After the buzz of a first few great matches, the crowd was left in anticipation of what was to come next. Who would win the Heavyweight Championship? The Lightweight Championship? There was a buzz in the air.

And they were met with something unannounced.

The Queen of Domination's music hit, and after a moment of confusion, the boos came in.

Kathleen Hendricks made her way out onto the stage, dressed in her ring attire. Her scowl was just as nasty as it ever was, her gaze piercing the very souls of each fan in attendance. Staring a hole through them, a look that'd leave all of them fallen if looks could kill. It was clear that, After a few seconds, she wandered down the ramp, brushing off the negative reaction she was ever so used to, and made her way down to the ring with purpose. Climbing up the apron and stepping through the ropes, she waved over a ringside worker and demanded a microphone, snatching it from their hands the second it was within reach.

Now, standing in the center of the ring, Kathleen began to speak.

"Well, well, well..." she began, the bitterness in her tone betraying her anger despite looking just as superior and dismissive as she always did. She never sounded happy, or by any means positive, but the ice in her tone was especially frigid tonight. "Tonight, I was not gifted a match. Nor was I the last week. Me." Kathleen continued, pushing a finger against her chest, her fingers flexing against the handle of her microphone, threatening to break it if she squeezed any tighter.

It was true, Kathleen was not booked for either week of the PPV. Despite impressive performances in the past, maintaining a solid record, she wasn't on the card. Other stories took priority, and LAW officials discussed the... meanness Kathleen had addressed them in prior negotiations, so it'd make sense if they were less than hesitant to reward her for her actions... even if her in-ring work spoke for itself.

"Women I have beaten have made it onto the card. Women I shall beat have made it onto the card. And women everyone knows I can beat have made it onto the card," Kathleen spoke, making sure to empathize each mention of "beating" with extra venom to her tone. It was sour, but she spoke it as a fact. Alaina Sandra-Hanes was one, a woman who Kathleen had vanquished once, though the win wasn't as clean as the record books may show. And her feud with Tina Armstrong was culminating to an explosive finish at LAW Apex, a steel cage match where the two will battle for a chance at the Openweight Championship. A prize the Queen no doubt had her eyes on.

"They have wormed themselves away from me, refusing to give presence to the woman they know superior, and have been gifted opportunities they do not deserve," she hissed, ignoring the crowd's boos in response to the disrespect flung at their favorites. "I believe I have made my presence very much known here in the land of LAW, and even beyond that." The Queen snarled as she recalled her previous matches. Each one ending in a sadistic fashion. "I terrorized each and every individual who had come my way, ever since I first stepped into a ring. Such a track record landed me here, and what have I done except rule over this ring like my mantle suggests. Queen... of Domination."

The crowd booed once more. There was no doubt that Kathleen was talented, but her brutality in the ring had landed plenty of women already needing to be stretchered out. One had to retire entirely. It's hard to get behind such a sadistic woman, especially when she was bragging of such feats.

"I have ended careers. I have left women broken. I have held up my end of the bargain immensely and more, to the point where I shall be named the Openweight Champion when I walk out of Apex. So why must I be disrespected in a matter such as this?" Kathleen hissed, more anger peeking into her face now. "Why must I be dealt a slap in the face, for doing exactly what I was signed to do? Why must the Queen leave her throne, of which she has earned over and over again, come out among the peasants, and demand answers?!" Her voice was beginning to raise, the rage in her eyes quite visible as the cameras zoomed in on her.

"It is not a matter of skill, it is not a matter of marketing, it is not a matter of money. Any single one who denies me my skill would be left broken and burnt, and yet I cannot prove that on this stage, because powers who believe themselves to be higher deny me that right!..." Kathleen continued, turning to yelling now, her hand slightly trembling as it held the mic in her hand. "... so very well." And then her tone dived immediately back down. A chilling whisper, sounding through the arena, dripping with malice.

"It's clear to me that no answer whimpered out from one behind a desk will do me any justice, so very well. No longer shall I look towards anyone to get the matches I desire. No longer shall I wait and expect to be given what I deserve. That was a mistake I made once, no longer." Kathleen's voice returned to normal, as she then held up a roll of paper, a golden wrapping taped around it. "This is the List of Domination, and on it are the names of the women I shall defeat and conquer. Each one has made their name here in LAW. Be it championships or fame, they are names familiar to you all." Her words spiked speculation among the audience, and anticipation on if those names shall become revealed.

Yet it seemed Kathleen was keeping the paper rolled up tight, clenching it in her fist. Keeping it a secret. "They will not know that I am coming, and this is a mercy I am granting upon them, so that they may hold onto their peace of life for just a bit longer," she sneered, staring threateningly into the camera now, as if addressing the women in the locker room. "One by one, they will be dominated. They will be beaten, within an inch of their lives if they must, and left in tatters. I am no longer playing this game by the word of the pitiful. I am going on my own track, and I will pave the road red in my journey, until there is nothing but broken bodies and spirits behind me..."

"... until everyone has bowed down to their Queen. So, enjoy this event, let it soak in, because the next time, I shall not be so benevolent."
