it. Though of course Roxy had no intention of waiting for some kind of match, no instead she would throw down right here in the open.

Now that she expected someone as proper and just as Jackal Tojo to do so. Though she was frankly mistaken on that account, as Jackal rose and then swung her hand out! Slapping Roxy right in the face and slathering her cheek with a bit of mustard. The greenette would stagger back a step, bringing her hand up to her face and touching the mustard smeared cheek of hers.

Her eyes would narrow as she fixed them onto Jackal. Roxy wasn't about to be rash, after all she was a cruel and calculating sort...so she would instead lash out with her leg, trying to bury her foot into Jackal's belly with a sudden front kick, hoping to double her over. Where she would then seek to take a hold of two handfuls of that blonde hair and swing Jackal's head around, face first into the woman's own plate of food!
