“Like you asked I surveyed interest from fans at the last few shows for interest in another one of your PPV’s. All the data we looked from those surveys is here. We both know LAW saw them as a success so I think you’ll find these reports encouraging.” Robin handed Celeste a file containing all of her work from this month. With the new year right around the corner mapping out the events for it had become part of her job while she was doing side work for Celeste. She knew the Commissioner had been suspicious of her when she first joined her but Robin had played the loyal servant well. She made it clear she had ambitions and wanted Celeste’s blessing to advance them and for that nugget of honesty Celeste had allowed her to remain close and retain a backstage role that kept her from having to wrestle to get paid. It had suited its purposes but over the last few months she had hit her limit. She had other roles in the company now that no longer required Celeste’s help and now she was slowly running out of uses for maintaining this partnership. She had planned for Celeste’s own empire to crumble under her ego only to be letdown by the volatile structure of wrestling that seemed to conspire to keep her in power. The last wrestler who stood up to Celeste ended up being trounced in a handicap match by her puppets and never seen again. Robin wanted out from under her but if Celeste saw that as a betrayal she could make her life miserable.

The time had almost come for one of them to destroy the other and before that day did pass Robin needed an advantage. She had been looking through things trying to find enough dirt to blackmail Celeste with or cost her the position she had abused for her own gain this long in case she needed it, while placating Celeste by continuing to play the role of her hard working underling until the time came to move on. It had been a long con in the making but once it was sprung they would see which one of them came out on top.

Celeste would just listen as her little servant was giving her an report about the interests from the fans in regards to the company's PPV's as she accepted the file she was given. As the blond had to admit the other woman was good at what she was doing , but did not see her going further then the position she currently held as in her opinion Robin was expendable. Especially since she could always use an fallguy or gal in this case as she believed she had all the power as she would read the report as she said ''please sit down for now. As I want to finish reading this , and ask questions in regards to what I find. Also have anyone bin complaining about how I run things in the locker room. Since I am not stupid enough to believe that everyone is happy with how I run things as even those who work for me directly have made it clear they either wanna use me or hate my guts.

Robin had more to do away from Celeste so she was almost ready to turn around when Celeste told her to sit. She knew refusing would be suspicious and had to bite back her urge to sigh or show frustration before she did as she was told and took a seat. “Most of them are smart enough to not say your name. After what you had done to Haku for stepping up to you they know who can make them miserable. On that subject one complaint came from the Silva sisters. After the favor they did for you they didn’t seem to like the bonus you gave them. Must of thought they were owed more.” Robin knee Celeste would believe her more than the sisters. They had a tenuous alliance at best that Robin wanted to eliminate while she was still under her wing. The more Celeste relied on her the weaker she was. “I’ve also heard Roseline complaining that you don’t use her much. It’s no big deal yet but if she starts to get too comfortable talking about it others might. I can talk to her if you want me too and see if I can get her to be a little more reserved with her lips outside of the ring.” Roseline was someone who had started to pledge for her while she had her working here while still maintaining some relations with Celeste as well. Robin wanted to win her over, and the best way to do that was to make sure that she felt that Celeste could turn on her as well. Besides all that was Rita. A simple secretary who must have appointment dates and knowledge of who’s been in and out of her office through the years. Robin didn’t say anything about her yet, she wanted to talk to Rita later without Celeste knowing about it.

Celeste would just listen as she was not surprised the Silva sisters would complain. Especially the blond Silva sibling. The news she got about Roselina did annoy her an little as she then retort ''well that would make sense as I did not give them much of an bonus. Or rather did not give what the blond wanted the most , and that was split up their team. Since it obvious neither sister likes the other , but the fans do love to see them bicker so that was never gonna happen. So not that surprising , but I can easily keep them under my thumb by holding the carrot in front of her that she craves so much''

