Svetlana was in her purple and white two piece wrestling attire backstage ready to try to step into the ring and emerge victorious. The table top game streamer/reviewer turned wrestler was suceeding in the ring but not standing out as she had hoped. Svetlana was up against one of Emaline's cohorts... or lackys... with Svetlana confident she could and would win.

She had size and had worked on her grappling, her technique since her last defeat. Svetlana was focused and ready.

Her music began to play and she came out, the Polish wrestler with purple hair bounced down the ramp pointing to the crowd. She waved and looked upbeat as she got to the ring, sliding in underneath the bottom rope. She bounced around in the ring before settling, eager to get the match started.

While Svetlana made her entrance, Shira anxiously waited in the locker rooms, her chest rising and falling as she focused her entire being on controlling her breathing. "I-inhale... E-exhale..." She repeatedly said to herself while she sat on a bench with her hands on her lap, already dressed in her form fitting cyan garb. Meanwhile, Emaline stood to the side, nonchalantly scrolling through her phone. The moment Killswitch's apprehensively awaited eventually arrived; a LAW official arrived and summoned her to the ring though naturally, her friend tagged along as her manager.

Entrance Theme

Her theme echoed throughout the arena as she entered onto the stage. Even with her stablemate right behind her, the roaring crowd's attention bore down on her as she made her way to the ring. It caused her stride and posture to be more stiff than she would have liked though with a backwards glance, the sight of Emaline walking an air of confident arrogance bolstered Shira's spirits, if only a little. Disinclined to engage in any conversation with her opponent, she simply clambered through the rope, went straight to her corner, and simply waited for the bell. Of course, the pinkette stayed by the ringside.

Svetlana saw Shira come out and she had Emaline in tow. Svetlana knew of Emaline and her reputation and would keep an eye on her. Right now her opponent was in the corner looking unsure of herself. Svetlana stepped to the middle of the ring cautiously extending a hand for a handshake while keeping both women in view. She wasn't sure what type of woman Shira was, but Svetlana was not going to get caught off guard by any sort of sneak attack tonight.

She waited silently to see how Shira would react and Svetlana could only hope for a clean match to turn things around for herself in the ring...

Seeing Svetlana's friendly gesture, Shira cast a nervous glance at her friend who just shrugged nonchalantly in response. Thus, she took a deep breathe and stepped forth, her ever vigilant eyes watching her opponent's every move. Her arm trembled as she brought her hand up to clasp Svetlana's but otherwise, Killswitch shook her foe's hand before hastily withdrawing her arm and retreating. As always, she only settled into her wrestling stance when the bell rang. Disinclined to go on the offensive, she simply prepared to counter or defend against whatever Svetlana attempted.

Svetlana circled a bit and saw that Shira was going to wait it out. Svetlana had to be sure of herself then as she moved in. The Polish woman stepped in and tried to grapple with Shira grabbing for an arm and spinning to twist it behind her to attempt to lock in a hammerlock to kick things off. Simple but effective was what Svetlana was aiming for. Now she just had to put it all in to place and do her thing confident in her own ability especially in terms of grappling.

Closely observing Svetlana's every move, Shira predicted her opponent would attempt a grapple of some sort and thus shifted her footing in preparation for her own move. As the two drew closer and entered within arm's reach, Killswitched discerned that Svetlana was going the arm but the former's defensive stance meant the latter had to extend her arms. Shira swiftly took advantage of this and attempted to grab the other woman's wrist before throwing her overhead and slamming her down via an arm drag toss. Regarless of whether the redhead's counter succeeded or not, she hastily retreated afterwards and stayed on the defensive.

Svetlana thought she could take control of the match in a methodical way, but that was priving to not even be remotely close to true.

Shira tossed Svetlana down hard on her back making Svetlana groan as she rolled over tonget back up to her feet. Svetlana staggered uo as quickly as she could and moved back at Shira. She was going to rear her fist back before lashing out with a fast kick to the abdomen hoping to set up a snapmare to the mat!

Shira gulped; her counter did little to slow down Svetlana's offence who just went straight back on the attack. Again, she telegraphed her attack, though much more obviously this time around. Uncertain of whether it was a feint or not, Killswitch merely drew her forearms close and prepared to block whatever came her way, sweat and uncertainty already massing on her brow. Sure enough, her opponent swiftly delivered a kick towards her midsection, forcing her to bring up her shin to block. She winced at the pain, and worse yet, the missed opportunity to perform a reversal. So instead, she paced backwards and circled around Svetlana, careful not to back into a corner.

Shira again blocked despite Svetlana trying to throw her off. She scowled and gave chase again, moving in. She wanted to grapple with Shira, and actually grapple... she knew she had the technique to take this woman down and control things. She had to she had worked so hard since her last match she couldn't just come out and look like a raw rookie again! Svetlana moved in and again went to grapple, just trying to get a solid hold of this woman long enough to swing a knee up into her abdomen, anything to slow Shira down to give Svetlana time to do something... anything!

Seeing Svetlana rapidly close in the distance once again, Shira gritted her teeth and braced herself to meet the purple-haired woman head-on, attempting to tie up her grapple in a collar-and-elbow position. But that wasn't everything she had in store. "Grk!.." Realising far too late to block, Killswitch could only tense her abs and wince in pain as she felt the knee bash into her stomach. In response, she threw her leg up and tried to return the favour via her own knee to be belly.
