Thus far, the Heartbreakers had been sweeping LAW as a powerful new stable, ready to make a case for themselves that they should be feared. Not only had they made a strong showing together in their debut match, but Kyoko and Sachiko both had singles victories to their record (even if the former had been accomplished with the help of her partners). It was only a matter of time before the third member got her chance to shine in one-to-one combat, and now, that time had come.

"Coming first to the ring, from Tokyo, Japan! At 5'5 and weighing 130 pounds, representing the Heartbreakers, MISAKO ENJOJI!"

Misa Otomura, the long-suffering ring announcer who had been met with a swift knockout in the Heartbreakers' debut, was noticeably hesitant when it came to introducing their representative, but soon enough, Misako came out on the entrance ramp. She didn't need to say anything - she cast a withering glare back at Misa as she folded her arms, causing the announcer to take a step back. With that said, Misako made her way down to the ring, sliding in under the ropes. She didn't have much in the way of fancy introductions or theatrics. She didn't need to play to the crowds, as far as she was concerned. She hoped that her last few showings would say enough.

Straightening herself, Misako dusted herself off before tapping two clenched fists together, facing the entrance. "Alright, alright! Who do I have to kick the ass of tonight?"

Chigusa was slowly making her way up the upper echelon in LAW's roster by winning match after match. Sure, her performance here left a lot to be desired, at least compared to her best friend and tag team partner, Megumi Mutoh, but she was now making waves here, showing that there was a reason behind her being among the well-known wrestlers from Wrestle Angels.

Clad in her green outfit, Chigusa waited for her cue to make her entrance. And then, her music was played, and she stepped out to the ramp, receiving quite a pop from the crowd. She winked to the audience as she strutted down the ramp, heading over to the ring as she was announced by the announcer, introducing her despite the fact that she was already well-known.

"And now, introducing her opponent, from Aichi, Japan! At 5'6" and weighing 140 pounds, representing Valkyrie Troupe and Wrestle Angels, CHIGUSA YUUKI!"

And soon, Chigusa reached the ring, and after a pause, she pulled herself up and leaped over the ropes, entering the ring. She stood proud as the crowd cheered for the Valkyrie of the Wrestle Angels, and after rousing the crowd for a while, she would look at the direction of her opponent for tonight, who was decidedly a cute one. She couldn't wait to fight her and see what she was made of.

"Well, heard you want to kick my ass tonight," Chigusa said, trying to start a banter with the girl. "Hope you'll be ready to be disappointed, since the one doing the asskicking won't be you." She smiled at her opponent as she would get herself ready for the match, with the referee already getting to the center of the ring to get the match started. "Show me what you got."

Misako stopped, raising an eyebrow as her opponent made her entrance. Could it be? She was going to face the Chigusa Yuuki? In all fairness, she had probably been told that before going into this match, but she hadn't paid that much attention; as far as she was concerned, any opponent was someone she could beat up, and that was good enough for her. But Chigusa was a well-respected name in the wrestling business, and one that stirred a chord of familiarity for Misako. As someone who'd been a fan of wrestling, the name was one she recognized. And if that was the case, what were her chances? Chigusa, after all, had to be a well-known name for a reason.

She quickly put that out of her mind, however, as another thought came to her. It didn't matter how famous Chigusa was - if Misako could defeat her, it'd be what she needed to establish how fearsome her team was, and then, no one would dare to doubt them! As the purple-haired woman was entering the ring, Misako came forward. She rolled her shoulders and bent her neck from side to side, loosening up, before she got into a stance. "Pssht...awfully confident, huh? You know, it's always the one who boasts about being so tough and unbeatable who ends up eating their words, ever noticed that?"

It didn't matter that Misako had rather obviously gotten her idea of human behavior from anime, or that it was, in fact, her who had been the first to boast. She just liked having the last word in these situations. But as the referee finished inspecting both competitors, being especially careful to ensure Misako wouldn't bring in any illegal objects (while still being afraid of retribution should she be too obvious about it), she signaled for the bell - and it was on.

*DING DING DING*

If Misako wanted to let Chigusa know what she was capable of, a lockup seemed like a natural place to put their abilities side by side for comparison's sake. Right off the bat, she leaned in closer, trying to grab for Chigusa's shoulders and shove her back. It'd allow her to prove what she could do - and, if she was quick enough with it, she hoped to get an early leg up on her foe!

Chigusa smiled as she listened to Misako's reply. Well, she would have a point, if they were living in a world operating on the logic of anime and manga. Unfortunately, in the real world, that alone wouldn't determine who would win and lose in a competition.

