Piper Sherwood vs Sayako Jun (D)

This was it, the LAW debut of Sayako! She was in her wrestling attire fully confident as she left the locker room there she could beat this nobody they were sending up against her.

As her entrance music played Sayako came out waving to the crowd and walking down the ramp like she owned the place.

"Give me five minutes and this nobody will be crushed under my boots! No one can keep up with me!" Sayalo said with a laugh as she stepped into the ring, holding her arms out and soaking up the cheers of the crowd. She could not wait to take this place over.

Piper took a calming breath backstage at the guerilla position. It was her first match since We Are Law. Thankfully she wasn’t going into it with the Loser Belt around her waist, burt escaping that damn strap wasn’t enough. She still had a reputation as a jobber and she was gonna make progress to finally be seen as not one. She was gonna start tonight by crushign the dreams of some debuting girl named Sayaka.

‘Speak of the devil.’ Piper thought to herself hearing her opponet’s music kick on. Curiosity piqued Piper walked up to a screen with arms crossed over the top of her new attire. With a raised eye brow thr green and white clad girl watched the showy entrance of he ropponet and the boistrous claims by the rookie. ”Hey... I wasn’t this bad when I debuted... was I?” She asked somewhat awkwardly feeling a not so good sense of nostalgia from the girl in tbe ring.

“Uhhh well... uhhh oh look at the time you need to make you’re entrance!” Came the rushed and awkward reply from the LAW staff member as they ducked out of answering her question. Frowning and puffing her cheeks in annoyance Piper shook her head as her music cued up. In a way maybe this was good. Putting down a girl much like she was when she started seemed like a good way to move forward.

Coming out Piper immediately leapt to the side, perfoming a picture perfect cartwheel onto center stage. Landing on her feet, Piper posed with her right arm in the air, drinking in the marginal amount of cheers she was getting. It wasn’t much now considering her past, but she was gonna make them see her in a better light. Starting now.

Point down at Sayako in the ring Piper began marching down to the ring with as confident a expression on her face as she could muster. Neaing the end of the ramp Piper leapt forward in a somersault, leading right into a backflip before jumping backwards onto the ring apron landing in a seated position. Crossing her legs Piper blew a kiss to the camera before standing up to her feet.

Grasping the top rope Piper hauked herself up onto the top rope before reclining backwards, lounging on the top rope before raising one of her legs into the air. Now THIS got a much more thunderous reaction from the crowd as she leaned all the way back landing feet first into the ring. Turning to face her opponet, Piper only gave her a once over before turning her nose up and strutting to the corner to lean against it and wait for the match to begin.

"Well well, this is like the queen of arrogance herself! I will totally embarrass you tonight and do a livestream after at my victory celebration." Sayako said with a smile.

She watched Piper and smiled. She was going to take it to her however she could. As the bell rang Sayako would circle Piper before lunging in to try to leap right into the chest of her opponent with a running knee strike!

Poper sweat dropped slightly from Sayako’s boistrous boast, the remidner to herself becoming even more palpable, she could practically see a vision of herself from nearly a uear ago in the streamer’s place. Shaking her head to shake that thought Piper instead focused on her opponet. ”Yeah... we’ll see about that.” Piper said in a rare serious tone, the circumstances preventing her from her usual degree of taunting or mocking. As the bell rang the blonde tensed herself while circling Sayako, preparing herself for whatever the streamer nay try.

Soon enough she saw Sayako coming in right at her, running at a good speed and leaping up for knee strike. Exploding into motion Piper would step to the side allowing the strike to pass her by, if succesful then she would snap her arms up under and over the girl’s armpits as she’d stop moving. If successful than Piper would tense her arms while clasping her hands behind Sayako’s head and pushing down for a tight full nelson!

Sayako was surprised to say that least that Piper easily dodged out of the way. Even more shocking as the follow up move, seemingly more out of the movies of a power oriented wrestler as she was caught in the full nelson hold! "AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Lemme go!" Sayako howled, realizing the painful hold was very secure.

Without a technical way to escape Sayako was going to resort to what she knew. Cheap shots. She raised her feet up looking to stomp down painfully on the feet of her opponent over and over until she could escape this painful hold! Sayako realized she looked frantic and desperate already but she didn't care. She was going to use whatever tactics she could that proved effective rules be damned.

Piper successfully had evaded Sayako’s attack and gotten behind the girl. Locking her hands tightly behinf Sayako’s head Piper allowed herself to smirk a bit as she held her in place with the anguishing full nelson hold. Of course this disn’t stop Sayako from strugglibg wildly in the blonde’s grasp, stomping her feet wildly around trying to hit Piper’s feet. Thsnkfully she was wearing shoes that lessened the impact but it still wasn’t exactly a picnic.

Wincing and gritting her teeth in a mix of annoyance and pain from the stomps Piper responded with an attack of her own. Swinging her knee right up she would try to drive it right into the girl’s tailbone. ”How you like that huh?!” Piper asked aggressively right into the girl’s ear if it hit successfully. If able to than Piper would shift her arms a bit, allowing one of Sayako’s arms free and instead locking Sayako’s other arm behind her head tightly. If successful in this than Piper would swing her leg around Sayako’s own while pushing down on the girl’s head. The idea being to bring the girl straight down face first into the mat with a face plant.

Sayako may have underestimated her foe or overestimated her own wrestling ability. Her stomps didn't seem to do anything and her back suddenly ached horribly after the knee strike hit her. "UGH!" Sayako moaned. Her arm was free though and for a moment she thought she could wiggle herself free, although Piper wrapped up her leg and began to push down.

Sayako if nothing else was very agile. She knew what was coming and ducked into it trying to use the momentum to roll Piper over her shoulders and down onto the mat as Sayako bent her free knee and stuck her free arm out to hit the mat and slow down her own descent. The hip toss wasn't going to hurt Piper too much but more important was it preventing Sayako from smashing her face against the mat.

Piper smirked softly to herself, attempting to temper the arrogant thoughts coming to her mind as they came in. It was hard not too given her past... but it would distract her. Even against someone like this she couldn’t let herself lose focus!

Evidently her little internal debate had in of itself distracted her. As in spite of trying to shove the woman down to her face Piper found resistance! ”What?” Before Piper could figure it out the blonde gasped as she felt a hand on her back before suddenly finding her world turned upside down before BLAM!

“Agh!” The impact itself wasn’t overly painfull, but it had brought back bad memories she’d rather have not remembered. Shaking her head Piper took advantage of Sayako’s own lack of focus to roll away to the ropes. Pulling herself up she glared over at her opponet and waited for her to start standing up before she’d move onto her own attack.

Sayako rolled away and got to her feet happy to have finally done something! She nodded and clapped her hands before looking back over at Piper. "The mean girl is mad that she can't bully the little gamer!" Sayako said with a smile. She suddenly rushed forward at Piper looking to run close and leap into the air to smash Piper in the chest with a running dropkick. Sayako didn't know very many moves, but she wasn't going to just sit by and let Piper hammer away at her all over again.

Piper had rolled off to the corner and used the distance gained to push herself up to her feet. Hearing the taunt from Sayako however immediately brought the blonde’s eyes burning towards the girl. ”Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.” She bit out towards the girl, watching carefully as she leaped at her. ‘Least she’s predictable.’ Piper thought to herself waiting till the last minute before diving and rolling to the side to evade the dropkick. If she was succeful Piper would push herself ro her feet and look back at Sayako. If the girl landed flat on her back like she thought she would, then the blonde would dash forward at the girl’s body and leap up, attempting to come down feet first with a double stomp on Sayako’s chest.
