Sophia coughed violently when Alcina finally released her sleeperhold upon her. She was able to breathe but barely... she was exhausted, left panting and glistening with sweat from the long and torturous holds. Sophia's vision began to blur. The pain in her spine began to grow intense, and the pressure made her bend just a little more, nearly making her feet touch her head. A few muffled clicks and creaks began to ring out audibly from Sophia's spine as her bare stomach strained and hardened. For a moment, Sophia thought she might be broken over Alcina's knee, her eyes closing tightly and her lips parting wide for a silent scream. She would have surrendered there and then if she could speak.. or if she could tap out... Sophia could do neither with the pain so intense and her hands bound as they were.

Soon, she was tossed back into the bed. Sophia wanted to scream out, but when she tried to do so no sound escaped. Her body was wrought with agony, her spine feeling like daggers had been stabbed into each of her vertebrae. She tried to rise, but Alcina placed a bare foot upon her head, forcing her back down onto the bed against her back. She winced in digust, breathing deeply with large strained breaths. Sophia had hoped she would have passed out by now... she was so breathless. She wanted to surrender... to give up, but she could not muster the words, overwhelmed by pain and the constant suffocating holds. Alcina took this as stubbornness on her part... and Sophia knew she would be in more trouble.

Sophia tried to plea with her... but she was out of breath... coughing and gasping out, trying to form words in desperation. With her arms trapped behind her, Sophia could do little, gasping and trying to breathe before bare legs wrapped around her.

She near heard her ankles slap together, as Sophia was brought deep into a headscissor, forced to look upon the ornate ceiling above. She closed her eyes tightly, gasping and gagging when the pressure began to build around her skull. Alcina is done showing mercy to the foolish woman. She gave the woman chance after chance but now she is done, it's time to put her out of her misery and be done with the woman once and for all. It was as Sophia feared. In her desperation to make the suffering stop she finally through pride to the wind and verbally submitted. Her chest heaved and her lips parted to try and breathe, but no air would enter her lungs as Alcina's thighs cut off her air way. She writhed and struggled, trying to fight... trying to find release where there was none... Soon enough however... those struggles began to lessen, and Sophia began to move less and less as the seconds passed by. Her expression shifted from anguish and pain... to one of peace... and soon her body stopped moving, slowly beginning to relax as she passed out within the dangerous headscissor hold.

Sneaking a peek over her shoulder seeing Sophia starting to starting to drift to sleep from the head scissors hold. Tilting her head to the side Alcina leans close gently licking the smooth skin of her neck before biting down on Sophia neck. Alcina replies taking Sophia back to the gym and leaves her in the middle of the gym for people to find her... Licking her lips at what she did but knowing she be keeping a close eye on her.

It was unknown how long had passed when Sophia finally began to wake up. The last thing she recalled was passing out between the deadly thighs of Alcina, near begging to be released only to be slowly strangled and suffocated more. When she woke up however... she was back at the gym and no longer within Alcina's abode. Light was beginning to shed into the windows as a new day was beginning. Sophia wondered what had happened, beginning to fear what happened to her had not been real... That was until she looked upon herself, seeing the faded marks of lipstick upon her stomach, before she felt a pain in her neck.

She winced in discomfort, feeling the bruise upon her neck, having passed out by then and not recalling the bite Alcina left upon her. There was no sign of the giant of a woman... no evidence that she had been there at all save for what marks had been left upon Sophia herself. She grimaced, her body aching all over... her spine sending sharp pains down all her vertebrae when she moved. Her rucksack and belongings were still present where she left them... though her phone was dead after the torch had been left on. Sophia began to gather her things, feeling tender and unsure.... and naturally paranoid.

Rubbing her neck, she quickly made her way out of the gym... unaware of the eyes watching her from afar...