She would wait for the match to begin as the referee checked on her to see if she got any kind of contraband hidden in her outfit. After ensuring that she got none, Chigusa saw the referee calling for the bell, starting the match between Chigusa and Misako.

Raising both her arms as she prepared herself to lock up with Misako, she would close in, getting into a grapple. But she would merely make contact with her opponent as she would quickly try to slip to her opponent back, looking to lock her up in a rear waist lock.

Feet planted on the mat, Chigusa would make sure to wrap her arms tightly around the body of her younger opponent's body, clasping her hands together while locking her in the rear waist lock, pressing her own ample breasts against her back at the same time.

Misako's intents were simple enough in starting this match out with a lockup. As soon as the two had made contact, she tried to lean in closer, attempting to bring her weight up against her opponent in the hopes of forcing her back against the pressure. But despite the reputation Misako's stable had for their dirty tricks, it was Chigusa who took her by surprise. Just as Misako's hands grazed her, the veteran swerved around, leaving her grappling at the air!

"Hey, what-!?" Misako gasped in surprise, but she didn't have much time to ponder her predicament when Chigusa was quick to lock her arms around her. She sucked in a breath as she was raised off her feet, gagging against the pressure. She could feel Chigusa's body pushing up against her from behind, but so far, Misako wasn't leaving her clutches. She figured she could turn that to her advantage, as she swung a foot backward, hoping to catch Chigusa in the gut with it!

Locking Misako in a rear waist lock, Chigusa prepared herself to hoist her opponent up for a suplex, but before she could do it, her opponent suddenly swung her foot backwards, almost hitting Chigusa at her stomach if she didn't immediately let go of her waist. "Whoa!!" Chigusa flailed her arms as she tried to maintain her footing, she would plant her feet on the mat, keeping herself steady and balanced.

But she wouldn't allow this to stop her as she would then move backwards towards the ropes, looking to rebound from them and launch herself towards her opponent. Using the momentum gained from the rebound, Chigusa was looking to hit her opponent with a running clothesline right at the back of her head, hoping to bring her face first into the mat.

Misako could figure that, if she was being pulled off her feet in such a position, it wouldn't do her any favors to let Chigusa go through with the plan. Either she'd deliver her to the mat with a crushing suplex, or else she'd continue to squeeze the life out of her, neither of which sounded like very attractive options to the delinquent girl. She knew she had to act fast - and, with a crack, she managed to land her foot in Chigusa's gut, forcing her to stumble back.

"Pssht!" Misako tossed her head, folding her arms with a look back over her shoulder at Chigusa that would let the veteran know she was less than impressed. "Yeah, I bet that coordination really made you a leg-wait, what?" While she was looking over her shoulder, Misako could also see that Chigusa was going toward the ropes, bouncing off of them to throw herself forward - and her eyes went wide just in time for the clothesline to hit, before she could do anything about it! With the force of the blow bringing her off her feet, Misako fell forward, crashing down onto her face with a thud.

Chigusa used her momentum to hit Misako with a clothesline, sending her down onto the mat, face first. Smiling brightly after delivering her hit, Chigusa decided to continue with her assault as she would run towards the opposite ropes, keeping her momentum going before returning back to where her opponent was.

As she got herself closer, she would leap up and try to land back first right onto Misako's body, looking to hit her with a running senton. She was certain that the landing would deal some damage on the younger woman, giving herself upper hand over her which would help her to win this match at the end of it.

Misako grumbled to herself, beginning to push herself off the mat as she recovered from the rather unceremonious landing she had taken. She couldn't believe that had happened, or that Chigusa had actually managed to get a move on her like that. By all accounts, she should have been better prepared - and now she had paid for it. Still, Misako shook her head. She wouldn't let it bother her too much. After all, the match was only beginning.

That being said, Misako wasn't doing much to get out of her predicament right now. Once again, Chigusa charged her, and before she was fully off the ground, the veteran hit her with a senton, sending her back into the mat! Misako grumbled to herself in frustration, and the fact that the fans were cheering such a display from the purple-haired woman only made it worse. She should be better than this!

Right after bouncing from the ropes, Chigusa hit Misako with a senton, driving her down onto the mat. The crowd cheered for the former Wrestle Angel, and she smiled brightly as she would pick herself up, raising her arms to rally the crowd for her. Hearing the crowd cheering for her seemed to give her extra drive to keep moving, and she planned to keep going in order to keep her opponent down.

After picking herself up, Chigusa looked at Misako, who was presumably still on the mat. She would approach her, looking to pull her back up onto her feet. After getting Misako back onto her feet, she would try to lift her up, making sure that her body was horizontal before bringing her down back in order to have her driven against her propped up knee, hitting her with a backbreaker!
