With both competitors agreeing, the official nodded:

"Excellent...now, just one last thing. Would you like any stipulation for the match?"

Clara thought about it for a bit. As long as count outs were eliminated as a way to win, she didn't mind anything Deku could throw at her...

"I want it to be something definitive...Maybe a 2 out of 3 falls match?"

With their mutual agreement decided on the time came to choose a match type. Bringing a hand to his chin Deku did his best not to mutter as he went through options. Clara's suggestion of a two out of three falls wasn't bad but...

At this point there was some definite bad blood between the two, and personally Deku didn't believe a maximum of three chances to do it. No they needed something more. Something to push them to their limits where no overcomplicated rules could create any shadow of a doubt. Something where the result would be iron clad- 'That's it!'

Eyes lighting up as he had a eureka moment Deku suddenly took a step forward with a determined look on his face. "I have a better idea." He said boldly, making sure he had the attention of both women before continuing. "I suggest a Thirty Minute Iron Man match. That way we'll know who wins at the end of the day once and for all." Deku said in a bold and almost daring way that mirrored his old schoolmate than himself.

Needless to say it was quite stark from Deku's usual attitude. Even then however as he made his little suggestion his eyes drifted towards the emerald orbs of his opponent, as if daring her to back down from the gauntlet he had thrown.

Clara pouted at Deku's suggestion. She hated being upstaged by him...but he wasn't wrong, an Ironman match would dispel any doubts about who is the best, with no takebacks from either competitor:

She looked back at Deku's fierce gaze...

...and immediately said: "I accept. This way there is no doubt to prove I am better than you..."

Quickly, the official typed the terms of the contract...and immediately printed it out, giving a copy for Clara to sign. With a haughty, uncharacteristic for Clara "hmph", she grabbed a pen from the table, and signed it, before leaving the office. She didn't want to give Deku any more attention than he deserved...

Seeing the pout present on Gaster's face following his suggestion Deku couldn't help the uncharacteristically smug tinted grin that pulled on his face. After all given the.. volatile nature of their relationship so far, was it any wonder he took some measure of joy in one upping the dark aired girl.

But it didn't take the girl long to accept the match. After all, even if the girl didn't like that she wasn't the one to suggest the match it didn't change the fact that it was the absolute best way to settle their dispute. As such with both fighters in agreement it didn't take long for the official to print the necessary documents for the two to sign to make the match official.

Nodding to the official as she set it out for the two Gaster was quick to grab the pen and sign her name down before turning to leave the room. Deku however would soon after grab the pen and turn to face the girl as se approached the door. "Gaster." He said with a serious expression, and regardless if she stopped or not he would continue.

"I'm going to win." He stated simply and bluntly with a steely cool confidence, letting her know the exact attitude he was approaching the match with. Immediately after his declaration of war towards her he would turn and use the pen Clara previously used to sign his name down right next to hers on the dotted line.
