Hiro Takahashi vs Alexios

Alexios held onto his sleeper hold as Hiro thrashed about. Seeing Hiro getting close to the ropes, Alexios resolved to cut him off before he could reach them. Alexios stood up and dragged Hiro to his feet with him. Then with a sudden burst of power, Alexios jumped backwards and attempted to wrap his legs around Hiro’s hips with a bodyscissors at the same time. He would try to bring Hiro with him and land towards the center of the ring. If successful, Hiro would be trapped in a bodyscissors/sleeper combo in the center of the ring against a grappler determined to avenge his earlier loss.

Almost there!

Hiro was so close to reaching for the top rope but Alexios started to thrash around and slowly drag the Japanese Wrestler away to prevent the rope break!

Hiro grit his teeth in frustration and started to try and elbow his opponent in the kidney, but Alexios proved to be faster and before Hiro could try to pull off the elbows the former Olympian would fall backwards and trap Hiro in a body scissor!

"Gaaaaaaahhhh Noooo!!" Hiro shook his head and tried to pry his opponent's arm off of his neck. However that proved to be ineffective as Alexios would also squeeze him in the body scissor weakening his core.

There was no way for Hiro to escape and he could feel himself fading from both the sleeperhold and body scissors. The Japanese Kickboxer had no choice but to tap!

DING DING DING!


The referee called for Alexios to let go of the hold once Hiro tapped out and once he would let go Hiro would be on his knees, burying his face in the canvas while holding his head in disappointment that he had just lost.

Alexios felt Hiro’s resistance crumble in his sleeper hold. He kept up the pressure, waiting for Hiro to tap or go out. Hiro made his choice and tapped his arm. Upon seeing the ref acknowledge the tap, Alexios quickly let go and pushed Hiro off of him. Alexios, exhausted himself, rose to his knees. He saw Hiro also on his knees prostrate in disappointment. Alexios got up and, without a word, put a hand on his shoulder. The ref then raised Alexios Laskaris’ hand in victory.

Despite the loss Hiro still had that sportsmanship as he rose up and bowed to Alexios.

"Well looks like I have a lot more work to do...Congratulations on the victory."

Hiro went to shake hands with the Former Olympian as the respectful Japanese crowd began to clap in approval.

"Hey Alexios...mind if we talk some private business? Meet me at my gym tomarrow around noon if your available. I think I got something that might interest you...if not then I understand." Hiro would cover his mouth while he was speaking. When he does that he usually means business. He would shake Alexios hand one last time before exiting the ring to go backstage and into the locker room.

Alexios shook Hiro’s hand and, while he puzzled by the request, nodded. He then went back to celebrating his victory until the ref told him the commercial break had started. Alexios went back into the locker room where a bottle of mastiha and an extra large bento box awaited him.

RESULT: Alexios def. Hiro Takahashi via submission
