Bubbling Over

Danielle Degardin was growing even more exasperated with Alexa than she usually did - and with the rivalry between the two as fierce and pointed as it was, that was saying something. She's at least gotten her to step down from the ring, after much prodding and convincing, and yet even that hardly satisfied Danielle. She wanted Alexa cowering beneath her, shrinking away hopelessly when faced with the inevitability of her defeat. She wanted her to live in fear of the moment they'd meet again for the long-awaited blowoff of their feud. Yet, even now, Alexa had come away with the upper hand. With a groan, the Frenchwoman rolled her eyes. Even having Alexa out of her sights wasn't making her feel any better.

She watched as her rival began to make her way up the aisle, but shot a scowl in her direction as Alexa mugged for the fans, even getting a few pictures as the cameras flashed. That, more than anything, made her blood boil. She clenched her fingers around the ropes in frustration, gritting her teeth before she reminded herself she had to appear more ladylike. Still, this was something she wouldn't let stand.

Dani got out of the ring, following close behind Alexa as she turned to the fans who had met her wave. "I beg your pardon?" she jabbed. "She isn't even part of this match, and you might as well take pictures of the real victor-" But Danielle was soon cut off by both boos and amused laughter, getting a far chillier reception than Alexa. Snarling, she stomped her foot on the floor, but soon she took in a breath, straightening her back and brushing her hair back over her shoulder before she plodded off after the brunette.

"Now, bear in mind," Dani continued, "I am following you, but do not take this the wrong way. I am not conceding to your demands. Not in the slightest. You can wipe any of those thoughts from your head, because I will have you know, I do not take orders from anyone, and especially not from jealous philistines. No, I am following you because I cannot go and let what is on my mind go unsaid, do you understand? I am making a point, and one I do not wish to be forgotten. You simply must know what you are getting into in setting up this rematch. I will defeat you. Don't think for a moment that I won't prepare for what is surely to be the defining moment in my career, the one I want no less than the utmost attention of everyone on, so there are no doubts any more about who is superior. You will be crushed, you will be humiliated, and I will make sure of it. I do not make empty promises. So please don't go off brushing off what I say, because I do mean it-"

In the middle of her incessant rant, Danielle at last noticed that the two had stepped backstage, and the cameras were off of them. She'd been holding back all this time, not wanting to cause a scene and spoil the moment of her unsullied victory against Ossi Shamar. But her anger and her hatred toward Alexa had been bubbling up all the while - and it was about time she let that loose. With a growl, Danielle locked her eyes on Alexa then and there, lunging suddenly in an attempt to tackle her off her feet!

Alexa could care less what Danielle was blabbering about. She was barely listening to the pompous little pimple once she began working the crowd. Though she still couldn't help but notice the little tantrum she threw in the end. When her fans wouldn't even give her the time of day. Which honestly might have been the best part to this whole affair. If only Danielle could just shut-up now!

Which she honestly tried to tolerate but by the time the two had passed the stage curtains and into the backstage area. Alexa couldn't handle it anymore. "Oh my fuck god! Could you shut-up! No one cares!" Alexa barked. As she moved away from her rival without even sparing her a second glance. A mistake she would quickly regret once Danielle had tackled her from behind!

"Argh! You fucking snake!" She cried out. As she fell onto floor pinned under Danielle. Though Alexa was far from helpless as she went to grab both of her rival's wrists and say. "I should have thrown you out the ring!" Before she would try to get her foot under Dani's stomach and kick flip the redhead over her.

It had been a herculean effort on Danielle's part to last this long, in such close proximity to Alexa, without flying off the handle. Every moment she listened to her voice, or so much as looked in her direction, she was reminded of how much she was filled with hatred for the brunette - of how she was too thick-headed to accept her place, of how she had gone so long without ever seeming to learn no matter how many times Dani tried to teach her, and especially how she had now ruined the Frenchwoman's grandest moment of triumph in LAW to date.

But she knew she couldn't do anything about it. The cameras were rolling, and the fans were watching. Danielle held herself as the most dignified and elegant woman in the league, and to give in to her baser instincts would be to prove Alexa right - even if her efforts to seem superior hadn't been going as well as she had hoped. She had to just act the part of the better woman, and to hope that her fans would see who was more worthy of their praise, considering one of them had reigned supreme and the other had to intrude on her match just to make a challenge.

Now, though? All bets were off. And all that pent-up aggression came out of Danielle, carrying her forward as she hurled herself down on top of Alexa to take the two of them to the floor!

That wouldn't do much to stoke the fires within Danielle, however. She needed to do far more to Alexa if she wanted to pay her back. Gritting her teeth and glaring, Dani began to draw back a fist - only for her rival to intercept her, as she grabbed onto her wrists to hold her still. "Go ahead! Just try!" she snapped back. "It speaks volumes about you that you need to resort to intruding in my affairs just to stand a chance!"

A moment later, Alexa had flipped Danielle off of her, getting her foot in between the two women and shoving her aside. The redhead went skidding across the hallway with a groan - but she wasn't down long. Her rage spurred her on; glaring, she would soon shove herself back to her feet and run to Alexa's side, where she reached down to grab her by the hair with both hands to haul her back up! "We'll see how well you like it when someone strikes when your back is turned!"

Alexa was just about done with Danielle. She had no interest in talking or even seeing her anymore. Their business for all intents and purposes had concluded. So for all she cared the redhead could jump-off a cliff as long as she was out of her sights.

Unfortunately though Danielle didn't exactly see it that way and once she attacked Alexa couldn't either. "Except I didn't!" Alexa yelled. As she tossed Danielle across the hall. "I let you have your match before I stepped in!" She argued. Then tired to get up only to end up hissing in pain as Danielle grabbed her by the hair and pulled her back to her feet.

