A battle of knights, Paladin vs. Darkness

Behind the scenes, Sophie was preparing for an exciting matchup. Another knight joined lAW recently and knowing Sophie's history LAW management soon set up a special match for the two of them. Both girls would be wearing armour and wielding a blunt sword, fighting to knock each other out like that. Sophie was putting on her armour in the dressing room. It wasn't the same one she used back before LAW, but instead, one based around the design of her regular attire, the arms and legs she already had made in metal and extended with an ornate chest piece, visibly enlarged near the top for her breasts, a more plain piece for her back and some waist armor for the top of her legs. The point of the armour was not historical accuracy so the inside had a thin padding, just enough that the metal wouldn't scratch Sophie's body even with nothing but a bra and panties underneath. There was no helmet as well, probably to make make sure the spectators had something to look at with most of the girls' bodies hidden by somewhat bulky armour. For the same reason, some of Sophie's upper arms showed between the shoulder plates and long gauntlet as well parts of Sophie's upper thighs, between the waist and leg armour pieces.

Finally, Sophie finished putting the armour on and picked up her large two-handed claymore. While blunt it was still made of metal and as such had quite some weight. Sophie would be able to hold it with one hand but for proper strikes, she needed both her hands on the hilt. Once she was done dressing up her entrance music soon sounded and Sophie started walking into the ring. She smiled but with the heavy sword in he hand and the armour on her body she wasn't as energetic as usual, only waving to the side a few times. Of course that was enough to earn a large amount of cheers for the popular heavyweight from the fans excited for the curious Once she reached the edge of the ring she moved up the steps and the referee detached the ropes for the girl as she entered so the girl in full armour needn't make her way past with them still in place.

Once she got inside Sophie walked to her corner, resting the sword against the floor, as she leaned into the turnbuckle and looked towards the entrance to await her foe's arrival. Knowing the name, 'Darkness', Sophie expected someone with a large black armour, probably going for some kind of Dark Knight persona, as opposed to Sophie's face alignment with the ring name Paladin. She was definitely looking forward to seeing who will she be fighting and pushing to her limit, and hopefully past it, as the only way to win this match was by knocking your opponent out. It would be a serious test of strength and endurance for sure, something that Sophie was excited for.

Today was a special match for Darkness, Today, She would fight in armor and armed with a sword. Sadly, they've taken away her own sword and gave her a blunt one, instead. That was mean and she liked it. Darkness watched carefully how her opponent was walking into the ring, during her entrance. The woman was big, the armor seemed thick and the sword looked heavy. Darkness was fantasizing how would her blond opponent swing that sword at her, she could imagine all the pain as the blunt weapon would slam against her, tearing off her armor and leaving her defenceless. Darkness longed for that thick, yet blunt sword to pierce into her body regardless. Oh, the agony she would feel...

Even her cheeks got red from all that fantasizing. However, Darkness was snapped out of her daydreaming when her entrance music played.

Darkness would enter the fray, looking calm, collected, and determined, yet she was not like that at all on the inside. She made her way to the ring like a medieval soldier, like a knight. An aura of nobility, bravery and selflessness would be radiating from her to the crowd. They would cheer her on, being amazed by the said aura and the beauty, not to mention that they were hyped for a very special kind of match that doesn't really happen in LAW.

Upon making her way up and into the ring, the masochistic blond noticed that her opponent was wearing more armor than her, or rather Darkness was wearing less than her opponent. That may surprise everyone else here, but to Darkness this was how it should be. Unknown to others, she wore armor only for it to be ripped off her, violently... Lalatina would walk to the center of the ring, placing the tip of the her sword on the ground and waiting for her opponent to meet her in the middle of the ring. If the other knight came to her, then she would off her opponent a handshake. Victory is achieved by those who endure and thus i shall endure whatever it takes and so i will emerge victorious in this clash of knights! Darkness would declare if her opponent accepted the handshake. The real meaning of the words would be known only to Darkness. Well met, my worthy adversary, my name is Darkness, after the fact. Lalatina would introduce herself by her fake name, of course, while hoping her opponent would introduce herself, too.

Sophie was quickly amazed by her opponent's entrance. Despite the hostile sounding name, her foe had the aura of a real knight around her, something that already gave Sophie respect for the girl. As such she would push away from the corner, point her sword down at the ground and stand with her back straight and head held high, only slightly tilted to watch Darkness enter the ring, with a position offering the respect to a worthy contender. Though Sophie was surprised at the lack of armour on the girl, as the armour she wore covered only her shoulders, breasts and legs, considerably less than Sophie's own outfit, she was too impressed by the girl's aura to mention it.