As for Roseline that is also correct , and we should push her more while teaching her an lesson. So what I want you to do is find me an few opponents for Roseline who will show her why it an wrong idea to complain about the boss. Still do want them to lay down as I just want to make it clear that she knows I control how well she will do. So get me an list of names for possible opponents for Roseline , and you can borrow Rita if you need some help with that. Also find some teams the sisters can beat as well''

All of this was reminding Robin she needed to reward her people soon. She had been mostly threatening them over the last few months because she knew that they had no leverage on her while she had everything. It kept them in line but hurt motivation, she would need to fix that soon. In the mean time she could could do a bit more damage to this relationship while she was here and make the Silva sisters hate working with Celeste by putting them in some matches. In Roselines case it was time for her to be tested. “At once Ms. Amour.” She stood up and respectfully bowed her way out before stepping along to see Rita. It was time to see what she could say to this secretary. Once she was at the front desk and out of earshot of Celeste she leaned down to be at eye level with her. “I’ve been given permission to borrow you. But before we discuss the job at hand I have to go over some things. Your employment with Celeste bothers you doesn’t it? What does she have over you that you can’t simply refuse her?”

''Well that was all , and good luck. Come back to me with the info I need within 2 days''retorted Celeste as she would watch as her lackey got up. The bow that followed caused her to smirk as she felt that Robin knew where her place was in all of this as she made a mental note to get the woman something nice as an bonus for all the hard work she did. As she would just go back to work once the door to her office was closed as she figured Rita would be able to help the woman out with what she need

Rita would just look up as she would listen as the other woman told her she was being borrowed out so that she could help Robin with whatever she needed as she retorted back ''give me an few minutes to clean my desk , and I be ready to help you out. As for what Celeste got on me it is rather simple. The woman can fire me at any time , and with her reputation can easily have me blacklisted in this business. Why do you think she does not got many enemies who are still active in the wrestling scene''

The fear of losing the only stable job you had. A simple fear and so effective because it was too real for anyone who wasn’t born into enough wealth to not care. It was a fear Robin left behind long ago. “What if I were to help you while you helped me?” Robin’s words were hushed and serious so Rita knew that she was serious. “You know more about her than anyone else. You have to have something that would work against her. All you have to do is give it to me and not only can I use it without Celeste ever knowing that you gave it to me, I can put you in a position that she can no longer touch you.”

Rita would listen as Robin made her an offer she had heard before as the other woman was not the first to try ,and take down Celeste and would likely not be the last. So with that in mind she would just smile as she whispered back ''maybe I do , and maybe I don't . However why should I believe you can be the one who can take her down. As to be honest you are not the first to try and get me to betray her. So why should you be the one who can manage to do what others have failed to do''

Bargaining. Robin knew what Rita was trying to do. If she wanted help Robin would need to pony up something for her beyond vague words and promises. Robin had plenty of concrete evidence to help her along but she had to trust that Rita wouldn’t go to Celeste and tell her what she was doing. Even speaking to her like this gave her enough to make her attempt to get her out of power harder by exposing her as another plotter when Celeste thought she had her complete cooperation. “Because I’m not doing this alone. Do you really see me as someone who does all the dirty work she needs? I have people who can move along any plans we need physically, I just need something to push things along backstage. You know the last girls who tried were afraid or too honorable to fight dirty. I have been doing this just as long as Celeste has. Need proof? An entire wrestling company in Brazil went under because I wanted to ruin one of its owners for humiliating me. I’m not trying to remove Celeste out of anything silly like justice or revenge. I’m doing so because I want her grip on LAW and if you help me you won’t be scared to get fired all the time.”

Rita had seen plenty of others like Robin , and she figured she would meet plenty who thought like the other woman that they had all the cards. As while she doubted the other woman would ever admit it she was more similar to Celeste then she would ever want to admit as she retorted ''you seriously did not try and investigate Celeste's past. As she did that too you know , and do you think she did not face people who like you and her enjoyed playing this game in the shadows . No if you want my help then you must give me an few guarantees before I even consider siding with you as I suspect that you will turn out to be just like her. What's the point in me helping replace one person if the next person is just like the old one''
