It was getting a little bit silly now, but it was the nature of the biggest wrestling federation's to try and big up their roster with entrances and what not.

Over night, Drifter went from a house show regular to sudden popularity after the events of We Are LAW. She had no match on the PPV, but she made a surprising appearance upon the darkest hour of a match on the main card. Her heroics had put her on the map... and the LAW were now doing everything to keep her there after she became a fresh addition to the fan favourites.

As such she had to go through this new entrance the top brass had in mind for her. They played on her being as poor as she was, turning her real life situation into some form of gimmick, and now she was jumping through hoops and complying since it was part of her contract!

As her music began to play at high volume on the PA system, the crowd began to cheer loudly for the rising star. A pickup truck appeared upon the top of the ramp, driving by with Drifter sitting upon the edge of the back. She hopped out and slapped the truck... as if she had hitched a ride into the arena before the Truck drove out of sight. As silly as it was... it actually was a little fun and unique, and Drifter was left with rucksack over one shoulder, clad in a long worn out coat and an old beanie. Tragically these were her real clothes... but it all played up to the Drifter reputation she had gained.

Still.. Kay could not deny the thrill that came from the reaction from the crowd as she began to walk down the entrance ramp. She tagged the hands of LAW fans reaching out, managing a beautiful smile before she took off her beanie and placed it over a young audience members head. Yeah, she was struggling for money and giving away her beanie wasn't the best idea, but it was going to make the kids year, and who knows, maybe she'll be her favourite wrestler now.

When Drifter reached the ring and slid in, she did something she had never done before... and climbed the turnbuckle to raise her arms. Normally she didn't get much of a reaction on her way to the ring... but this time was different... and when she raised her arms the crowd began to pop for her, making Drifter beam. She wasn't used to this at all.

Once her music died down, Drifter began to prep for the match, taking off her long coat to reveal her sports bra and jeans attire. Her midriff was left bare, revealing her well defined stomach from years of fine tuning and training. She slipped her sneakers off and left them with her coat, fighting barefoot, wearing old worn jeans that ended just below her knees. She began to shadow box a little in her corner, before waiting for her opponent for tonight to arrive!

Cheryl was beyond excited. Finally it seemed she was being taken seriously as a competitor, not only had her match with Yuki been a success for her to show she meant business but they put her with another fighter, no gimmicks or nonsense just two gals going at it with the best of there abilities. thats what she liked to see and thats what she wanted to do. This chick looked tough as well, despite her smiles and friendliness with the crowd she had a body of a real fighter, the kind where no one would doubt you could kick ass as the body left little to hide. Cheryl was nervous but she was going to do her best, but she was going to find a way to handle this. Cheryl walked out to the entrance ramp when her music started to play.

"Time to play!" Cheryl said to herself as she hopped out raising her Pom Poms in the air as she shook her hands trying to pump the crowd up. She spun around and then started to skip down jumping towards one side to shake the Pom Poms in there faces. Soon she would toss herself towards the ring sliding through and jumping up to her feet. She would point one hand at the girl in front of her. "Well looks like its you and me tonight. Hope your ready." Cheryl said tossing her pom poms off and moving in to shake her hand.

"It certainly is me and you tonight! I'm always ready! Let's make it a good fight yeah?" Drifter spoke with a modest but beautiful smile, greeting her cheerleading opponent for tonight with a respectful nod. There was no clear cut favourite for the fans tonight as the crowd cheered for both wrestlers. Drifter kept her smile and moved in to take Cheryl's hand with her own with a good firm handshake. The moment they did so the bell rang to start the match. Kay's smile shifted, as her expression became more focused and stern. With a final nod to Williams, Kay began to back up towards her corner, before lifting her arms upwards in a ready stance.

Once again showing respect for her opponent tonight, Kay waited for Williams to also get into her respective corner, putting a little distance between the two so they could engage fairly. When Drifter was confident in the space between them, she began to shuffle forwards, moving with purpose and soon strafing to get around Williams. Her intent was to try and control the space of the ring, and slowly her arms raised, her stance becoming a little more tighter than usual thanks to the important pointers and advice from Tia the Breaker! The two wrestlers seemed to test each other briefly, as Kay found herself taking a few little swings to judge the distance.
"Let's do this..." Kay exclaimed, letting Williams know she was ready to bring it.

The crowd began to fire up soon enough in unison when Drifter finally made a move. She moved quickly, shifting on her feet before launching herself forwards towards Williams. She telegraphed a right hook, looking to try and force Williams to side step... but it was a little ruse to lure her into her real strike, which came in the form of her stronger left fist. With a heavy swing, Drifter looked to send a heavy body blow towards Cheryl's midriff, looking to bury her fist deep into her bare stomach! If successful, Kay looked to follow it up with her fight fist, looking to also send a deep strike against her belly to further attempt to stun and wind Cheryl!

Between the two of them it seemed there was no antagonism to drive a conflict so there prides would have to be what drove the battle. Cheryl was as ready as she could be watching her opponent prepare herself and get set when she finally started to move in against her. Her hands came in low but Drifter was a slot quicker then she expected and when she feinted Cheryl ended up falling for it, and paying when her fist went right to Cheryl's exposed abs.