As Darkness stopped near the middle of the ring Sophie walked over to her as well. She accepted the handshake without hesitation, firmly gripping the knight's hand as she looked into her eyes with a confident and eager gaze. She was looking forward to testing her mettle against this interesting opponent. Sophie did not have such words prepared so she had to reply quickly on the spot, trying to do so without breaking the ceremonious aura Darkness created between them. "I hear your words noble adversary, but take heed as your strength may be great but in this ring, you may find you have found your match. As I, Sophie Friedrich, noble Paladin, do not lack the strength nor will to take on those who challenge me." After the exchange Paladin took a step back before performing a salute by holding her sword straight up in front of her face. "May the best knight win!" She said with a stern voice before retreating to her corner in anticipation of the bell to start the match.

Once the bell rang Sophie would approach her foe, with both hands gripping her sword as soon Darkness got in range, with a yell she would swing the blade from her right aiming to hit Darkness in the side with a strong hit early on in the match. If Darkness didn't change position much before the impact the sword would hit her right below the end of her armour after arcing slightly upwards, hammering into Darkness's barely protected waist at force.

Sophie's reply almost took Darkness off her feet, it was well said, like a true knight. And that salute, Darkness had to respond in kind. Yes, may the most abus... May the best knight win! Darkness would exclaim, a little nervous. Lalatina tried to keep her special urges together, to avoid showing them to other people, but that was pointless, everyone would see it right away after the fight would start, so why try and hide it? And yet, she did try regardless.

Once the bell rang, Darkness would meet her armored foe in the middle of the ring. Trying in vain to hide her desires and doing the best she could at that, Darkness would start the attack, raising her sword overhead, forgoing the defence, which proved to be successful, when a blow of an opponent's sword was blocked by Lalatina's waist. Actually, she was hit dead on into the unprotected are, but that's a win for Darkness, anyway...
Aaahhh! Darkness moaned out in pain and pleasure as the opponent's sword hit her to the side.

Soon after that, Darkness would ignore the hit and press on the attack, swinging her blunted blade at Sophie like mad, but with no hope of hitting her. Lalatina's sword would only hit something if Sophie either tried to parry some of the attacks, or ran into the sword by accident. Darkness would roar when unleashing a barrage of her attacks against her foe.

Sophie paused at Darkness's words, but was unable to fathom what the other girl may have meant and just ignored the slip of the tongue. Th idea that her opponent was a huge masochist didn't even come close to crossing her mind. Then as the match started Paladin got the first hit in, her sword punishing Darkness's unprotected waist earning a slightly odd scream for the girl. It sounded almost like... Sophie was already ready to dismiss the thought, just thinking that not everyone sounds the same but Darkness wasn't giving her time as she just ate the hit and lunged forward to attack.

Sophie would start trying to block the swings, the two swords clanging together a few times but with her heavy two-handed sword, Paladin couldn't match the speed of Darkness's one-handed blade and she didn't think her luck would hold out with Darkness missing every hit she failed to block. So Paladin soon set out to attack and break Darkness's momentum instead of inviting her forward with a retreat.

She lunged forward, letting go of her sword with one hand and instead putting her forearm out in front of her to strike at Darkness's throat as she jumped forward, the two breastplates hitting each other with a clang. If she succeeded in stunning Darkness momentarily, Sophie would follow up by aiming a kick right at the girl's stomach to push her further back, before grabbing back onto her sword and raising it above her head for a might strike. "Ah!" She yelled out as her sword rained down at force, right towards Darkness's shoulder plate. If she hit, the whole arena would echo with the sound of a loud clang as the mighty hit connected. If instead this had hit Darkness on the head it would mean serious danger of injury.

Darkness unleashed her fury with a barrage of intense sword swings most of which hilariously missed the target and only a few did not miss simply because Sophie parried them resulting in some clanging noises as metal clashed against metal.
Despite all of Lalatina's ferocity, her foe proved to be cunning, yet bold as she instead of retreating, lunged at the masochistic knight. Sophie rammed her forearm into Lalatina's throat, having their metal breasts collide as well. It was just a small taste of what's to come. Sophie followed up with a kick to Darkness's stomach, which pushed her back. A moment later Lalatina's eyes lit up in excitement when she saw her opponent charge at her, raise the sword and then strike it down against Darkness's shoulder plate. Darkness could have dodged the strike, but thought that it would be best if she didn't

And boy she was right - The shoulder piece broke off and fell to the canvas upon impact with Darkness crying out in pain or whatever, not sure what's the best word to describe it. Darkness fell to her knees and hands to contemplate the pleasure, she was breathing heavily, her cheeks red. That was... An excellent blow, my worthy opponent. Darkness would compliment her opponent for granting her such pleasure. Her left shoulder was hurting if there was no armour upon impact, her shoulder might've sustained long-term damage.

