A Stunning Victory Party

(This is an aftermath thread for Starting off on the wrong foot: Alanna Antoinette vs Emma Leblanc)

Backstage a Japanese wrestler by the name of Hiro Takahashi was waiting for his student. A Canadian by the name of Emma Leblanc who had just won her first match and was very energetic as she ran to Hiro and gave him a big hug.

"Hiro I did! I actually did it! I didn't think I have it in me but I won!"

"Yeah I was there at the front...Anyway I'm glad you won! How about you and I celebrate by going to that sushi restaurant I promised to take you? It would be my treat."

"Oh Nice! Yeah I'm totally down for that but first how about I go and change real quick. I'm very sweaty after that match and also I might need a quick shower too..."

"Yeah no problem I'll just wait for you here...alone...and hopefully I won't get ambushed." Hiro chuckled giving Emma a pat on the shoulder. The Canadian smiled and rushed to the locker room and taking her sweet time. She sat down and grabbed her phone and decided to text to Christina who currently is in vacation about her first victory.

"Oh Christina...I wish you were there to see me..." she sighed and started to text.

Alanna Antoinette made her way backstage to the women's locker room. She was drenched in sweat and still steadying herself against the walls as she walked. The pain of Emma's kicks and aerial maneuvers was wearing off and more of a dull numb roar now. Alanna, still crestfallen that she had lost in her debut, entered the locker room looking down on the floor. Lost in her thoughts, she didn't notice what was in front of her and bumped into someone. "Pardon," she said, her eyes widening as she looked up and saw her opponent Emma Leblanc.

Eeeepppp!!!

Emma flinched when she felt someone bump her as she was on the process of starting to take off her attire as she quickly held her gold and white top and loomed to see who bumped into her.

"Oh sorry eh..." Emma didn't have to apologize but it was in her Canadian blood. She was surprised to see Alanna, the woman whom she just beaten, was in front of her!

"Oh hello...you feeling ok?" Emma gave her a friendly and bright smile. She had no ill will on the French newcomer and honestly was concerned for her as Alanna looked troubled.

Alanna briefly clenched her fist at the sight of Emma, but then relaxed her grip. After a pause of the two staring at each other, she said, "I'll manage. Je suis désolé. I got a bit heated out there. I'm very competitive and intense and wrestle like that with everyone. We really hit each other hard out there, droite?" She laughed.

"Yup...not gonna lie I think I'm still a little sore from that leg drop from earlier. Thank god for Hiro. I could never win without him...always cheering me on even when I'm getting the lights beat off me...oof sorry there eh...my mind must have drifted off..." she laughed nervously scratching her head.


Meanwhile outside the locker room


Hiro was looking at his phone and got a scheduled opponent which made him excited. He was going to wrestle another male named Alexios who has legit credentials in Olympic wrestling.

"Ahhh sweet! Good old classic East vs West! Striker vs Grappler! Oooofff...reminds me of the good old pride days until...well...the damn Yakuza.." he looked around to make sure no one heard that last statement.

After an awkward silence, Alanna smiled, "That was your first victory, no?" she asked. "If so, we should celebrate! You've earned it! What do you say? We'll make it an unforgettable party. Helen and I will reserve a vip area for us backstage during Saturday's show. And bring Hiro since he was so important to your victory," Alanna friendly patted Emma on the shoulder. The two exchanged numbers to plan the party for next week. Alanna finished cleaning up and changing and left.

"Oh sweet can't wait!" Emma smiled and exchanged numbers giving Alanna a big hug in the process.

"Thank you for being a good sport about it! I'll definitely tell Hiro about this." Emma and Alanna went there seperate ways as Emma came back to Hiro and told him about the party next week. Hiro chuckled and gave Emma a pat on the back.

"Oh really Emma? How nice of her and Helen to throw you a nice party...I don't see any of this as suspicious so I'll be happy to come join." Emma squealed in excitement as the two left together and back to the gym.

One Week later

Hiro and Emma arrived together and met at the spot Alanna wanted then to meet up. Emma looked around for the French wrestler and was beginning to wonder.

"Hmm...this is the place right? Where is she?"

"Maybe she is running late?" Hiro had a confused look on his face as he crossed his arms waiting for the two women to show up.

Alanna and especially Helen were habitually late and today was no exception. The two women showed up to find Hiro and Emma waiting. "Bonjour Emma! Bonjour Hiro!" Alanna said as she gave each of them a hug. "Sorry, we're running on Greek time! Come on we paid for a VIP changing room to hang out in!" said Helen. They opened the door to a lounge and changing room a star would have to themselves full of snacks and drinks all laid out on a table with a big screen TV to watch the show.

"Oh snacks! Well don't mind if I do!" Emma ran over to the snacks as Hiro had to tell her to watch out for her diet.

The Japanese man sat down at the couch looking at the TV.

"Nice place you girls picked out...I'm not gonna lie but I was a bit skeptical about all this but I'm glad we could have one day of relaxation." Hiro had an upcoming match against Alexios and he was doing his best to get in fighting shape.

"Hey...maybe if Hiro wins against Alexios we can throw another party!" Emma chuckled while drinking a soda and burping out loud.

"You deserve this Emma. Glad you like my choice of soda," Alanna chuckled. She loaded up with snacks and sat next to Emma to watch the show.

Helen, who was in the middle of popping open a Sapporo, stopped in her tracks. I'm sorry, what was that? Did you say he's going to wrestle Alexios? My ex?" She had a surprised yet also eager look on her face.
