Alaina grinned and crossed her arms over her chest pacing back and forth in front of Elena. "You tell me a day that works for you and I will make sure to be there. Just be warned that this won't be easy, and I am going to make it very realistic. You will be worn out, aching and most importantly feel like you learned something by the time I am done. Is that understood?" Alaina asked with that grin still affixed to her face.

''Alright then thanks for the info''replied Elena as she checked her calendar to see if she could do this on a Friday while she had nothing to do during the weekend.