After a bit, Darkness would start standing up. I sincerely hope this is not the best you have got since it will take a lot more to put me down for good. While most, if not all, would understand this as playing tough or taunting, for Darkness this meant as encouragement to her foe to strike her more and with greater force...

Not wanting to get stuck defending against a flurry of strikes the Paladin lashed out at her opponent. Her attack was successful, with her first stopping Darkness's attacks with two strikes and setting her up for a mighty blow with her sword. The hit rained down hard on Darkness's shoulder, breaking off the knight's shoulder plate as she yelled out in pain, with a slightly odd voice.

Paladin took a moment's pause somewhat concerned by the break in her opponent's armour. But no official stepped in to stop the match and Darkness proved tenacious as not only did the knight soon get up on her feet but she taunted Paladin for more.

Paladin smirked the clear challenge making her quite excited to push her limits in battle. "Worthy opponent indeed." She replied. "Well then, I'm not going to hold back. Sorry for any injuries." Her tone made it clear that while she indeed wasn't out to injure Darkness she was determined to fight at full power which wasn't risk-free when wielding a blunt weapon.

Paladin barely finished talking before lunging out. She placed her sword in front of her body holding it with both hands. Then moved forward with a battle cry moving her sword to the side for a wide slash at Darkness's side. If not parried or dodged Paladin's strike would clang against Darkness's armour. A powerful hit still but dampened by the armour it would be far from enough to really stagger someone with Lalatina's endurance.

After receiving the excellent blow to her shoulder, which broke off the metal shoulder plate entirely, both knights had a thing or two to say to each other. After Sophie told Darkness that she would not hold back, well, that statement turned Darkness on in her own way, It would be an insult if you held anything back, I want nothing but your best! Darkness replied, trying to hide her masochistic spirit behind the illusion of a fighting spirit. You do not need to apologize, Lady Sophie, for I have had a taste of your power and I say that I can take it! Darkness declared before her foe charged at her with a warrior's shout.

Darkness saw the two-handed sword slash coming at her side. Darkness saw the strike and could have easily blocked it with her own sword, but she didn't because she simply did not want to. Instead, she took the full force of the blow, which impacted her body armour and cracked while pushing Darkness to the side a little, skidding through the ground a bit. Aaah! Darkness moaned out as the blow she longed for came to her and graced the side of her body with its presence.

Darkness would gladly just stand there and take blows such as this all day, but she had to keep some dignity in front of such a knight even though that was probably a lost cause. Anyway, Darkness taught that she could hide her masochistic urges if she showed her opponent that she was the ''berserker'' type of fighter. That meant that after taking the blow, Darkness would throw the same kind of a two-handed sword swing across her opponent's armoured body.

Darkness's words made Sophie give her a smirk. The other knight didn't seem to lack confidence in her power, it seemed to Sophie. And she clearly had some reason to as she did recover from Sophie's mighty attack in mere minutes. A strike that could have ended the match against a less powerful opponent. Sophie hadn't been restraining herself before either but Darkness's words erased any bit of hesitation at unleashing the full power of her muscles at the knight.

Thus Sophie gave Darkness another powerful swing of her sword and once again found her mark. The tough hit put another crack in Darkness's armor as the girl moaned in pain. This started feeling almost too easy for Sophie, as she seemed to land hit after hit on her opponent. She started suspecting a trap, and as Darkness didn't go down yet, Sophie found her suspicions confirmed. Having Sophie's sword at her side, Darkness unleashed a strike towards Sophie's other side, where the Paladin had no hope of blocking it with her sword.

Seeing the sword swing towards her unarmed side, Sophie let go of her sword with one hand to try and grab Darkness's arm before the strike could get close to her body. If she managed to grip Darkness's arm, rather than just blocking her swing, Sophie would let Darkness keep the momentum of her swing going, while turning her body around, using her grip to try and send Darkness flying over Sophie's back and down onto the mat in front of the Paladin.

For once, Darkness wanted to land a blow, but as her shitty luck may have it, her opponent still found a way to counter it even in that situation.
There was an even bigger surprise - despite both women being mostly covered in armor, Sophie still found the power in herself to perform a Judo throw on the crusader.
Aaahhhh! Darkness would let out a moan as she'd hit the ground like an armored sack of potatoes. Darkness cheeks would turn red and her breathing get heavier. That was an impressive move... And an impressive power behind it. Darkness would compliment her worthy opponent. That's the kind of challenge I was looking for! Darkness would start getting up while using a perfect line that would make her seem tough, while having a bit different meaning entirely.