"Nggk!" Cheryl groaned as the fist struck her body her abs taking the blow as well as they could with her fist going a decent way through before her belly attempted to start holding firm. But that didnt matter since she quickly pulled away and went for another punch to her belly as well. "Huugh!" Cheryl gasped as her second punch went further in and Chery's body faltered and leaned in. She didnt take many blows to her body and it was clear she was unprepared for it as her hand slid down trying to push Drifter's arm away.

Normally Drifter did not have an issue striking the face of opponents if they were of a heel nature. She could strike all day until they stopped moving if it wasn't frowned upon by the referee. However, with Cheryl, Kay had a hard time throwing a deadly punch towards her beautiful features, especially since she seemed like a nice girl! As such she held back a little, and decided to work on her midriff! The result would largely be the same over time, it just took a few hits to get going! It felt perhaps a little more brutal working on the body, but Kay thought many would prefer that in the long run, and so Drifter focused her body blows against Cheryl's midriff.

The girl tried to push her arms away, but Kay began to show off her striking nature, shoving her grasp from her arms before planting another deep blow with a closed first right into the middle of Cheryl's stomach. The groans and gasps that were forced from her opponents lips all but betrayed her strategy was working well. The crowd were left gasping though as each strike could clearly be heard by all those present and watching, as knuckles clapped hard against abs and firm tissue. After a few more deep strikes, Kay looked to mix things up, driving Cheryl towards the ropes. Grasping Cheryl's arm with both of her own, Drifter looked to whip Cheryl towards the ropes, before going for a clothesline attempt upon her opponents rebound, trying to maintain control of the match.

This was not a situation she often found herself in, even when someone decided not to bother with the early lock up and just came in swinging she usually could expect it and go for a counter but not only did the Drifter just catch her off guard she hit her somewhere Cheryl wasn’t expecting. The force of it was only made worse by the fact she just pressed her advantage throwing her attempts to force her off like they were nothing and keeping on the attack with another series of punches to Cheryl’s belly.

“Uufffgh!” Cheryl gasped when another fist found her abs, sinking in while the cheerleaders faced hugged and looked lost. Her body in shock from the hits and her belly aching as she was grabbed and pushed towards the ropes. Cheryl bounced off them and came back at the drifter Who was ready to take her head off with a clothesline, she mostly hit chest, but the results were the same. “Aaggff!” Cheryl screamed as her chest was flattened and the rest of her was dropped to the mat for the first time. The pained coughs leaving her mouth a good indication of how hard she had just been hit.

A good start! Drifter knew she had to keep it up! Her quick strikes hit their mark and her clothesline hit the target! Drifter wasn't used to having such a promising start to the match. It felt refreshing and it felt good to be on top! Attacking the body of Cheryl was working well! There was a small sense of guilt in Drifter knowing she was causing the cheerleader so much pain, she didn't really want to hurt her... but this was a wrestling match, and the aim was to try and win and get a better pay check as a result! Enough body blows and perhaps Cheryl might give up herself?

That was the dream... but Kay knew better than to expect another wrestler to have such small resolve. No... she had to press on and keep the attacks coming! With Cheryl down for the moment, Kay looked to go big, quickly ascending the turnbuckle, hoping her strikes had been hard enough to stun and leave her opponent winded. The crowd began to pop as Kay moved with purpose, taking to the turnbuckle! Clara GASTER hated that Kay was picking up such moves that were high risk... Though the reward was significant, Drifter was beginning to put her body on the line in her matches more and more.

With a big leap, Drifter got a massive cheer from the crowd, as she went in for a dangerous elbow drop towards Cheryl, looking to slam herself down against her outstretched midriff and deal another dangerous blow if she could hit it! If not... well... she would have to deal with the consequences of landing on the mat!

Cheryl was hurting and surprised. Drifter hit harder then most girls she had fought and she had fought some strong ones. She didnt want to imagine getting wailed on this for very long and she knew that if she did she would be fighting an uphill battle for the rest of the match. Thankfully Drifter laid off for the moment giving Cheryl time to try and recover as her opponent took to the ropes when she finally took off to crash down on her, Cheryl had some time to move out of the way.

Once she had escaped trouble she would try to get up as quickly as possible watching her opponent to make sure that she couldnt just pounce on her once more. And if she was still down Cheryl would try and move in and kick her in the side.

The crowd gasped out loud as Drifter bounced off the mat, missing all of her target! She landed roughly, clutching her side where she took the brunt of the impact! She bit on her lower lip hard, suppressing a shout of pain, managing a grunt instead. Still fresh however... she was able to largely recover, shaking away the throbbing pain in her side before trying to rise. That was until Cheryl took advantage of her botched high risk move, moving in with a swift kick against Kay's side where she had just landed moments ago.

Kay shouted out in pain, getting caught with all the kick as her body arched over Cherly's leg from the impact. She staggered backwards, favouring her side before she backed herself into the turnbuckle. Drifter cursed her inexperience, realising she should have just kept her assault going rather than risk it all like she had! It was a mistake she was now paying for!

Cheryl had a shining moment to act now and like every moment before her she was going to take it and shut down the Drifter before she could do much more. Her move were quick and she would follow her as she went to the corner looking to grab her head and bring it up placing it across the opposing corner and then would try to drive her knee into her head to stun her foe.

While she understood that it was probably a rough move to try she needed to make sure that she kept the tough girl down. She would then stand up and try to drive some kicks into Drifters side.
