Amazon Champion Interview

The year was about to end for LAW and with that, the great Alaina Sander-Haines would want to end strong with one more Title Defense. However what would make this opponent different is that she is the one and only Annabelle "The Love" Valentine. This is because, Bernadette the leader of trio asked the higher ups that most of Alaina's challengers are big names and should let a newcomer get her shot. In actuality this was all a ploy for the Harbingers to advance in LAW. While Bernadette did care about her teammates, she wasn't above cheating to get her way. The raven-haired girl set up an interview with Candice. She did this by making an alternate email account and sending it to Alaina and she accepted the interview.

The girls were in disguises making sure to cover up their gear and even wearing different hats to not be recognized. So there they were, walking into Alaina's personal locker room. Candice thankfully was willing to carry the camera to record this assault. They saw a sauna and a shower for Alaina to bath in as they walked by"Geez i get it she's a champ but this is a bit much" Candice muttered before they sat down. Once Alaina finally came, Bernadette gestured her to come to where they were sitting and said"Hello Alaina and it's the start of the new year and you are starting off with a new Title defense" She pretended to act excited before continuing" Now what do you think of Ms. Valentine? do you think the higher ups made a mistake or something?”The camera was already rolling but Bernadette passed the mic on to Alaina for her to give her thoughts.

Alaina was scheduled for an interview and she was waiting in her locker room with her title neatly placed on a desk. Alaina was doing some stretching when the interview crew walked in and she waved to them. Clad in her tiger print top, briefs, kneepads and boots she walked up and shook their hands. "Hey there! Nice to see you all." Alaina said with a smile before the interviewer went right into the questions.

"I don't know much about her honestly. I am willing to face anyone at any time though. I am willing to wrestle anyone for the title or not. I have won quite a few matches in a row leading up to my title win and this will be the 6th title defense since winning the title in the middle of least year. I don't want to be one of those champions who only ever defends the title at a PPV and never wrestled in between." Alaina said. "If she got a title shot she must have earned it and I will show her that even though I am 48 I am more than strong enough, fit enough and tough enough to handle any challenger."

Everything was falling right into place for The Harbinhers. After the formal introductions they sat down and listened to her answer. Bernadette pretended to be a happy little interviewer nodding along whike Candice was bored just waiting for them to cut the act and pound her.


When she was done, Bernadette took back the mic and said”Very interesting I must say it is quite respectable wanting to defend your title it does show you don’t want to keep the crowd waiting for your next PPV.”She said with a wink before a smirk curled on her lips”One thing our audience is dying to know is that in your promo with Kennedy Lee, you said back in your heyday, woman were seen as a side show or sex appeal do you think given that LAW has things such as Hentai matches it still keeps that stigma?”She asked before returning the mic back to the Amazon to see her response.

"Well, we all know my attitude towards that kinky hentai stuff." Alaina said with a shrug. "I think wrestling is an athletic thing and if you want to do any of that other stuff it should be a private thing. As far as compared to how women were treated when I started? Hmmm... I think with the hentai there is already the understanding in place that sex is part of it. You know what you are signing up for and you know what you are getting. When I started wrestling you thought you were stepping in the ring to slam women around for the sake of just that. Being seen as a sideshow and eye candy first was the backstage interpretation of what women should have been. It is different but I don't know if hentai necessarily furthers that since its a very different animal of its own." Alaina said after giving the question some thought.

Bernadette listened in to her speech and nodded in false agreement” I completely agree with you Mrs. Sanders, if I may add there were some things our fans wanted to know about your time in USWW. ” She gentler grinned before muttering”This is where the fun begins.” She chuckled and then readjusted her seat.

“ Is it true that back then models and anyone they could gather that looked attractive were pushed more then more muscular woman such as yourself?” Suddenly her mood began to change from an excited interviewer to a more rude yet calm tone of voice.” Like is it that when you faced Lucy Holly, for the USWW TV championship they pulled a screw job akin to that of the infamous Wendi Richter screw job? And that after you loose they gave you a little haircut?”She snickered as she pulled out photos of Alaina loosing and even her getting a free haircut from Lucy and her friends.

Alaina rolled her eyes at this one, recalling her early wrestling days. "Yeah, that was a thing. If you were pretty and fit the traditional beauty mold you got pushed. No one thought a muscular, powerful woman could really be marketable at the time." Alaina said as she was not seen as a woman who could sell tickets or merchandise when she was a rookie.

Alaina shook her head and also recalled her first title shot. "Yeah, the referee counted super quick when I was rolled up and I rocked a short bob cut for a while because of it. Is there any reason you are bringing this up? How is it relevant to the LAW Heavyweight championship?" Alaina asked as she crossed her arms and looked at the woman conducting the interview.

Bernadette’s cocky grin grew more as she was making Alaina relieve her past humiliation. However it seemed as if Alaina was slowly catching on to their ruse. In truth ever since they started they had been live streaming this recording with Alaina none the wiser. Was it time for them to admit the jig was up? Or continue to have some fun?


“Well in truth Mrs. Sanders, my fan base just loves all the hot gossip. They were just dying to know about some of your early days and how beat the odds and became the “legend” you are today.” She spoke in a more valley girl type of voice even raising a fist in the air.”The other thing is about USSW was our fans know of the unfortunate circumstances of it shutting down due sexual misconduct allegations. We do know this is a sensitive subject matter you have the choice to speak if you were a victim or not.” She added, while yes she did say Alaina had the right to not speak. Bernadette deep down, wanted to know if she was a victim to add fuel to the fire and show that the great “Amazon” started getting work by having to sleep with someone or not.

"Yeah there were some idiots who completely mismanaged USWW years ago that is hardly a secret. I really don't feel like discussing any of that right now though so if you will excuse me I have a match to get ready for." Alaina said as she made it clear she was done with this interview.

There is just one thing we forgot to ask Mrs Sanders.“ Bernadette said to try and get Alaina’s attention before she left”Did you know that Annabelle had two tag partners?” She asked a shit eating grin on her face as Candice stood up with her charging straight at Alaina to do a lighting chair shot to the top of her head!”Because we’re right here!” She shouted if Candice was successful, Bernadette would wrap her arms around the stunned Amazon’s stomach and went to German suplex her through the bench!

Well that explained why the interview had gone so poorly. Alaina's eyes widened as she stood up but was far too late to defend herself. She was smashed by the chair shot to the head crumpling to the ground in a heap as she was laid out. The moaning amazon was easy prey for the duo after and she was powerless to stop herself from being lift up and over, crashing through the bench! "UGH!"

Alaina rolled and flopped to the ground, rolling to her side and cradling her head in her arms. She was hurting and blindsided by the attack left laid out in her locker room by the duo who assaulted her.
