The Thundergirls vs The SWAT Cats

"Ok, we can shake off those setbacks and get back on track tonight!" Alaina said as she turned in front of the mirror to make sure her to her stripe one piece swimsuit was fitting snugly.

"Those pretender cats ain't got a damn thing on us!" Tina said jumping on place, full of energy like usual. She was well aware of the little beach meeting between Alaina and Kat, knowing full well that Alaina felt like she had something to prove tonight no matter how much she tried to downplay that.

As their music play the two came out, high fiving fans as they made their way to the ring, hearing their team name called out and their combined weight of 330lbs. Alaina and Tina settled in their corner smiling as they spoke quietly trying to go over their gameplan.

Backstage, LAW's resident cat tag team was undergoing preparations of their own. They donned their tight leotards and their signature masks just before getting ready to make their entrance. And while they did, Katherine was running their game plan by Tracy one last time just before the match.

"You sure you got it? The whole plan?"

Tracy would lean in close and hug her mentor while still getting fully dressed

"Mhmm! You told me a bunch a' times, now. Don't underestimate them. Don't overlook Tina. Don't try to trade moves with Alaina. Stay close to our corner when I can. I got it, Kat! Honest! Let's shows those Amazon how to really bring the Thunder!"

"Hahaha, I wonder if older folk in the locker room thought I was this much of a dork when I was starting out."

With a hearty laugh, Kat acknowledged her partners words and placed a hand on her head before ruffling her hair a bit. She'd offer that last comment before their theme song played and they entered the arena in spirited and energetic fashion! With catchy music and bright, flattering attire, as well as Kat's relative fame in the pro wrestling scene in general, the audience was very receptive to them. They roared as the SWAT Cats made their way down to the ring and their tag team name was announced.



The pair slid in under the bottom rope and met up with the opposing team prior to starting the match.

"I've been looking forward to facing you gals a long time. I'm happy we were booked to face off." Kat said in a confident and respectful manner. She wore her usual confident smile in anticipation of throwing down with the Thundergirls. Though she wanted to set a tone denoting professionalism and competitiveness, her partner was quick to follow up with a different tone.

"I hope you ladies had a new tag team name in mind cause tonight we're gonna steal yo' thunder!" The pink clad wrestler said while stepping towards their foes and giving the Thundergirls a thumbs down. Kat glanced at her with a slightly annoyed look but let the comment go. The audience began to clamor as Tracy stepped towards the other team.

The Thundergirls watched as their opponents came out and kept their eyes on them as they entered the ring.

"Same, I am happy as well. I can't wait to start things off." Alaina said as politely as she could.

"Steal our thunder ya say? Lass, the only thunder ya stole is right in your thighs there." Tina said as she pointed to Tracy's legs.

Alaina pulled Tina back and tapped her shoulder, and the tigress slipped between the ropes standing on the outside as Alaina moved to the center, ready to kick things off!

Even Katherine chuckled at Tina's comeback, which upset Tracy greatly. She spent a whole 5 minutes in the back coming up with that diss only to have it countered!

As Tracy frowned at the opposing team, Kat tried to comfort her. "Haha save the anger for the real fight, Trace. Remember, don't be reckless!"

With that, The Super Kitty would take her place in her team's corner, leaving Tracy to start things off with Alaina!

"Ohhh! The Amazon! I've heard stories! Tracy said as she readied herself to face Sanders.

At the sound of the bell, Tracy would rush towards Alaina and showcase her speed! She would attempt to slide against the canvas and slip through Alaina's legs before running to the other side of the ring. If successful in slipping past the Amazon, she'd run towards Tina and attempt to jump at her with her pelvis sticking out to hit her with a Hip Attack, despite her being on the apron and not being the legal woman in the match!

Alaina was ready to grab on to Tracy but she slid underneath the Amazon! Alaina turned in time to see Tracy up at the ropes.

Tina also saw Tracy coming and was hit by the hip attack, falling hard to the outside of the ring! The tigress laid there groaning in pain as she worked her way to her hands and knees, trying to get to her feet!

"Sneaky little brat...." Alaina said as she rushed right at Tracy, extending her arm and trying to level Tracy with a clothesline!

Tracy proved to be crafty. Her ability to circumvent Alaina and knock her partner on the apron earned her a few cheers.

"How's THAT for Thunder?!" Tracy said as she got up and pointed at Tina.

"Tracy! Focus!" Kat called as the Circus Cat popped up to her feet and turned around, only to be taken down hard with a Running Clothesline from the Amazon!

Tracy laid on the canvas for a moment. She'd reach for the bottom top and try to pull herself up while groaning. "Unnngg...."

Alaina saw Tracy trying to get up to her feet and reached down to help her out. Grabbing her by the head Alaina wrapped an arm around her and landed a couple knee strikes before grabbing on to her waist.

Alaina moved Tracy nearer to the center of the ring, bending her knees and lifting up as she tried to deliver a delayed vertical suplex to the young woman!

Tracy was caught off guard and literally fell victim to Alaina's clothesline. As the young red head tried to find her way to her feet, Alaina would pull her up. The Amazon had no difficulty pulling the smaller woman towards the middle of the ring. As she lifted Tracy up in an attempt to hit her with a Suplex, Tracy would find her bearings and take advantage of the fact that Alaina chose to delay the move!

"Too slow!" Tracy would say with a giggle as she was upside down. The aerialist would keep her arm hooked around Alaina's neck and throw herself forwards, landing on her feet behind Alaina with her back to her foe. She'd then drop down the the canvas and attempt to keep hold of her opponent to try and take her down with a Neckbreaker. If successful in pulling off this counter, Tracy would remained grounded for a moment before slowly turning over and attempting to crawl towards the Super Kitty in the corner to make a tag!

"Wha...Arrrrrgh!"

Alaina felt her neck grabbed and hit the ground hard, rolling back and forth, kicking her legs in the after.ath of the neck breaker! "Mouthy little...." Alaina groaned as she got to her own hands and k was trying to out pace Tracy and get to her ankle to pull her away from her corner!

"I haven't properly slammed ya around yet...."

Tracy's counter worked like a charm! It seemed practicing with Kat was already starting to pay off for her in the ring! The pink clad feline would begin to crawl towards her corner, but the fans would cheer when Alaina grabbed hold of her ankle and halted her advance! Kat had reached her arm out as far as she could to make a tag but the distance was simply too great!

As Alaina dragged Canon away from her corner, she'd comment on slamming the rookie around. To which, Tracy would reply "Slam? I'll land on my feet! Duh!" referencing the cat gimmick, as well as their exchange from earlier. She didn't get the moniker "Circus Cat" for nothing!

Still, despite those credentials, Alaina seemed to keep her at bay for now. Tracy would use her hands and free leg to try and push herself up and stand on one leg. If she were able to do this, she'd attempt to jump up and aim at kick at The Amazon's head!