Alexa however wouldn't comply so easily and out of a sense anger. She would grab Danielle by her hair and push her towards the nearest metal truss yelling. "Fuck off!"

Alexa's first mistake was thinking that things were finished between the two of them. Not on her watch. As far as Danielle was concerned, there was only one way that her feud with Alexa could be resolved - when the brunette was crushed beneath her feet, brought to complete submission by whatever means were necessary, and when she was sure she had learned her lesson once and for all. Until then, anything was fair game. And when Alexa was making herself this persistent when it came to showing Danielle up and trying to undercut her every move, it just left Dani even more eager to put her in her place.

As Alexa latched onto Danielle's hair, she winced and groaned, gritting her teeth. She bent over forward, pulled closer to Alexa as the two gripped one another's tresses. Though she felt the pain in her scalp, Danielle was determined to fight back, tugging at Alexa's head from side to side. "Oh, yes, and then you came in at the last moment and made a show of yourself, in my match! That same match that everyone will remember as a prelude to your little stunt now!" she growled in between pained hisses. "I should be so grateful, truly!"

Danielle went staggering backward as Alexa steered her toward the truss, but she wouldn't let herself be moved that easily. Tightening her grip on Alexa's hair, she would jerk to the side, looking to swing the two of them around so that Alexa's back would slam into the cold steel instead!

White knuckled and full of fury Alexa made no effort to get away. Her contempt for Danielle had no bounds and if she had a chance to dish out some more punishment towards the entitled brat. She would gladly take it and show Dani exactly why she shouldn't have fucked with her in the first place.

"Not my fault you can't hold a crowd!" Alexa fought back between grunts of pain. Acting as if that wasn't exactly what she had set out to do. While she continued to struggle and push Dani in the right direction. A metal truss that stood awkwardly at the end of the hall.

Unfortunately though it seemed her rival had been aware of her intentions because just before impact. She would turn their positions and with a loud metallic groan. The metal bars of the beam would cut into Alexa's back! As she screamed in pain and lost her grip on Danielle's red hair. Now, stunned Alexa was left at the complete mercy of her rival.

Their fingers wrapped in each others' hair, the two girls fought and pushed at each other awkwardly as they dragged each other around the room, neither wanting to stray far from the other or yield any ground. Danielle leaned in, bucking with her hips and shoulders to steer Alexa back as she tugged her hair this way and that. Her eyes were fixed on Alexa in a narrowed glare, her teeth clenched in fury. Each groan and hiss was fueled with the sheer hatred she felt toward the brunette for seemingly upstaging her at every turn.

"Hmph! They're a bunch of uneducated buffoons, anyway. Else they would be cheering the one who truly deserves it!" she snapped back in retaliation to Alexa's boasts. Eventually, though, she was able to force her rival back against the metal truss - and, as Dani shoved her straight into it, the impact sent a rattle through her spine, leaving her frozen in place. Dani would smirk at her own good fortune, were she not blinded by how much more she wanted to hurt Alexa. She wouldn't be content until she was either begging at her feet, or unconscious - whichever came first.

Balling back a fist, Danielle released Alexa's hair with one hand, using the other to tug her hair upward in order to hold her head in place. She snarled toward the brunette before she let her fist fly, sending a punch right at her face!

Gritting her teeth as she sucked in air. Alexa tried her best to deal with the pain but after having her back slammed into a metal beam. She wasn't exactly handling that too well as Danielle forced her to hold still and then punched her square in the face. Which would force her to stumble around for balance before she would come to complete stop with her upper half bent forward, thanks to Dani still having a hold of her hair.

While a look of shock then anger crossed Alexa's aching face. Not so much from the punch but the audacity of having done it. Danielle knew exactly what it meant to hit her there and if she thought she was going to get away with it. She had another thing coming, as Alexa would suddenly lung forward and try to land an uppercut on Dani!

Now, this? This was more like it. As soon as her spine had struck the unforgiving steel of the truss, a shiver had gone through Alexa's body, stopping her dead in her tracks. She was left paralyzed - which only meant that Danielle had the opportunity to wail on her unopposed. That, she thought, would make it all worth it.

With Alexa's head suspended from a few strands of dark hair held aloft in Danielle's grip, the redhead had the perfect target prepared for her, and she lashed out with a well-placed punch, watching her head fly back. Then, though, Danielle took a step back to survey her handiwork, flashing a grin as she set her free hand on her hip while tightening her grasp on Alexa's hair. To Danielle, it was as though she was holding her rival like a trophy, lording over her. She wished that there were cameras around to capture it, or at least an audience she could show off to, but then again, her hair was in no condition for that after Alexa's pulling anyway. For now, she could be content basking in her success privately. "Ahh...you know, the black and blue really does make your face look so much more tolerable," she muttered.

But that had been a mistake. In letting up the pressure on Alexa, Dani had left herself open to a counterattack, something Alexa soon did as she swung an uppercut into her jaw! It struck with enough force to leave the sound ringing through the halls, the Frenchwoman's head cracking back in an arc that sent her hair trailing behind her. Still dizzied from the blow, Danielle went staggering backward, freeing Alexa from her grasp and forcing more distance between the two.

If there was one thing that Danielle excelled at doing. It was pissing Alexa off. She would almost had to be blind to miss how little she thought of her. Between how carelessly held her up and the manner she would look at her. Alexa honestly couldn't be more happier than to punch the living daylights out of the french model and as she staggered back.

Alexa would surge forward for a short distance before having to catch herself against a nearby wall with a visible look of discomfort. Her back was still aching yet despite her pain and the increased chance that her attack could backfire. Alexa would continue her persuit gritting her teeth as she attempt to tackle Danielle into a set of double doors and whatever existed behind them.
